Rooms a little outdated. Like the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Your situation. In the middle of the road it is difficult to find parking easily or nearby. In our case it took more than half an hour and 4 laps around La Massana to find a square of blue zone… The breakfast was very good. The best the truth.

Good hotel, great food, decent rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are loose but correct. The elevator difficult to go with baby cart. I've gone several times and will come back when I'm around the area.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the ski lifts. The breakfasts are poor. The furniture in the rooms is murdered. The rooms are very clean.

Positive: The proximity to the chairlifts (800m), a little while walking without having to take the car during the stay. The staff were very friendly and friendly. The hotel from the outside looks rural and nice.
Negative: When we arrived the world fell on us: 1. We agree with classes of teenagers who came to ski the weekend (I thought it was used Monday through Friday…). You can imagine the mess and the noise. But well, things happen, understandable.
2. The hotel smelled fatal, like a nursing home, to old… I can't explain it better, but it was pretty nasty. They could invest in air fresheners.
3. The furniture is not left behind, all very outdated. Not rural, man. Furniture, cabinets, floors, doors… Shabby or broken.
4. Just enter the room (No. 409) We killed 3 bugs (typical Cortapichas or earwigs), 2 on the floor and 1 on the bed sheets. This was the worst thing for me, I couldn't stay in that room or sleep quietly. The bathroom was ridiculously small and narrow, with a crappy shower tray from which we assume the bugs came out.
I went to complain about everything at the front desk, and the guy (very kindly by the way) agreed to move us out of room. We got the 507, with a bigger bathroom and tub. It was quite better and at least we only saw a bug already dead…
Otherwise the hotel is average, the basic buffet, etc. For the price we were not happy.

Let's say it's a very punctual place the food is not good and the noisy stay for young people with stamina can be fine for adults meh.

It is very well located for those who want to go skiing, snow… The hotel itself is OK, what is a little worse is the bathroom but you can stay. The food is pretty good and the staff friendly within what it fits.

Everything clean, WLAN could be faster, good access to the ski lifts.

Three stars. The price quality is excellent.

Wi-Fi doesn't work, shower flooded the bathroom, rooms are tiny, key cards snap easily, the balcony is soaked and water is dripping from the roof.

Cozy room, lift, good deal, near the Teleferico to climb the ski slopes of Vallnord-Pal-arinsal, breakfast buffet and good price. Ask to reserve the parking because if it doesn't get crowded and you get to pay blue area.

Amazing place highly recommend it. I spent 3 nights here to go skiing and everything was great. The open buffet food was great, the staff really friendly as well. Also, when you check out, you can still leave your stuff, go ski and come back and shower in a shared shower area at no extra charge. The distance to the ski lift is not bad just a few minutes of walk. The rooms were clean and tidy as well. The water was really hot too which is great.

Economy accommodation. Walk to the lift 10-15 minutes.

We booked at the beginning of October three double rooms for 5 days from 26th to 31st December. We called later (the hotel is closed until early November) to make sure they gave us adjoining rooms, they told us not to worry that we had them adjoining. When we checked in we reminded the receptionist that we had booked adjoining rooms and confirmed that they were adjoining. What was our surprise when we reached the floor where the rooms were, we realized that:
• The rooms were not adjoining, they were on the same floor but they were not contiguous.
• One of the rooms overlooked a shared terrace with other rooms, so you could access the other rooms through the doors facing the terrace.
• But the worst, there was a room that was totally inside, facing a light yard (it's a euphemism) of 1x1 m
We claimed at the front desk and were told that they could not do anything, that they could not change the rooms. We claimed the manager and gave us the opportunity of a suite type room but five floors higher (the suite is another euphemism it seemed like it was where he had recorded the film "The Glare" by old and dilapidated.
We told the Director that we weren't interested and he said he couldn't do anything else. The excuse, unconvincing, is that I had to change reservations from other rooms. We're going to have to put up with it.

