Really everything, spectacular attention, breakfast and dinner very good, and its waiter Adrian very helpful and attentive, the spa I loved I was left wanting more relaxation, highly recommended the hotel and happy to have spent there time with friends.

To highlight the service: Carla, Adrian and Omar who looked after us impeccably, really a high quality of service and cordial at all times. Check in great, new facilities. I'd put a little more into the spa. Without a doubt, super recommended, to go ideal family.

I would like to give this place a 4 but it is still lacking in some areas. Basic needs of drinking water in the room was missing. No complimentary bottles of water nor is there a kettle. The hotel is in the jungle and shops are not in the vicinity. However we got to know a great taxi man who not only acted as our temporary guide but also took us to the supermarket to get some drinking water. It was only on day of check out that one of the staff told us that their tap water was perfectly fine for drinking. As regular travellers we usually don't drink from the tap to avoid any health problems. We came on a low season so the hotel was very quiet.

Very good hotel but it lacks a bit.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, but you can tell that they don't have much experience, the kids Club is very poor, they don't organize any activity for the kids, and in many opportunities it was closed when it shouldn't be. The hotel's infrastructure is excellent, it's new, and very modern, the cleanliness is very good. With regard to the breakfast although not bad, it is not a hotel of that category, the dinner has very rich dishes but it does not belong to a 5 star hotel. I think the rate I paid for the quality of the hotel is very good, but if this is being done as a promotion because it is a new hotel (I think it is 1 year) and subsequently increase, it lacks a lot to equate to a 5 star hotel!

Fantastic experience, service was incredible, spa was nice and as for the tours you are being picked up, the location less matters. Have a walk at night around the hotel, the sound of the jungle is awesome. Breakfast, lunch and dinner's service and food were great.

It's a wonderful place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere the cleanliness the spaciousness of the rooms breakfast and the dinner which is included all spectacular. Totally recommended.

I am indeed surprised about the positive reviews. The rooms are big and in good shape — are 4 stars standard. The hotel is new. The food is bad in booth restaurants — grill and buffet (3 stars max) Pool is nice but there is currently a noisy construction site nearby and you cannot relax — we flagged that with the staff but no reaction… would not go here again.

Excellent hotel with amazing facilities. Very good breakfast with good variety and excellent care. The spa is spotless and the massages are the best.

Love this hotel. It's super clean and the rooms very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful, accommodating and efficient. It's a bit quiet so there isn't much to do but I'm sure that it will change as soon as the hotel gets more established.

Have exercises in bicicle the water a children's area and many more all ok.
