Disgusting behaviour from their personnel. Declining service to people, discriminating diasporans. Never expected this from a Marriott branch.

We have enjoyed our stay here, the staff very pleasant and helpful. We plan to return to Yerevan and would definitely stay at the Marriott. The location is fantastic with great restaurants and museums close by.

Horrible service. They supposed to give you parking spot, but they don’t they always say parking right now is not working. How can the parking not be working. And for sure you can see more than 5-6 parking spaces available. Don’t recommend. Horrible service Don’t spend your money on this trash. The name doesn’t match the service sorry.

One of the best hotels in Yerevan!

This place is always a beautiful respite with great food and attentive staff. But during these days of conflict, the entire organization has shown it's heart, overwhelmingly supporting community.

Shame on Marriott yerevan once you order a bottle of takar wine even it's price is tripple. And if order the second bottle they say you they don't have another.

Absolutely stunning in every way and the service is like no other and rooms very spacious, you cannot have a better location than this. Not to mention incredible and delicious breakfast every morning and if you can upgrade your room to executive level
you will not be sorry and worth every penny.

Staff are very rude, service is really bad, only good point about it is the location otherwise worse Marriott I ever stayed, definitely I don't recommend.

Great welcome and assistance however the ACs don't work properly. The stairs you have to climb to the new building is a daily hassle. Room service is great and a clean environment.

Location is just great, for family it is one of the few hotels in Yerevan that has connected rooms. Need to request it quite early The gym is slightly in the small size and it is also a passage for the swimming pool Overall good service and you cannot beat the location in the center of the town.

Gorgeous hotel, it has fantastic location, very professional customer service. They speak very good english and they are always happy to help. It has very nice outside swimming pool and gym. Hotel is partially renovated, so I recommend you to book the room directly with hotel to get renovated room, if you care about modern interior. Anyway even not renovated rooms are very cozy and nice.

Gorgeous hotel, great facilities & very hard-working staff, especially housekeeping. A big thank you to Varduhi from Housekeeping for her fast & very efficient cleaning! You should give her a bonus/promotion! Would definitely recommend the Mariott in Yerevan to friends, family & would stay here next time.

Very beautiful hotel. Loved the facade of the building. Centrally located. Lovely place to walk around. Nice restaurants, ice cream shops benches to sit on n water fountains.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Yerevan’s Republic Square — a quick walk to the Vernissage and all that the city has to offer. The breakfast is incredible, and the staff are exceptionally accommodating. Expect standard Marriott services and prices to match.

The hotel is in the city center, very beautiful building of pink tuff, the rooms are comfortable. Very polite staff, delicious cuisine, near a lot of interesting for tourists. Museums, restaurants, cafes, shops.

The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant is top and the staff are very caring. On the other hand you really have to do something against all these people who hang out at the foot of the hotel, the noise is inssuportable.

A very Old & stunning architectural building which a view like the Coliseum of Rome…! A love place where you can see the whole view of the capital Yerevan, Armenia where the historic places are explored & preserved… A stunning view on the dancing fountain & a same like Big Ben clock of England at the Government building…!

The hotel is old. But the rooms are clean. The request of the residents is fulfilled autumn quickly. The food is normal. Very convenient location.

When I went on vacation in armenia we stayed at Marriot hotel in Yerevan and ate at the cucina restaurant for a dinner and had Marianna serve us. We celebrated our friends birthday with delicious food and she did an AMAZING JOB, one of the best times I have had in Armenia! She even prepared us a small birthday cake that we had forgotten to bring. Thank You so much Tony.

I have a broken mixer in my room, the brush for the toilet also fell apart. Excellent simulators 24 hours a day.

The rooms are large but a bit shabby. Very friendly staff. The elevator is sometimes electrocuted and smells like iron. The breakfast was good. The hotel is very well located in the city centre.

Fabulous staff and very attentive to your every need. If you are traveling through Yerevan, this is a great spot to catch beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Centered in the heart of town, rooms are a little dated but well cared for and the staff will get you anything you need. Easy walking to great cuisine, fountain, and the shops.

Obvious quality, but I felt abandoned when I arrived. Although everyone was polite, I was not shown how to navigate to my room, receiving just a vaguely waved hand in a general direction that also included a beauty salon and the conference rooms. The obvious lifts only went to the 7th floor and mine was on the ninth, etc etc. Breakfast offers a wide range of food, but I got tea when ordering coffee… maybe because I am British, they felt they knew my heart's true wishes… The room was elegant and tastefully presented. Whilst not my style, and I can certainly see how the classical look can be considered 'dated', it was equal to other 5 star hotels I usually stay at. All in all 3 comfortable days. They just need to spend a little time on those details to make the customer experience even better.

Super service! All of your needs are taken care of and the staff ensures that your stay in Yerevan is a good one. Great breakfast offerings, relaxing executive lounge. Multiple little nooks and bar area if you need a side meeting or conversation, very quiet rooms to rest in.

Is in the central of square republic of Yerevan. U can easy walk to shop area, dining, clean. The room is not that big but is so clean and everyone there so helpful and make sure everything is went well for u. Is in old building but is amaze how they transform it into a hotel. Well done.

Very "shabby" rooms. Soviet revamped version. Sagged mattresses. Scratched walls, curtains-in the blood from the cuts of previous occupants. The view is to the landfill. No noise. Grey towels. There was no TV at the entrance. Took away the old one, brought another dusty one hour later. In the mini bar half is not stated. Delicious! But long. The rooms are disgusting.

Great hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds, amazing service and two restaurants. Also has a great concierge lounge for Mariott Gold and above with breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening drinks. Great central location in Republic Square. Staff is amazing and will arrange anything you need.

Good place to stay right in the city center. The only thing to complain about is restriction on quantity of devices for Wi-Fi use (2 per room). What is this greed for?

Perfect location for exploring Yerevan's historic center. Staff goes out of their way to make guests welcome and the new wing of the hotel features spacious and modern guest rooms. Only complaint was food — — both room service and the concierge lounge left a lot to be desired. Glad there are plenty of dining options available close by!

The location of this hotel is in the Centre of Yerevan which is a big plus. The design is beautifully done & the café is very good.

We hire an organized tour with an agency Armenia that chose this hotel. As indicated in its web page has a swimming pool for the customers, but when we went to make use of it, we were charged 6 euros (3000 drams). According to them, the standard rooms can make use of the swimming pool free of charge. In addition, you have two types of standard rooms, small that do not correspond to a hotel q pretends to be 4 star and the other a larger, more adapted to this classification. We have given of the two types for the same price. Incomprehensible.

Has an exceptional situation in the center of it all, being able to walk to all the interesting places of the City
Rooms are clean and sufficient
The continental breakfast is very correct and sufficient (if you are missing bacon)
