We had a great time nothing to correct. Excellent service. Spotless rooms. If I have q criticize something is q would change the place of ordering food very expensive pizza and it was ugly. But they don't do it at the hotel. The breakfast spectacular 👌. I highly recommend it.

Due to coronavirus, I had restrictions to travel to Argentina and the hotel customer service and marketing employee couldn’t provide any flexibility to postpone the date of my stay. Really bad service compared to other same situation in other hotels in which I didn’t have this kind of unprofessional and irrational behavior and management.

We only spent one night here but wish we could stay longer. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was amazing — always willing to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They helped us with our reservation to see the Teatro Colon Opera house) in BA. Do not miss this jewel in BA. They also held our luggage for 2 days while we went to see the Iguazu Falls. I know hotels will do so when you arrive early in the day and your room isn’t ready. But they held it for us before we even checked in — and for no fee at all. They were so gracious at all times. We highly recommend AWWA and will definitely stay here again.

Very relaxing environment.

Room is big with some features but is quite old.

I went three times with my husband, but I doubt we'll go again in the future. The place in general is ok, especially if you want to do something different as a couple within the city. But the pool is not as warm as it should be, and when it leaves it is cold. The last time we went the pool air was broken, so it was very cold. We didn't have a good time. On the other hand, the worst thing about the spa is its attention by mail and phone. The sales department is very dry and unfriendly to answer questions. That really makes you want to go. A place like this, I should take great care of the ways.

I had an error by Booking in the reservation and the administration of the hotel solved it.

The place was nice but there were a couple of things I didn't like. The room was very cold, the heating to noise, the shower came warm, and in the spa the atmosphere towards a little cold. Breakfast was good but served in bed.

We went to the spa. The water is pseudo cold and the promos they offer of champagne and chocolate are a great scam. The rest is good.

Beautiful Hotel. Good attention. Excellent swimming pool and the room was excellent.

Be careful with the prices that advertise giving that says that Cuensta $83 dollars and when you want to make the Recerva the real price is $143.00 is it necessary to be congruent or is it false publicity?

Good hotel. Nice, clean good attention. Breakfast is in the room and it is very full. They have a rich basic menu but the meat I ordered was quite hard. Very good desserts. The price according to the place.
As far as noise I think the area that is located is quite quiet.
The sauna is good but the heated to my liking was quite cold. I saw that it has a small gym attached to the heated pool and it felt nice.
The mattress could be more comfortable but it's fine.
The place has agreement with a place to park a block away so they will make a discount.

Beautiful hotel, modern, with spacious and bright rooms. They serve a good and abundant breakfast in the room.
It has an indoor pool in the basement, where the spa is. The pool has just lukewarm water… point against. But the place is beautiful.
Large bed, spotless cleanliness, unusually there is a single bedside table in our room… The rest, impeccable.

Stayed 3 different times over the period of 1 month so had 3 different rooms, all with decks and kitchenettes, all excellent. Enjoyed great correspondence with the very helpful and friendly staff. The location is in an old established family neighbourhood so there are plenty of cafes and restaurants as well as grand parks and easy access to central BA.

We hire night at the Hotel + Spa day… When we went we did not walk the spa so we had to reschedule the spa. The day of the spa included a heated pool and sauna, but when you wanted to bathe the shower did not come out hot, only cold… In addition to what we asked for massages, we were confirmed by telephone that there was no problem, that we ususally in the hotel, when we arrived there was no masseur… The truth is that it does not live up to what it tries to offer… A pity.

I booked online for March 8 but after two hours I realized I needed the room for March 9th. The hotel refused to change the date. This was not two days it was two hours! This is no way to run a business. I lost my money and decided to book elsewhere. What a short sighted terrible management and a great way to loose future business through word of mouth and bad reviews.

The rooms are quite big and have their own little kitchen. The spa consists on a gym, a pool, a sauna, and massage room (the last one not included in the room price, but affordable). The breakfast is taken directly to the room, and has a wide range of products. The attention is really good. Also, there are some special offers (like the day spa) that make the whole experience more affordable even. Its location is has a nice combination of peace and urban urban rythm: on the north there are some of the most beautiful parks in the city, and on the south you get to experience the life of Palermo neighborhood. Completely recommended.

We went to the anniversary with my boyfriend and had a great. Heated swimming pool, sauna, massages, breakfast in the room… No words! Better not stay. I recommend 100%

Very good location, attentive and spacious rooms and services.

