It is really beautiful, delicate, they are in every detail, the cottage has everything that one may need, the people are kind and polite. Choosing to spend my birthday in this place was the best decision I could make.

Amazing setting with jungle sorroundings. Close to the town and the amazing local Iguazu waterfalls and national park. Lovely rooms and facilities with excellent food in the restaurant (some of the best we had during our trip). All of the dishes we had across the group were delicious and very healthy portions: steaks, lamb, fish, pasta and rissoto. Only criticism is that some vegetable side dishes would have been nice! Obviously the wine qaulity and selection was top notch particularly the reds with also all of the usual drinks and cocktails you would expect. Would recommend room 117 for wildlife lovers as balcony is at the canopy level and teaming with wildlife (great for photos! ). All the staff were very polite and helpful and very easy to arrange taxis and excursions from reception. The hotel and facilities were spotless at all times. Jose Luis also helped us learn about the local wildlife and plants as well as helping us identify them. Currently some expansion works going on to expand the hotel and facilities although it was mostly very quiet and out of the way. We are all looking forward to returning in 3/4 years once the expansion is complete to see the changes but I'm glad to hear that the current wildlife and flora focus will be maintained and the proposed wildlife trials will be truly amazing!

Nice and spacious rooms. Clean and neat, big bathrooms with whirlpool-bathtup next to the rain shower. Breakfast is decent.

Terribke, terrible hotel. Bathroom was filthy, see photos. Chipped toilet seat, black gunge in the bidet, shower has visible dirt all down the bottom. Room stank of damp, the duvet was wet and had a mysterious white stain. Was very cold at night. We were moved second night, that room didn't smell of damp but had the same problems with filth. On a three week trip this was the most expensive hotel and also by far the worst. Avoid at all costs.

While the room and setting are very nice, the lodge was not what I expected in relation to the price. The pool had not been enabled yet. In the morning I was woken by the noise of the work next door. The power and water went out one morning. The employees were friendly and tried to provide solutions with goodwill. The place has no open paths or paths to take advantage of the surroundings.
Excellent restaurant.

Very nice stay, the 'room' is almost the same size as an apartment. It comes with 2 balconies, one is right next to the bedroom for views and to relax and the other is next to the kitchen for asado (it even comes with build in asado grill)! Hotel staff are very friendly and can converse in English fluently.

We usually stay at AirBNBs while on vacation but I am so glad we decided to stay at the Iguazu Jungle Lodge. The staff is friendly from start to finish. The facilities are very clean and on the newer side. They're expanding the hotel area a bit as well. There's a great game room with ping pong and foosball as well as some toys and playground stuff for kids. A good spot for couples, families, and older travelers. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the bus station and most of the restaurants in town.

Very Nice place in the middle of Misiones jungle. The Deluxe Room with Hydro (single) with river and jungle views. Good attention. The Hotel Restaurant is excellent. Excellent Price/Quality ratio.

Me encantó este lugar. Las habitaciones fueron renovadas hace poco y son muy modernas y confortables. La vista al rió es inigualable. El lugar está en medio de la naturaleza y es súper tranquilo. El staff está siempre bien predispuesto a ayudar. Un buen detalle es el minibar con precios realistas y baratos.

I love this place, has everything you need, close to the most visited restaurants in the city, a pool, a play room, and an incredible background of environment. Also is very helpful providing you guide for touristic tours in Iguazu.

I'm deeply disappointed with the service I have received from Iguazu Jungle Lodge on 4th April 2018 during my stay. It started out so promising with the extremely great service and advice from Alexis when we arrived, but this was completely overshadowed by the subsequent poor service. In the evening of 4th April myself and my fiancée wished to celebrate our very recent (on the same trip) engagement so went for a nice meal. However, the meal that my fiancée ordered was not acc…eptable and was sent back. On receiving the meal a second time (by which point I had nearly finished my meal) the meal was still nowhere near what was ordered, so was sent back yet again.
This was much to our surprise, Argentinians are world renowned for their steak — yet before us was one of the worst attempts at making steak I have seen! On complaining to the restaurant manager the attitude was as disappointing as the food, and I was advised "I wasn't being charged for that item". Of course I wasn't, I never received the item and would not expect to be charged a thing for it! What was not offered was an alternative (despite the bare-faced lie that it was), or even an apology! This from an on-site restaurant of a 4 star hotel?! I took this to the reception of the hotel for escalation to the manager but he wasn't available. I was advised my complaint would be escalated on my behalf the next day.

