The hotel is very good in low season, with very affordable prices, despite being a 4 star. The buffet, while there are people is decent, without going over, but when 4 cats stay, they reduce it a lot, and it is very depressing. Otherwise, treatment, decoration, services, all very well.

Good location, very good price for low seasons. The high season although it is a bit expensive pq are next to the ski slopes, it is logical. All very well, they can do many excursions, there is an indoor and outdoor pool. Correct cleaning. The reception and the waiters are very attentive and very friendly. As a note I give you a 9. I would repeat more.

One of the best hotel in Grandvalira area and for sure the best in El Tarter. A ski in ski out hotel with free parking, swimming pool, sauna and turkish bath offer. The buffet offer is various and very tasty, it's difficult not to taste everything. Bar and living areas are comfortable with great views. Happy hour available every days at the games room. Snooker, table football and bowling available. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with views to the mountains and the slopes. Friendly staff always committed to help and provide the best experience at the hotel.

The hotel and facilities is very good now there is something that is totally out of place the size of their beds I to a hotel of this category I go to rest well and the most important thing for me is to sleep comfortable here I spend some pictures of my son both in the normal bed As the couch draw your own conclusions is unacceptable it should be noted that my son is tall but only measures 1.83 meters is not that it measures 2 meters. It's a shame that a hotel of this category has these beds. At the reception they have a nice collections of cars and motorcycles very important because they do not sell and they put beds according to their stars. I took the pictures of the bed to the manager and more or less told me to go to find another hotel a lack of respect.
All the good thing about this hotel is overshadowed to my liking for the discomfort of the beds sorry but I would not change the subject they do not have Wi-Fi in the rooms unless you pay aside embarrassing and as dessert strawberry also charge you the safe deposit box a LIND Or 4 stars that charge you all apart liar would never go back I don't like that I cheated.

The service in general, Nice. Very nice decor. The rooms are very comfortable and there is good view from the balconies. The indoor pool has quite hot water, but the outside is quite cold. The arcades are very well organized and the restaurant's free buffet is for finger-licking.

Lovely hotel in Andorra, which is starte on the slopes. They have a games room and also do happy hour every night between 6 and 7. The food at this hotel is good and friendly staff.

Good service and food but the whole hotel smells of chlorine from the spa and some parts smelled like a sewer. Also no good beers are served at the hotel, otherwise good location with 40 m to the lift and right next to the ski shop.

Experience started poorly when we arrived at 11.30pm tired and hungry. We had contacted them in advance and arranged for a cold meal for the party on arrival. The receptionist said the kitchen was closed, there was no food and we would have to sort it in the morning and he walked off. Fortunately one of the waiters was more helpful. He took a copy of our email confirming the arranged cold meal to a different night manager who opened the cold buffet to allow us to eat. On the first couple of nights they split our family group onto 2 tables in different parts of the restaurant. We asked if we could be seated together and were told it would be arranged for that evening's meal. When we came down for that no table was had been sorted. After standing our ground they sorted the table and apologized with a bottle of bubbly with the meal. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was good and plentiful with a wide choice buffet at breakfast and in the evening. The location is great with the ski storage room opening onto the piste beside the chairlift and skiing back to the same. There is free use of a pool, steam room and gym. There is a games room to keep the kids entertained. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was a pity that our initial experience was poor, but I would go back again.

Late summer 2017, Coach Tour of Andorra, Hotel Nordic was the Best bit & Fantastic. Staff were helpful and understanding. All rooms have a balcony and our view was stunning. Regular buses to the capital and attractions. Cannilo, caught the ski lift to the ski village, no snow but plenty to keep you interested.

It is the first hotel I have been to in Andorra and the experience cannot be better.
Well the rooms and facilities, go out and be on the chairlift.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I don't think you can ask for more.

So food very good, good house wine 14% at 10! euro a bottle is very good. Ski in ski out and ski shop in Hotel. 50 yds ffrom ski lift to main ski area.

