The hotel is clean and well located. You get what you pay for. Fairly basic rooms but they are comfortable. Staff are friendly and it’s a good location. Happy enough with it so far.

Nice staff, clean and spacious rooms, ski equipment rental in the hotel. Jacuzzi and sauna are a definitely a plus! Free bus service to nearest pistas.

Decent hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are a decent size with built in wardrobe. Only issue really was the lack of any heat source for drying clothes as we were skiing. Only 1 small lift so busy at peak times. Good range of food for breakfast and evening meals. For some reason whe you have evening meal uou have to buy any drink in water but it's all available at breakfast.

Large and clean room, balcony mountain view (superior room). The bedding was of good quality. The bathroom also is ample enough. In half board, we were not disappointed with the meals, it remains a fairly simple buffet but we have experienced much worse.
Big black spot, very noisy hotel! If one of the neighbors goes to the bathroom or takes a shower you know it! And lack of luck we fell below a couple without discomfort, very noisy (Chair that traine, things that fall, and the bed that squeet…), impossible to sleep before 4am! We almost left the hotel, finally we bought some earplugs for our second night on site.
In any case, do not rely on the 4 stars displayed, nothing to do with a 4 star hotel in France!

In my opinion is not worth the 4 stars that has — as much has the same as I put in the valuation — is outdated, not warm enough in my opinion, not notable for its cleanliness (may be old but be impeccable in terms of clean but not so) if bi In the room It is spacious, has a fading light and some unwelcoming furniture in my opinion. The bathroom, with plastic shower curtain, in my opinion unhygienic, especially seeing how it was "cared" the dryer, laughing: After twenty seconds of use is turned off, and you have to wait as a minute or two to reuse. The buffet of the location, not by far is the quality of a 4-star hotel (in the same street there is a 3 star hotel whose buffet is much better) in short, a bit disappointing. Of course don't expect great things from the hotel Wi-Fi, since you can only enjoy it in community areas of it, not in the rooms. The staff is very friendly.

Should give out jellies at dinner and dont put drinks in glass if asked not to do so.

Nice atmosphere and with nice views very close to the ski resort of Arinsal, improved cleanliness, I found slippers under the bed of previous customers.

It is a picturesque place with a service and breakfast great. Econo. Ico Ideal for friends groups and family with children. Bar and romantic fireplace. Great Perfect.

Outdated, nice deal but little cash. The cold room (20 °c), even with the "thermostat" of the room at 30 (does not do anything). The water from the cold shower, we could not bathe at night, the next day, when we complained they solved it to the 30 minutes opening a key "that had been closed".
The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is very nice, the place is beautiful, the rooms warm and comfortable… Pity the SPA is paid for and very expensive for what it offers (6, €0/30 minutes).

I do not recommend it to anyone, lousy service, cold and outdated rooms, the jacuzzi of the so-called spa (ironically called Spa) is frozen, have no changing rooms in the supposed spa, which only has a sauna and a jacuzzi, the service lies Continually, the only really good thing is the buffet service which we found right, we will never repeat.

A little paint shot in the rooms would be nice.

In a nice setting, a pleasant, quiet stay, the hostess is great (humor, information, practice of French …). On the other hand the buffet is not terrible, unattractive presentation, lacks the name of the dishes and their composition,

Beautiful the only bad access with the car drinks many stairs and small elevator could not fit I do not want to imagine a disabled person there is no access for it but otherwise great.

Terrible, filthy smelly hotel in desperate need of a revamp, a good walk uphill to main gondola and nightlife.

Spent 2 great ski holidays here and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Lovely people great skiing you can't go wrong.

It was a great experience and I love the environment. The workers are super kind and faces full of smile however I was super angry when I ate pork during buffet just because the waiter mistakenly told me it was seafood on the table but I started reacting after the first bite and realised it was pork! and the yummy looking paella also had pork in them for breakfast so I really didn't enjoy the food as much but aside that, everything else by my opinion was perfect! It an ideal place for anything with love. If you love nature, u should be there.

Simple and not excessive hotel. Close to the gondolas and rentals of winter sports equipment.

Friendly and clean, most speak English. But of a trek to Arinsal gondola, but the free bus helps.

Or have a great holiday. Nice hotel and good restaurant. To promote.

My family and I came with a group of friends for a skiing holiday. We were given a very small room so asked for a larger one. Got charged €16 extra per night when pretty much everyone of our friends rooms were that same large size or bigger. When questioning the extra charge hotel management told us it was our bad luck! When checking out and paid we did state how unprofessional we felt their comment was, their reply was "don't come back then! ". Guess we will not… Anyone planning on staying there, do not expect to receive much care and politeness.
