Elegance and good taste. Good service. Large and comfortable rooms. Incredible bathrooms. 3 Restó, Pools and palm trees. Many palm trees. Spacious. Place for guys. Spa and gym. And Casino. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness, comfort, cordiality of all employees. Perhaps little variety in the menus.
I recommend massages with Nancy at the Spa, a genius.
I recommend Luis driver of the hotel transports, super nice and attentive, he took us to Ciudad del Este and Brazil, he helped us a lot. Then we shared a lunch in a Brazilian steakhouse, there we discovered that the drivers do not pay. It makes it much easier for us.
Do not think of renting a car because there is a shortage of fuel therefore 3 or 4 hours of queue to load.
Excellent stay. I have no complaints.

Beautiful stay, excellent facilities, but that would be nothing without the kind of people who cater to you, who took care of our lunches and dinners, from Juliana who is a sun, to everyone and absolutely everyone from table service, the amazing chef "Ariel" very busy of our daughter (celiac) spoke with us, I solve the bacations.
and a separate paragraph for the boys of the jungle club, my son loved them, and I cry a lot when he said goodbye, Jimena, Guillermo, Octavio and Micaela. We feel very grateful to them, the boys are the most important thing.
they all solved the vacation and made our stay a dream, without them it would only be a Hotel, a building, nothing is much for all of them

A few years ago I had the pleasure of staying in this one that I consider one of the best hotels. Very good services, very comfortable rooms. Great lounges and a spectacular pool.

We prefer boutique hotels but were advised there were few near the falls. This hotel was very nice and near very good local restaurants.

Clean, well appointed rooms. Breakfast buffet is not bad. You can order omlettes as part of the buffet which is important since their scrambled eggs at the buffet are much too runny for my liking. Terrace restaurant is excellent. Nice pools. Many activities for kids. Very little help is available for booking excursions outside of the falls which was disappointing (the little concierge office seems essentially useless to us), but overall it was a great experience.

The truth the attention I received was nothing good, we wait more than 40 minutes to be attended in the Lobby Bar… The order was not at all complicated toasted and empanadas… we had to return the various empanadas were cold… to complain and return the They told us to stay calm that they would not be charged… We thank you for many heart, ultimately are not prepared to withstand a high season… a pity that is an expensive hotel depending on the level of service.

For me it is not a 5 star hotel. Services. Bad mut food. Bath with fungus and humidity. Very nice pool but very dirty. They take an enomity to serve their customers. The rest has no supplies (e. G. Simple lettuce salad or a banana smoothie).

The hotel is very well located near the border of Brazil we arrived on December 11th 2017 to stay 3 nights we arrived at the 09h30 of the morning which is very early to enter the room as normally you can enter the 14:00 in normal time we could We go to the pool and wait and decided to go for breakfast to spend the time unfortunately Mia wife was pretty bad with headache and discomfort then asked if she had like helping us so she can rest the answer was that we hope that quasi was Pront Or we received the room to the 13h30 4h waiting is a lot and this the truth that left us with bad taste of mouth now well the rest of the stay was very well in good time an impeccable service the room fantastic Gostamos very much the rest was very good.

The best hotel in Iguazu. The only one so close to Duty Free. Excellent x where you look at it.

The hotel has a very luxurious and well-level infrastructure and furniture. It hurts to lower the quality in management issues or products offered: Recreation for the boys has no organization or clear proposals although the place is well equipped, have a zip line (as a battle horse and availability is three times per Week), archery and arrow, ecological walk and feeding to the fish but not being previously scheduled it costs to organize you as a parent. Breakfast is plentiful but could improve the quality and the food of the hotel buffet is also not up to standard. There is a grill and an exclusive restaurant that improve the quality and raise the prices. The attention is always with the best predisposition and cordiality on the part of all the staff.

Beautiful place, but the service leaves much to be desired. We ask for a salad Saint Michel and bring us lettuce, Green Apple and celery… A portion of squid that brings 5 squid rings and the rest are French fries cold! Q they seemed to be recycled. The truth a horror don't deserve a star environment breaks down after suffering the experience.
