➜ We booked two very specific rooms with great balneo! We only had one room as the second one was exchanged with another guest we were put on the fait accompli knowing that we had been going to this hotel for several years! We will not go back in addition the quality is no longer there! I strongly advise 22nd the restaurant which is not at all gastronomic is very expensive! A very unpleasant server! Too bad the quality is changing as much as it was a very good hotel a few years ago!
➜ I have been staying at the Casa Canut Hotel once a year for almost 15 years. Needless to say then, my loyalty is justified.
First of all, the hygiene is impeccable. Located right in the centre of the main avenue, the location is simply ideal. Afterwards, the staff are fantastic. Listening to customers, the slightest worry is solved in a few minutes. The services are worthy of a 5-star hotel in Andorra, I speak here knowingly given that I had the opportunity to test other hotels around pretending to the same prestige but much less fabulous.
The hotel has a garage that you wouldn't have to worry about anymore.
Finally, breakfast, although very expensive, is also very diverse and composed of fresh products, you might as well tell you that you will come out repelled!
On the other hand I can not say anything about the adjacent restaurant since I have not tested it.
I therefore highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the receptionist Jonathan for his valuable advice on good addresses in particular.
