We’ve been here already twice, rented the whole house. Very cozy and clean, comfortable for big families, as well as for 2-4 people renting only one of the spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Kitchen with all amenities and large dining area in ground floor + delicious breakfast/dinner on demand. There is a nice garden where we’ve spent most of the time with traditional Armenian “Manghal” for BBQ on the fire and a dedicated place for campfire to gather around during chilly evenings. Armen and Emma are great hosts, always ready to support with anything you need, i. E. The Wi-Fi was somehow slow, Armen immediately took a new contract with different internet provider and somehow organized the new internet connection in couple of hours (something that takes 4-5 days in Yerevan). Villagers from neighboring houses are very friendly and can provide you with all kinds of fresh milk products and anything that grows in their gardens or nearby fields and forests. Ideal if you prefer healthy and bio food. As I can work remotely, the garden, large balconies with amazing views (+ fast Wi-Fi) made this place a comfortable work office for me. Software developers (and not only) take notice, the house is perfect for combining daily work and team-building activities like hiking, BBQ in the evening and late-night parties There are many places of interest to visit within 15-20 mins of car drive. Armen organizes touristic tours (also horse rides) and has lots of tips on how to enjoy the region, its wonderful nature and culture at its most. People who like nature, walks in fresh air or hiking in mountains will enjoy their stay in this house. Excellent quality/price ratio, highly recommended if you want to experience the real Armenian countryside, away from big cities and fancy hotels.