I got one of the newer rooms and my stay was amazing. The hotel was in the middle of the jungle yet the room was very clean and fully equipped with a smart TV which I could hook up to my phone, a minibar, a jacuzzi bath and rain shower (although the shower pressure could be improved). There was a balcony which was great to sit out on and unwind. The staff were so helpful and cordial. I was offered a glass of orange juice on my arrival whilst they finalised my check in. And a golf buggy to my bags to my room. The restaurant was in the expensive side but the food, wine, service and atmosphere were unbeatable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and has beautiful views of the Misiones rainforest. The room was very clean and the shower was very good.
The restaurant very well placed, and very rich food, although for vegetarians it does not have many options.

Really good, only downside for me, the Wi-Fi not accessible in the rooms… Inconvenient… Excellent reception, spacious rooms with balcony, excellent restaurant, relaxation room/games, impeccable swimming pool… Everything good for me except the Wi-Fi!

Restaurant dinner is rich, but expensive, they should put more options.
Breakfast the same as in other hotels, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, cereals, breads with a variety of jams, toaster, puddings in mini portions as well as alfajores of cornstarch and Chipitas.
In several days the coffee or the hot milk was finished just like the croissants quickly, after the 9:15 there was not.

Staff at reception were friendly, the maids knocked on the door in nap time or in the morning and it was annoying, sometimes they played just to offer candy.

Location is a bit difficult when it rains because the streets are flooded and not paved, it was difficult to recognize the hotel as the sign did not call attention or went unnoticed.

Amazing hotel in every way. The attention of the people working was impeccable, my room super comfortable, modern, bright, spacious, equipped, and the best of all the balcony overlooking the jungle and the Iguazu River, a dream. It is not cheap but I recommend it for couples, families or groups of friends who want to give themselves a nice taste. The pool is also very nice, and there is a smaller one for kids. Another very important thing is the location, is 5 blocks from the center of Iguazu but at the same time in the jungle and on the edge of the river, I think the location is unbeatable. The only thing that I think should improve is the playroom, which I saw a little poor and the reception that is not ugly but looks less than it really is the hotel. Would definitely go back!

The best hotel in Iguazu with a terrible attitude to the guests. Constantly in worried. I had to make sure I was given the room I had booked. On a normally asked question, answer, SVOBONYH no rooms. Your number in the same category. (instead of a two-room loft, standard with a third bed).
After yelling at them, my number showed up. Right next door.
The toilet was clogged.
21.00. Ok. Fix will come now. No one has come. It must be late to sleep.
9.00 am. Fix will come now. No one has come.
11.00 yelled. They came fixed.
How's that?
But the restaurant in the hotel is great! Very tasty, expensive, modern approach to the kitchen.

It was a very nice and quiet place. The staff was attentive and the restaurant dinner was very good. The breakfast was average, same food selections for 3 days. The hotel is a good 10 minute walk from the city bus station where you take the buses to the Falls. You can always take a taxi for about 400 Argentinian pesos (about $24 US).

It's a beautiful hotel. We stayed in a loft. The food is a little expensive for everyday but it is very good. It is highly recommended.

Perfect hide away in the rain forest, yet close to Iguazu falls. We stayed in the new 5 storey building, brand new apartments, 2 king beds view to the forest and the rio Iguazu. Exquisite restaurant not cheap but worth all the money. Friendly stuff. My highest recommendation.

Cozy place, beautiful view from the loft that we touch. It is in a quiet setting to rest. The breakfast is very rich with great variety, and the facilities are very good and friendly.

Great hotel with nice restaurant in situ but it is located in a very isolated, terrible roads and poorly lit area which means you cannot walk to other restaurants and can only take very expensive taxis that take advantage of the situation. It would have been nice for hotel to offer free shuttle to town and back.

Wonderful place, an exquisite attention, apart dreamed of, mine was 11. We had the sound of the rio Iguazu in the room, amazing. We went with my daughter and my granddaughters twins of 9 years and the perdiamos in the playroom, not listening to him, playing with other kids until the late evening The place super safe, beautiful, it was like being in the middle of the jungle, but also downtown, because we learned how to cut the way I highly Recommend this place, you are going to spend super.

Wonderful experience were a few beautiful days lived in that place, my grandchildren not be wanted again. I promise voler all very cordial congratulations a:iguazu junglelodge.
