They lowered the quality of service a little, in general it is excellent, especially the maintenance girls of the rooms, that if it is a luxury. Very nice hotel and comfortable. But we spent 1 hour waiting for breakfast. Little staff for the service. No one took responsibility and despite the complaints, they also did not fix the problem. The whole hotel waiting for a table for breakfast.

The restaurant is super rich but of high prices. It's worth the food. Then the spa area is very nice and overall with good treatment. I have had the opportunity to know the inside of the kitchen and it is super clean and tidy. Recommended.

Very good alternative to stay in Paraná, it has a restaurant and a swimming pool which is fine. The best is its location (it is in the Parque Urquiza) and a lounge for social, professional or corporate events. From all your rooms you can see the river.

The hotel is good. Spacious and bright rooms, but there are details that should be improved: the room has an electronic coffee maker, but nothing to prepare an infusion. You could only drink hot water… if there was a cup. The restaurant pretty good.
