Service was excellent, the breakfast was great, the restaurant amazing, Rodrigo our waiter was very helpful and always friendly. The facilities are superb and the setting, surreal!

Lovely Motel set in a very pleasant surroundings a couple of km’s out of town but serviced well by taxis, with helpful staff when English is not their language. Used the pool and spa area, Breakfast was adequate but could improve but restaurant meals were very nice. We enjoyed a very nice spacious room with spa bath.

Hotel that comfortably exceeds all the standards one imagines. The facilities are beautiful and of many but very quality everything! in unbeatable service! are in every detail, everything works as it should work! and the super attentive staff, always service at the right point where you know you can count on them but never in an annoying way. Congratulations got a really great hotel!

A great place. Very friendly staff. In the evening, went to the jacuzzi on the street, there is 34 ° C. Then went to the hotel bar. We were offered fine wine and beer. In the standard rooms there are no slippers or dressing gown, in the room just above the category this is all there is. Thank you very much for the excellent stop.

Nice hotel, good food at the restaurant, great staff. We only stayed one night and our room did have a bit water damage around the bathroom and associated musty smelled. It was mild though and once the AC was on it didn't bother us. Had we stayed longer we might have asked for a different room though.

Excellent place… The stay was perfect… from the place itself… the treatment of the staff. The dishes are exquisite and at a proper value… in the middle of the jungle. Highly recommended.

We had a good stay at the hotel, well-kept facilities, excellent food and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, except at the reception where we had an inconvenience at the time of retiring. They demanded payment for a consumption I never made (an hour after I arrived at the hotel), they insisted on the payment and when I saw the record they had, it was false, the signature was not mine. In addition, at no time do we register a card to make the payments of the consumption and personally I do not own a card, which makes it impossible for me to have bought something in my name. As it was time to retire and the mic was waiting for us, we were told that they were going to check the cameras but until now I received no response or apologies from them for the bad time they made us pass.
Unfortunately this situation caused my rating to drop.

Spacious and comfortable room with pool views. Would expect a 5-star rated hotel to have a kettle/tea and coffee making facilities in room however. Friendly staff that were very helpful and bilingual. Atmosphere is lovely and the hotel is very nicely decorated. Food in restaurant was ok for the price.

Reasonable hotel in Iguazu, I had a problem at the check in and not greeted the way that I should, but later on supervisor realized the mistake and tried his best to cover up. Rooms are good size, all the rooms have a good size of balcony, nice landscaping around the hotel. It is quiet, the only sound is toward the morning you will hear birds. The only complain is it is little far away from the town center and there is nothing else around the hotel, so you should take a taxi to go out for anything.

Excellent attention. Nice room. Varied breakfast. Beautiful place. Sadly it rained during our stay and we couldn't enjoy the pool, but we saw that it has bar and lots of vegetation around it. If you have a vehicle, much better. The place is set apart from the center and it is much more comfortable to have something to mobilize around the city. In the same way the hotel has service of remises for its use and if it walks to the highway to 5 blocks there exists a service of micros that goes from the center to the park of the waterfalls and vice versa and that passes every 30 min.

A charming Hotel nestled in the tropical forest, spacious and well-furnished rooms with balcony overlooking the forest. Breakfast is very good Perfect Base for visiting Iguazu Falls.

Beautiful… tefinado in your design… good rooms. Ezcelente breakfast… but the swimming pool has a solarium very small with very few loungers… what it does not recommended for dates, peak…

Beautiful place where you find peace, the hotel is located in a beautiful place in the middle of the missionary jungle where when you raise you hear the songs of the birds very nice. In general the hotel and the attention very good, the restaurant food was very good especially the breakfast. Cleaning give it 5 points, my only recommendation is that as a amenities to offer cream to the hair of truth because the shampoo duo does not meet its purpose. Outside of that it very good, would stay here.

Mediocre Hotel in all, from the little attentive staff and erratic to the modest breakfast buffet, poor Wi-Fi and pool with unacceptable amenities.

The amazing hotel is already the second time that we have been and always served with a service of excellence. I want to stress the attention, professionalism and dedication of the staff Marcelo, Rocío and Carla. They, particularly, there are indeed a marvel of our stay, since my gratitude. The breakfast is amazing, fruit very rich and fresh. The dishes on the menu one richer than the other with correct portion sizes.

Excellent everything, except not being able to take matte freely without paying in open places like the patio, sector pools, and so on. We turned yesterday and had a great time.

Wonderful relaxed jungle surroundings with your very own Iguanas and tropical plants surrounding the refreshing swimming pool. Staff at reception were wonderfully smiley and always eager to help with any questions or advice. We ate dinner twice in the hotel and the food was good, better than what's on offer in the restaurants in town.

I think this is a beautiful hotel, everything looks like brand new, the food in the restaurant is awesome and the service of the staff is excellent, I would really recommend this hotel for couples and families, it is close to a lot of thing so walking and biking is a good option.

Beatiful location, decent restaurant, good breakfast buffet. Nice spaceous rooms, good technical standard. Good Wi-Fi experience. A little remote from "downtown", but same selection, quality and price of food at hotel than most downtown restaurants anyway. Enjoyed the nature being so close.

A memorable experience further enhanced by a spectacular day spent at the Falls. Restaurant staff excellent and very patient with our poor communication skills. Food exquisite. Breakfast beautifully set out. The facility catered for all ages and tastes. I have previously replied to one of these surveys and accidentally confused Mercure Iguazo with another hotel we had stayed at. I retract the comments I made. Not meant for this facility.

Nicely located in a green environment, good F&B offer, superb English speaking Front Office staff! Clean and big room, nice fitness & spa.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel provided us a perfect base for exploring both sides of Iguazu Falls. Our room was very big, clean and comfortable and the service staff were fantastic. I probably wouldn't get the room service for dinner again, as the food was very average, but there are plenty of good restaurants in town (10min drive) to solve your hunger issues. The hotel breakfast was great!

The hotel was very nice with a clean, spacious room, aircon and it had a balcony. The shower was excellent and there was enough shampoo and shower gel also, which is something you don't always get. The pool area looked great and there was a spa available. The staff were very friendly and recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner in the town. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with a large array of items. Overall a great hotel and unfortunately we only stayed one night.

A great location in the middle of a wildlife sanctuary — the rooms are great — the swimmingpool outside is the same — the Spa is great and the food is ingenious — can really recommend to stay here.
