We loved the Coconut. The check in was quick, the staff super friendly. We had a kitchenette. An absolute great value. It's a quick 15 minute walk to Palm Beach. When come back, we'll stay here again. Amenities are near by.
We stayed here the night before we checked into our VRBO. It was a basic, no frills room. It is only a few miles from Palm beach so a decent location. Breakfast was included and it was OK. Just a few issues.
1. The room had 2 doors. Front abd back. The back door had a clear gap in it.
2. Exposed wiring in the shower.
3. It was bright to sleep. No room darkening shades, just a basic shade.
4. Each person got one, very flat, pillow. It was not the best nights sleep.
5. Our neighbors decided to blare music outside at 11 at night.
I probably wouldn't stay there again but it doesn't mean you shouldnt give it a try. It was fully booked.

Our stay at Coconut Inn Aruba was disappointing. We only booked this hotel as a place to spend the night before moving to another hotel, so we were not expecting anything luxurious. However, we did expect the basic amenities to work properly.
After the first person took a shower, the shower completely flooded because the water would not drain. Since the office closes at 6:00 PM, I contacted the administration by text and was told that maintenance would come the next day. Unfortunately, that meant no one else in our group could shower that evening.
The room also became uncomfortably cold because there was no way to properly control the air conditioning.
Even for a simple one-night stay, having a working shower and controllable air conditioning are basic expectations. Unfortunately, these issues made our stay uncomfortable, and we were glad to leave the next morning.