Nice affordable with great breakfast. A bit noisy from the street when cars are racing up and down. No ac makes it a bit hot in the summer and you have no choice but to have the doors open therefore you will wake up every now and then from the cars racing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lot sinks had hair dryer.
A point against IS that the heating can not be regulated and at night you heat handles. It should be able to turn off or regulate.
The breakfast was excellent.

Very helpful staff. Correct room, the bathroom has a paste, that in the shower there is no room for curtains and l ' water comes out with a lot of pressure, which makes a poqyito of.
The standard food is very much the same as in the hotels of the same category in Andorra.
The dinner at the end of the year was very good and they had great detail both in the food that was special as in organizing a fiest with Cotillion, Cava and Dj for the guests.
We have been treated very kindly and with much education keeping in mind and pampering our little boy at all times.
Good place to go back.

Habitaciones algo antiguas. Por el precio pagado muy bien. Difícil de aparcar en la massana.

Habitación medianamente limpia y el baño también, está todo como muy básico, pero vamos que para dormir y ducharme no necesito más. El desayuno me ha impresionado, muy rico, hay de todo. Ideal para empezar bién el día de ski.

A popular place to stay in Andorra. Without great pretensions but with friendly service, clean rooms… very much like a hostel, in fact come many groups.

A very justito hotel, it only serves to spend the night in tiny rooms where only the bed barely enters and needs a remodel as it is very outdated.

Not bad for the price it has, everything clean, food could be better but not bad, good breakfasts and the only bad thing about my room that I touched two separate beds … otherwise perfect to get to know Andorra.

Right place in quality/price. Ideal for passing people. It offers breakfast but does not have a lunch service.

Good Hotel to spend a few days skiing, value for money acceptable.
Positive aspects: Rich food, clean sheets and good care
Negative aspects: They always put the same food, hotel and old facilities, the rooms smell like mold and feet
PD: advisable to go in flip-flops to the shower because the bathroom does not look very safe against fungi.

For the price, it was a very good stay. Nice restaurant with generous buffet for both breakfast and dinner. On the other hand, the double bed was coming apart and the equipment was a bit impractical, with some unpleasant smell from the drain.

Simple, clean, affordable, reasonable prices. Close to the road a little noisy.

I have stayed at consecutive years for skiing and if you are looking for a great value of the money, it would be a great option. The rooms are okey, clean, however beds could be quite hard. At reception every time Cecila has an extra smile for the guests :)

Good price/value! Very close to cable car, just 2 mins of walk. Friendly staff. This is an old hotel and will comply with your needs for a ski pass, room, bed and breakfast. Dont look for a luxury experience.

The only one think which is ok is the price — like in many andorran hotels the 3 star rating is overestimated. The furniture are old, hotel has very special artificial smell and another thing which is not visible in the pics: terrible noise which is almost all the time in the center of la Massana.

I and my partner went to spend the first week of August. To begin the facade estabien, it is nice, and the hotel is very well located, close to slopes and close to the vella andorra. It is very bad for parking area and we had to hire the parking of the hotel, which is open air with no surveillance cameras. Very shabby and certainly is expensive for the type of "parking" is. Rooms are old and the beds are calling a double and put us two singles. Nice view in the room. The suite bathroom very old, but clean. The TV in the room is painful. The buffet is very poor and little variety, 'acceptable' breakfast, coffee milk. It is disgusting what comes out! The buffet staff quite stupid and little attentive and overwhelm you so go before and do not eat more. Receptionists, acceptable. Very quiet hotel. Wi-Fi very bad because it does not reach the rooms, only in the two public rooms, little room with sofas. Small elevator.

This hotel was excellent value for money. Good location (only cost me 10 euros from the bus station) well maintained hotel with friendly staff and an amazing view.

I recommend this Hotel since my experience there was very good, the spacious rooms with everything you can expect from a three star hotel with everything you need, the breakfast buffet and very good quality food highlighting the wide variety of dishes to choose. General service with careful attention. We were very pleased.
