I'm an event organizer. Host a trainer for a course on the weekend, because of the proximity to the course's dictation place. While the monoenvironment had what I booked, I had the unforeseen event that the person was uneasy and felt unwell, I asked if they had an emergency service, which was supposed to go like this, the employee of that time did not know if they had this service, I had to go to hospital guard.
At the time of booking 3 months before I consulted previously if I could get in and out because logically we were going and came with bags, I was told I would not have an inconvenience, the last day I was another employee and they wanted to charge me to enter as a visit.
In a central hotel in a previous course I was not made any kind of trouble because of this situation and I only changed it on this occasion because the room did not leave me satisfied.
Unfortunately on the next opportunity I will look for another place because I need to drive this way, even if I stay a little further away from the course dictation place.

Do NOT stay at this hotel because I stole clothes! I stayed 3 night and I stole 2 t-shirts. The owner became concerned a while and nothing more! All came to nothing! In addition, the bathroom is super guy and uncomfortable! Do not stay in this lousy place!

The attention was kind. But for what they charge daily in a triple room It's not worth it. Because their rooms were not well cleaned when you enter your stay. The mattresses are old that the springs feel you. The same padding. And the breakfast should give more fresh things to eat.
