Bad attention, no heating, takes advantage of Tourism.

A week ago I stay in these cabins and we had problems with the bathrooms that were not working well. Report it to management and they never came to fix it. I also leave a pair of shorts and a t-shirt, call and inform about this and I was treated in a number that apparently is a central saying that they did not have staff to send by mail any good with a tone rude and disinterested, and gave me the local phone of the administration of the cabin 10, in which I stay. Ask for my forgotten belongings and I responded that the people in charge of cleaning up they found nothing… something that is impossible, because traveling with a trunk of his cab and was in the only place that I stay until you return to my home in Cordoba. Not provide quality service. I would not recommend and would not return.

Everything very clean and super good location.

The cottages are beautiful and very comfortable, the location is very quiet and the lake view is amazing. But above all things I emphasize the excellent attention of the owners before the rent and during the stay, the excellent attention of Juan and Daniela. Lots of human quality and that's why next year I'm coming back! Thanks a lot!

Responsible for take-off with a view of the lake. To reach m excuse c repairs and m placed on the room side. A great place, autonomy and relaxation, the cabins are cozy and rustic, highlights the privacy and the good atmosphere.

The cottages are very well heated walk and offer a spectacular lake view. Access to them is quite difficult x ladder, it is complicated a little with luggage or for people with reduced mobility.

I went to Christmas with my parents, big people, and I was worried about heights. Nothing to see: The place is super cute and affordable, the housekeepers super attentive and the facilities very comfortable. Super recommend.

Central heating by Radiant slab. Firewood Salamander. Spectacular view towards the lake. Enclosed indoor Parking. Good location (3, 5 km from the civic-commercial center. )

It takes place to park, nice view towards the lake. Good predisposition of the attendant, because we stayed late and without reservation.

I loved the place. Ideal to go with family. Very spacious cabins, carefully maintained and well maintained, fully equipped. They have a very careful attention of the staff, and the view to the lake is unsurpassed. Super Recommended!

The cabins are acceptable but the attention, service and maintenance at my discretion are not. The maid service itself is very good but unfortunately you have to call if or if to come clean, otherwise they won't come. So we happened to have run out of toilet paper, with a full garbage bag and wet towels. There's no sugar in the hut, salt or tea bags. The worst of all is the disrespect of John (the manager or something…, because he never presented himself as such. ) A real rude, goes two meters and does not greet, a personality rather bewildered. It is practically impossible to communicate with the reception phone to come the cleaning service, as I said inside, if not haeces not come. At times the hot water ended and there was no solution, you had to finish bathing like that. The bidet could not be used because it lost all the water underneath. I wouldn't go back.

The cabins are divine and very cozy. Very friendly landlords. The price is consistent. I recommend them. They have a beautiful view.

Very nice cabin. We stayed at the 8th which had a view of the lake only from the living room. Very good attention and predisposition. As far as the location is, if you have a car this is excellent. But 3 blocks pass all the groups and is very close to the terminal of Micros to go anywhere else. It has a shopping center 4 blocks where you can buy everything you need (food, pharmacy, bakery, etc).

Very elegant cottages, heating, Wi-Fi, kitchen, fridge and people who are attentive to your requirements. Very recommendable.

A paradise found! Wonderful views of the Nahuel Huapi Lake! The cordillera of the Andes usually Nevada, tranquility, excellent heating, garage, and the owners make you feel at home… You have to live it to understand it, if you haven't been, program yourself and you know this little paradise!

Excellent cabins for vacation rental. A little away from the center, but some places nearby where to go to buy. Excellent view of the lake. The structure of stone and wood, very rustic on the outside but quite modern inside. Underfloor heating in winter, with exaggerated performance that never turns on the fireplace. Highly recommended.
