A mess, very expensive and dirty rooms, bathroom without basics, champagne, soap, etc. Bathroom waste container filled with dirty toilet paper, broken towels, very basic breakfast. I don't recommend.

Bad connection to the Internet, the rooms look somewhat sloppy, the remote control does not work, the bathroom does not seem the most neat place, there are no sites for electrical connection near the desk or the bed. I like your location.

Terrible experience. The maintenance of the building is terrible, the lights don't work. Hygiene is the worst, dirty sheets, shredded mattresses, unwashed towels. It's the worst hotel I've ever weighed in. Not recommended.

If you book with card and do not arrive on the day you took it, the same you charge it. There was a storm and the elevator broke down, four days to fix it. Zero bonus. Breakfast was very simple Comfortable and clean rooms. Parking space/garage included if advised in time. Recommended for 2 or 3 days. Price from just up.

I was alone one night, the room is very spacious, clean and can rest well, the inconvenient is the bathroom when you bathe is flooded and you have no hairdryer or floor cloth to be able to fence and also delivered hand towels the rest well the staff very friendly and Breakfast acceptable.

We went 3 days with my partner. Even though the hotel looks good and is spacious the service leaves a lot to be desired for what you charge. The girls who cleaned the rooms screaming from room to room made it impossible for them to rest. They broke into our room with us inside. Never in the three days we were cleaned the room. We had to ask for towels 3 times generating a wait for at least 1 hour. The breakfast is terrible, the acid coffee, the croissants, the jam in a common bowl… We're not coming back!

It is an old hotel with spacious rooms, the correct cleanliness. The owner very friendly but the service only complies with the basics.

The Hotel is very clean. Poor breakfast and the maids forget to leave what corresponds in the room. In a week it happened twice.

Through its website I got the phone number and that way I made a reservation. When I got to the place the reservation was not listed anywhere. I don't know where the glitch went. They still had a room with separate beds and we arranged but there was no place in their garage I had to search and pay elsewhere. The Masomes room lacks a bit of maintenance.

Very good clean and spacious rooms, the air equipment a bit old and noisy but it worked properly.
Regarding the parking lot had no place I had to look for a garage on my own, did not have any reference I was sent to tour, finally found 3 blocks from the hotel, should have at least some reference, or to recommend.
The breakfast was very good and the food was very hot and the drinks were very cold.

Old Hotel, gloomy room, foam mattresses. The bathroom was fine, in dissonance with the room. The concierge's attention is good. It has limited parking, depending on the occupancy. Poor breakfast.

Miserable Service, they used my credit card without my authorization and without informing me, the management is corrupted. DIrty, noisy rooms, very old equipment (the noise of the AC won't allow you to sleep). The management is ineffective and disrespectful (I asked to arrange a defect in the toilet on December 29 because it was losing water, producing noise and finally became an overflowing affecting the whole room. The miserable and disrespectful management took 6 days in fixing it. Also there was an electrical shortcut in one of the lights and it took them 6 days to arrange it. The employees are mistreated by the management and 2 of them resigned during my stay at this fake and decadent hotel.

The hotel is good. My room is big and comfortable. Breakfast good but add you more things. If you ask bed give you good and employees have good vibes.

The beds are regular, there are for dinner or lunch. (But is close to many places to eat). Very good breakfast. Carpeted rooms. They should change the mattresses.

Makes year I travel to buenos aires, and many times stopping in the hotel, very well located, very friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast is a bit sober but correct, you have the basics, they could add something more. It is a very good option in Buenos Aires.

It is anything. I didn't see the level of poverty I saw in there anywhere. They lowered the milk they give to people with water and pay great employees (that are never the same) slave to work very, and even give you food. Employees do what they can, unfortunately.

Book two nights. Come in and everything seemed normal, until the breakfast: where the only person in the room, I was overwhelmed. I understood the situation, not to claim anything and we ended up having breakfast on Cabildo Avenue and from there we left to return to 20:30 hours. We enter the room and the same was as we went (HAD NOT CLEANED), you see this, if I was to claim, and I indicated that they had a inconvenience and that would be the possibility of cleaning it up in 20 minutes, which occurred 1 HOUR after and then insist (I should Clarify that passed, they changed towels and the rest stay as is). The second breakfast “improved”, but it will take much to be normal. I do not say Good). That if, when you retire, you get charged as if you had stayed in a 4-star normal. Garage forget it, promise it, but then there is no place. (I refer you to a garage that is a block away, where you may get a stay, by your account) In summary: if you are looking for a hotel, do NOT CHOOSE THIS, surely in ANY OTHER, will be better.

I made a reservation online for this hotel. I arrived later than predicted to Buenos Aires and I called the hotel to warn. I was attended to by a man who told me THAT it was NOT MY BOOK, nor by name, or by number of reserves. I searched for accommodation in another part, and came back to my country, and magically, I had been charged for THE THREE NIGHTS OF MY RESERVATION to my credit card. I called the hotel and they treated me AWFUL, they told me that HOW he EXPLAINED THAT YES, there was a RESERVE, AND THAT it WAS VERY "STRANGE" THAT you HAD TOLD ME THAT he WAS NOT. That is, they treated me of lying… they charged me 300 dollars for a service that I could not occupy because they denied it. I asked the check-in to sample the collection and I NEVER RESPONDED. Do not remain in this pit of poor attention, and poor quality.

I have stayed in this place three times. After it just opened, in 2008, and just now (10/11). Each time it gets worse. The room was OK, but the view over the lower roofs and service and air conditioning equipment was unpleasant. The bathroom is showing signs of decay, with the grout starting to fall off, and wildew taking over. The soap and shampoo dispensers were for show as you had to pump hard 15-20 times for a modicum of cleanser to come out. The Wi-Fi was not working for three consecutive days. One day they "forgot" to clean our room. I could go on but what's the point? I won't be returning for a fourth stay. Oh, did I mention roaches?
