We spent only one night. The guy at the front desk was friendly. We were in the room where a palm tree covered the whole view. The "2-seater" bed was two of 1 joined. Then all normal. The breakfast was very good.

We visited him this long end. While it was the only option we could choose due to the great demand, we risked booking 1 week earlier as the photos appeared to be very good. We arrived on Saturday 21st. 30HS and the first thing we noticed when entering the room 400 was the lack of hygiene, not to mention that by wanting to open the drawers of the closet I stayed with one of the fronts in hand and the other or handle had. We didn't pay more attention due to tiredness and asked for something for dinner. The next day as soon as I woke up to go to the bathroom I found a cockroach saludandome and welcoming me. So we decided to go for breakfast and then talk to the receptionist. With which I do not get a good answer, as I command to clean the room and the A night appeared the sister and the cousin of the first cockroach. Next day and with another countenance my wife went straight to talk to the person in charge who personally took 3 people to thoroughly clean the room under his supervision. Fix the fronts of wardrobe/closet and each and every one of the minors requested… as a result no insect reappeared the next day. Personally I think it is very good place but ediliciamente this oblivion. Showers that open it, they shoot water everywhere. Light panels of the fans that do not exist and the most important thing to climb to the last floor the staircase without light. It would be good if they hired someone for that job.

Very good staff, the reception people mostly had no problem in giving us ice, storing food in the refrigerator of the dining room and opening the dining room for when we ordered delivery and needed cutlery and dishes. The pool is very nice, it needs a daily cleaning. Our room (205) had water leaks in the sink that did not fix during our stay, but the rest of the room quite comfortable. The hotel is located 3 blocks from the bus terminal and 2 blocks from the hot springs.

Very nice place, comfortable with a beautiful view and very attentive, it is advisable for the family and prices accessible for any family… highly recommended.

The location was very nice. At 200 m from the back entrance of the hot Springs and direct view of the lake which makes it fresh and very pleasant at night. The breakfast was very good. We have to climb a couple of stairs from the garage to the rooms, in our case it was not a problem but it can be for big people. Recommended!

Normal rooms. Service and attention all right, except for the morning shift. Breakfast could be improved with a bit more variety.

Very loose. Breakfast maso. Usually do not replenish food when it ends. The hotel is not adaptable for people with different abilities… It has two floors and only stairs or ramp to climb those floors. Fire extinguishers expired. No help with the luggage. Wifi impossible to engage. Well we do not want a lot of xq buy it with discount but I expected a little more.

The pictures are deceiving, it is not a luxurious hotel as it seems. The rooms are broken and even the arrangement of furniture is unprecedented. Under the tele put a Microwave and down a mini-bar DISCONNECTED. I put together photos, out of respect, I'm not going to go up but the wires of the watchmen were peeled and curbs very rustically (a danger to any and more for children). Curtains dirty and holes in the wall. I have a photo of all of that. Greetings and don't fall into that trap please.