Good hotel, although it does not correspond the price with the quality. They have free parking up even though it is small size. The food is good but the fruit jam from the forest is very bad. It has slopes at 1 metre and keeps skis. The deal is good but you could improve on the help. It does not have Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the common areas does not work very well. The gym is small but cozy and the pool too. In general the valuation is positive but better.

Hotel located at the foot of the piste, ideal for skiing in Grandvalira. The room was very good.

The location of the hotel is what I appreciate most. The hotel restaurant serves very good food and appreciates the abundance and variety. There are small things that could improve in the rooms but they are insignificant comparison with what this hotel offers. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna are a delight after a day of skiing. I love this hotel.

Very comfortable to go skiing since it is on foot of the track and the exit of the Guardaesquis is located a few meters of the chairlift. Breakfast and dinner buffet. Spacious and well-serviced rooms. There are problems with the Wi-Fi in the rooms but excellent in common areas.

Its location is unbeatable. Near the slopes and Escaldes. The room was very comfortable. Ours had mountain views. There were vintage cars scattered around the hotel. It has a game room and live music after dinner. We had dinner there. They have a very complete and correct free BUFFET.

It is always a pleasure to go to the hotel Nordic, I come almost every year in off season (may or September) with groups of car drivers in tourist rallies. The prices are good with regard to this beautiful 4 star hotel! Thanks to the local com ' Véronique ' and also to all the staff!

It is great and the attention of the workers is, at the very least, exquisite. The night entertainment of 10, and both the metre, and the great reception girls.
Maybe I would add more toiletries, because one is somewhat scarce and the beds narrow, and would be missing free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, plus a fridge, but the general lines the hotel is for show. 'll!

Very cosy Hotel on foot of slopes. Very pleasant attention throughout our stay. Excellent Buffet by theme. Good views. Ski storage for a room at no extra charge. Right game room.

Very cosy family Hotel. Walk to the slopes, you can go out and get with the skis on. The staff is very friendly. It has a Spa and games room with bowling to pass the time inside. The buffet of the dinner and breakfast is not spectacular but it is very good.

We stayed in one of the apartments (2 adults and 2 children) and we were very happy with the hotel. It really is ski-in, ski-out and we thought the food choices were excellent. We would certainly return.

Location is the best hotel you can stay for skiing in GrandValira. It has everything, exit (and entrance) direct to tracks, rent of material and shop, spa, games room, buffet acceptable but of external catering. But there is one thing that is really regrettable. A four star hotel, expensive and in a country where roaming rates are so high because it is not EU, the Wi-Fi in the rooms is paid for. But not only that, the safe is also paid for. There are little details that would make a difference. And Hotel Nordic doesn't consider them.

The settings of the hotel in the summer are breathtaking. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool is amazing. Wifi in the room is extra and is very poor. Food — wide selection both during breakfast and dinner but the quality of the pastries and cooked food is low to moderate and doesn't stand up to Spanish pastries and food quality you can find in ordinary restaurants.

We've had a perfect day. The staff is super attentive but at the same time not overwhelmed. The room was very nice and the view even more. The food is very rich and varied. It has been a real pleasure.

Amazing location. Ski in/out. In house hire shop. Lovely pool and spa facilities. Food excellent. Plenty of choice. Bar prices excellent. Everything you could want on a ski holiday. 10 years skiing and this is the best one yet. We will be back!

This hotel is definitely not worth the 4 stars it boasts. They rip off the customers because they are on the slopes. Don't count on having a nice view. Count on paying extra for absolutely everything, ranging from the extra 3 euros per day to use the safe in the room (what's?! ), to forcing you to buy a 'hair cap' to go into the jacuzzi! The food is clearly frozen or from cans. Reception is inefficient and despicable.

I've been several times to the holiday hotel, and also with various formations and incentives, made to measure for the company, including outdoor activities and everything. The staff is great! Always try to do as much for your or (the Group) are well. I find it is a hotel with many possibilities and it is worthwhile to discuss reception or with the direction that activities can be. The food is buffet and it is very correct, but, if you mention your preferences, especially in the case of groups, they are also very willing to adapt the firm to your liking. Total, a hotel with many possibilities. I love the tranquility and the direct contact with nature there.
