Superb! Nice staff, good location and clean room.

Nice family Hotel located in Encamp a 10 min walk from the Funicamp or 2 min from the bus stops. No luxuries but right. The best thing was the dinner menu. Classic dishes of the regional cuisine. Would.

It is good for its price. Good breakfast and very tasty supper (dinner). Not far from the elevator Funikamp. Rooms are not very big but enough for living for a week or a bit more. There is everything you need for having good sport holidsys with ski or snowboarding.

They asked me to reserve a table at Funnikihp's bar. The answer was "I won't do it, you have a phone for yourself! They explained that we don't speak Spanish or English well and need help! It doesn't make any sense. The rooms are small, dated.

The hotel is very cozy, family friendly. The best thing about the hotel has been the room, very spacious and hot with a comfy bed. It is also 1 minute from the Funibus that takes you to the gondola. The worst, the little choice in the lunch buffet, ie little variety to choose from.
In short, it has been a very good stay!

The hotel is great. We caught it with a joint offer with a pass and the price was great. The breakfast was normal. Wifi throughout the hotel that works pretty well. Free Ski-storage service. 2 min from Funicamp. Only one drawback and is that the receptionist wore the yellow ribbon of the independicia of Catalonia… In Andorra? A little sad but overall it is a good hotel.

Good location in a very friendly village. Easy access to the surrounding area thanks to the bus lines. Good location, very decent room above the river and breakfast excellent and varied. We recommend this hotel and will be back very soon.

Маленькие, неуютные номера. Отсутствие нормальных одеял. Кровати не рассчитаны на стандартный рост 171. Подали холодный ужин.
Хозяева не понимают английский.
Если собираетесь в Андору и хотите европейский сервис то вам точно не в этот отель.

The first thing that struck this is a Soviet-style hotel in Andorra
Small, uncomfortable rooms. Lack of normal blankets. The beds are not designed for standard growth. 171. A cold dinner was served.
The hosts do not understand English.
If you are going to Andorra and want a European service, then you definitely are not in this hotel.

This hotel is very nice and family friendly I have been coming for years in winter for skiing and in summer we hike.

The stay was perfect I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place to stay. Kind staff and clean rooms.

Very clean, definitely dated, but the staff were very helpful even though they didn't speak much English. Breakfast is included. Encamp is quiet compared to the capital with no shopping (good news for us, we wanted to hike). We ate at two different good restaurants in town and one night at the hotel which was good. Cheap and cheerful, would return.

We are a young couple who has been lodged at the hotel about two weeks ago. The summary of this assessment is excellent. What most caught our eye nothing more to reach the hotel was the food. I thought that places where you could eat as well there were (just like that at home) for that price. For the owners of the hotel and the staff incredibly helpful high and if the thing gets cut to add that there is a free shuttle bus to 2 minutes from the hotel which happens very regularly and in another 5 minutes of leaves in the ready access to Grandvalira and have cable and good snow day. If all this also we add to that the vella is located 10 minutes away from Andorra and that over the hotel has a generous parking private free and open with possibility of parking very economical price top it. As small sticks to say that breakfast although good is we did a little repetitive. No doubt we would have if we had to go back. For that price you could not ask more. Congratulations.

Hotel traditional, family, next to the River, like being at home, ideal for children, without children, eye if you ask them for walks because they measure different and then you come back to cats. Without the mess of And. La Vella and Escaldes, or ski resorts. The owners are lovely people.
