The worst experience of my life, no human quality, the score that you have on booking is a farce, they have no customer service. Today the lady threw me out of your hotel to the kicked, insulted me, almost blew me away, I cancelled the service that I was going to take you to the airport. Please be careful, apparently the lady has mental problems and hates Latin americans, even asked for help to another man who apparently is her husband, and did nothing, they took advantage of there was no one else in the reception and that she was alone to defame of me as a person.

Fab boutique hotel in centre of Iguazu. Right beside bus station so very convenient for getting to falls. Good rates, decent pool and good Wifi. Would definitely recommend.

To avoid, the rooms are small, the sheets thin, the windows without mosquito net overlook only the hallway. The dirty pool and the breakfast approximate. The rest OK but not enough to make the stay decent.

Good location, just one block from the bus terminal.
I recommend the hostel sector. Comfortable capsules and bathrooms spacious and clean.
They have two Wi-Fi networks and they work pretty bad.
The breakfast was good.

Very nice place, with pool, well organized, clean rooms. The room for 4 is highly recommended. There is no common kitchen where to cook or store food. It has a bar and restaurant with some options of dishes, although a little expensive.

This looks to be a good place to stay, however, the owners are extremely rude, they were not friendly at all. We had a reservation for 4 people and the day before the trip they wanted to charge extra fees so we had to book a different room in a different hotel the last minute. The place looks good as I said, but the stuff who works there, specially the owners who also manage the hotel, they are not polite with foreign people. I don't recommend this place, there are a lot of good and cheap options in Puerto Iguazu,. If you want to avoid problems in the last minute, so avoid this place.

Fantastic staff! Super helpful and friendly! The capsule beds feel private and are nice and comfortable. There is no kitchen to do your own cooking, but you get a 10% discount at the attached restaurant (which has good food at fairly cheap prices). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Iguazú!

Awesome little hotel/hostel. The staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant is really cozy. I would certainly stay here again.

Very clean, great location, convenient and helpful staff.

I stayed in the 8 bed dorm room. The bad was comfortable, there was a curtain for each bed for privacy, and there were outlets and a reading light at each bed. The room was a little small, but there was an area where I could store my bag and there were lockers below the bed to store things as well (bring your own lock). There's a pool in the back, but it was a little cool already, so no one was using it. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, so it's easy to get around. Also, this hotel does allow you to avoid paying the Argentinean lodging tax if you pay with a credit card and are a foreign resident. The breakfast was a good self-service buffet of bread, pastries, scrambled eggs (the do run out sometimes), cereal, and coffee. The only downside is the internet didn't work very well. It seemed like it worked best during the daytime, but in the evening there are times you couldn't even load a webpage, no matter which network I tried.

Great hotel, where the quality exceeds by a lot to the price. Excellent service, rooms with hot and cold air, very good Wi-Fi. The restaurant is a very good option too.