It was almost all good… Almost excellent. There was only one thing that would improve: at the time of the NAP every day there was a noise of crockery and glasses. The NAP was getting uncomfortable. It would be good if what they do, they do in another timetable.

Breakfast they take it to the piece, it has no common place. Very comfortable to spend a whole week.

The air conditioner in my room was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep with the on. The response of the recpecion was nil. Al Segundia dia pretended to collect consumption of frigobar not made.

The place is nice and clean but too pricey for the service. The spa says you can't go in with guys in the morning, but no one controls. I don't like it in general.

Very comfortable and clean hotel in perfect location. Staff are very helpful, responsive and all 3 I dealt with speak excellent English!

Super recommended since you enter, the room, balcony, bathroom, spa and breakfast is 10. If you want to cut the routine or look good with someone wear it and I assure you that you will stay. I will definitely come back because it is a capital paradise.

Great for relaxing a weekend.

Excellent everything. The rooms are spacious and very nice. Impeccable service. The SPA is medium limited but meets what promises, divine the pool. The food they offer is from a restaurant just around the corner from the hotel. It's very poor quality. Full breakfast and served in the room. I would recommend it and probably come back… Yes… to eat: outside.

Spacious and very comfortable rooms. But the breakfast is a disappointment. They don't have a restaurant else this place would have being one of the best around the area.

Excellent service and facilities, definitely recommended. The continental breakfast is very good but quite uncomfortable the little boxes where you bring them in.

The location is excellent very close to Aeroparque, the rooms are large but a little poorly maintained and with very economical terminations. The price is above other hotels with better offer.

Great to spend a weekend.

Located in a nice area but there's no breakfast area, the breakfast is just a box of low quality sandwiches, cakes and juice that got delivered to you room. Service can be extremely slow though the staff in general have nice attitude, remember to prepare enough time for check out.

The staff is excellent, suits are confortable, clean, luminous and very functional. I love the pool for laps, and the location is SUPERB! right across the street from BOSQUES de PALERMO, and minutes away from the airport, quick access to public transportation (buses, train and subway) to go downtown. Stoked I found this gem! Same type of room go for twice as much anywhere else. Absolutely recommended!

Good location, especially if you are flying in or out of the Aeropark in town. Good restaurants in the area. Rooms are nice, bed was very large and very comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly.

It's a nice hotel for a gateway or a couple of days stay. The massages were incredible. The pool area was crowed and the breakfast could've been better. It's well located.

Clean place, comfortable, good location close to green areas. Good deal. Warm swimming pool, sauna and massage included. Breakfast was not included and we thought it was a bit expensive to pay that amount. Overall I recommend but because of the breakfast that is not included I do not know if I would go back. Double check before.

The rooms are as departments. Kitchen with utensils, including a microwave. The large, comfortable beds. And when it touches your balcony, they are small terraces with deck chairs and table set. Spa try the sink and not the water was warm, but as the atmosphere is generally pleasant. Gym and computers available. Very good attention. Steps away from businesses, and parks.

We stayed only one night. Room very nice, very tastefully decorated, spacious, comfortable, impeccable in terms of cleaning. The only detail is that not we consulted if we were smoking or not, and we were given a smoking room (left us an ashtray and matches). The room was completely impregnated with the smell of cigarette, and we had to live with this smell during all our stay. They should take this into account before assigning a room of this kind to people not smokers, since it is quite annoying.
The rest everything very well. A unique "problem" was that we call a snack with room service to the hotel's restaurant, and lost our order, so we had to claim for it an hour later, and incompletely. I would recommend more attention in this case.
The attention of guys pretty good breakfast and excellent reception. The Wi-Fi worked very well.
Room Tip: ask for room non-smoking in case of not being.

I went with a friend and we attended as Queens, excellent hotel, everything we cannot complain of the more minimum. A real luxury. Impeccable.

Very bad. I went with my daughter for 10 years by the father's day, since it is widowed very recently. Only by the pool (very beautiful. Photos). It was broken since 2 or 3 days and no one we notice. What's more, when we arrived we took the Concierge and made him touch water to my daughter and said — dress to warm this? It felt like a MOCKERY. I charged more caro has been agreed. The restaurant does not have "basic food" for people with health problems. Only elaborate meals. Charged me $165 for 5 pies the size of a small cookie or small that snack bar, and a salad, and cards to enter the room, were a struggle. Ah. That Yes.
