Superb hotel right in the center where you just walk into the shopping street. Friendly and professional staff, rooms are spotless, breakfast is more like a brunch with many choices, the parking around the corner makes your trip more convenient. Our choice again next time in Andorra!

Horrible smell in the room, at reception we asked Q to move us to room and they left us a device to purify the air, that the smell was unbearable, we were not moved from room and the smell was hard two days. The beds do not undo them to make them again in the mornings. Lot of noise from the cars on the second floor.

Nice hotel, very quiet, with large and clean rooms. On the sixth floor, they have a view of the mountains. Staff, lovely!

Controversial hotel: From the pros: quite new, convenient location from the shopping center Pyrenees, shop U, near the Central Park Parc Centraal. Spacious bathroom with bidet.
Cons: Very expensive parking (18 euros per night), while the nearby parking Parc Centraal a day pay about 15 euros, and if you put the car only for the night, it turns about 5 euros. Expensive breakfast: 17 Euro per person (did not take), very bad Internet, air conditioning in February worked only for heating-had to open the window, the Windows overlook the crossroads with busy traffic.
Conclusion: Next time I would prefer to stay at another hotel.

A good hotel in the center of Andorra with beautiful services and often nice promotions but a breakfast at a price a bit excessive.

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were not very large (enough for two) but the bed and the bathtub very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

Very spacious rooms well equipped.
The breakfast is very complete with all the gourmet products, the hot dishes are cooked to your liking and at the moment.
The sofa bed is awful, I couldn't sleep all night. After the complaint, they added a mattress and I was able to sleep more comfortable.
It is difficult to unload at the door as the traffic is infernal, but the staff is very close to the arrivals, they help you, even accompany you to the garage which is in a adjoining building but complicated to find the first time.
I recommend it!

Beautiful hotel, well located. Very frustrated at arrival to try to find it! The name NH was nowhere and neither the tourist center a block away nor the police we asked had any idea where it was. The address was not evident on it either. We finally parked and walked for an hour to find it. Parking is also hard to find and VERY TIGHT! Good thing the room made up for the initial difficulties!

Right in the city centre. Large clean, modern rooms and mostly helpful staff, most of which speak good English. No on site car park but they have allocated spaces in the multi storey right next door, entrance very difficult to find though. They have a bar but it wasn't manned during our visit, reception staff were able to organise drinks. The breakfasts are excellent.

We very much liked this place. Went with our son and took the very spacious junior suite with a pleasant view over the mountains and city. Awesome jacuzzi in the bathroom made the say even more pleasant. The location is great for shopping and its very quiet. Excellent service. The parking is also very good as you can get the car out and in as many times as you wish, you just pay by night not by hours or days. In general we were very happy and will surely come back.

Good service and very good reception in the heart of the city.

When we arrived at the hotel we could not find the parking. A nice young man at the reception gave us a map and explained to my husband how to get there. Were not able to find it so after 30 or more minutes driving around town we stoped again and the manager came with us in the car and helped to locate the entrance of the parking garage. The personal knows about the difficulty to find the garage (one must take a very tiny street of a busy round about what looks more like an entry way to a house) but I must say the very personal service of the manager was great! Thank you again. Room is spacious and also the bathroom.

An immediately impressive urban lodge in the middle of the shopping area. The top floors have exceptional, striking views of the mountains. There is no restaurant but there appears to be a bar.
