Excellent everything. The hotel is beautiful, spacious with very nice decor and view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast and bar service. The only thing to improve the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms but still super recommended!

Very Nice hotel. Very good service The only q the night Q went to eat at their restaurant fork free type the food in general was not of the level of the hotel… I asked for one of the meals Q were offered and Q was not left anymore and never replenished.

Because two times one is pretty bad. Does Not Wash well or allow unraveling.

It has two hidromasejes and Pelita on the roof, exclusive access for passengers, comfortable rooms, spacious with all amenities, the hubicacion is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Swimming pool clean rooms. About a 15 minute walk from the center of town but you have a supermarket close by. Tourist office at front desk for bookings. And lovely bar staff that spoke english and were always curious about were I came from. I liked it. Only one draw back Ed Sheeran song on repeat in the elevator. Lol.

Nice hotel, comfortable, very close to the border. The best is the customer service. The rooms may need some maintenance but very little. There is mineral water in every floor, gym, a small pool, and great spa with friendly staff. El hotel tiene todo lo que necesitas, restaurante, desayuno buffet, pequeña piscina, gym, spa y un staff muy amable.

Excellent attention. Personal availability in all sectors always with a lot of education and good manners, something rare in Argentinean tourism. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, swimming pool, kids playground, nice breakfast, restaurant for the evening and the rooms are big enough. We liked our stays there. The personnel is very kind and helpful. Only point that could be improved is the swimming pool that good be refreshed.

Our experience was fantastic! The staff, from Diego, Daiana, Emilio, Esteban (and the rest of the guys Q do not remember the name) very cordial and predisposed in everything to give us a beautiful stay, always with a smile. It's a beautiful place. Warm… We came back just a year and we got the same room. 334. With its balcony and the view to the route… Like the first time you all go first class. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Esteban from the lobby bar, a great guy. Always a nice yes. If anyone reads this, take the little time to have a drink at the bar and chat with the… A great team in the hotel. They make you have a great time. I hope there's a third time.

Excellent service and service as always. I usually stay one night to do paperwork the next day and it is a central and affordable place. I always leave my purse and they don't charge me anything. I leave a picture of the subtraction and what lunches.

It's a really good place. However it has some … not easy to understand Customer practices or at least not common for american guests.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The only downside is that they wouldn't give their guest more than one key card. I don't see why they would have a one-key-card policy except to inconvenient their guests. If it's all about conserving energy (you need a card to power your room), one can simply bypass that system by using ANY card (e. G. Credit cards, bank cards, etc). Nice food options in the hotel. They have a restaurant, bar, and at times a dinner buffet. Their business center is nice: 3 computers with the ability to print for free.

Excellent service, nice rooms, ideal for family or for boyfriends, husbands, always well predisposed locals. And most importantly, they were kind enough to mail me valuable belongings for me that we had forgotten on site. I have nothing but words of thanks to them and we plan to return.

I was excited about this hotel given the great ratings, but in my opinion it did not live up. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which was awesome. They changed my room without issue when I had a couple problems, and apologized for the inconvenience. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning did not work well in this hotel. The pool was way too small for the number of people staying there. The breakfast was very reasonable, with a large selection, and included in the price. Overall would recommend only if needing a place to drop stuff and sleep while heading to the Falls. It’s not particularly close to town but it is probably the closest hotel to the Falls that’s not in the actual park.

The restaurant was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious, I ate a bondiola braised very rich.

Amazing place. I would go back just to stay at the hotel. The rooms are spotless. The location The rich food. Delicious drinks. Take it easy. But the most important thing is the attention of the staff, De10. Super friendly, and always on a white point. The cleanliness is amazing. I walked barefoot x the whole hotel, and my feet didn't get dirty.

The Hotel is excellent. The location is very convenient, close to the center of Puerto Iguazu and near the falls. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They Are attentive and cordial. Since one arrives at the hotel they receive you with great kindness and give you an exquisite welcome juice. Very good breakfast, just like the abundant meals and at a good price. When we retired from the hotel they asked if we had checked in on our flight. As we had not done, Patricia, who was the one who attended us, made it quickly and printed it to us to present it at the airport. It Is a hotel with very good facilities and staff of excellence. I Really recommend it and when I can hope to return.

Friendly, clean, free breakfast and Wi-Fi, more cooked options at breakfast and tea and coffee in rooms would be good.

We stayed here for a night, was a wonderful experience. The restaurant was very accommodating to our requests given that we are vegetarians. Absolutely recommend this place if you are visiting iguazu.

Services, staff, playroom, pool, all excellent. Restaurant has the most delicious meals you can imagine. Rooms are clean, good, all working to perfection. One hotel I will come back!

Place very cozy, all the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast offers great variety of food for all the tastes (included a sector suitable for gluten-free). The food is very good (unless it's the bar in the lobby). More than recommended!

Excellent service, from reception to farewell. We were greeted with a smile and a juice of fruits of the area. They gave us a superior room for availability. All those working have the maximum of my qualifications. Excellent and friendly staff, very comfortable rooms. I had problems with a room and quickly changed me it. The pool is great, as well as the views from the terrace and balconies. Without a doubt, I will return.

There are several issues at this hotel. Air conditioning is mostly not working, which is problematic when located so close to the tropical jungle. For three days the manager was not around, and some staff really have an attitude problem, and are just rude (eg lucia at reception: what do you want u already told you! ). This self derived importance is misplaced for a customer facing role. Cleaning the room is another issue this hotel needs to resolve. Overall should not be classified as four stars, by international standards possibly 2-3 which then makes it expensive.

Highlight the friendliness of the staff and their constant servicialismo. The food is tasty, as well as the breakfast. The only detail was the elevator that was broken. So with only one in operation is complicated at the time of download or upload. Fully recommended.
