While they did not let me in (for them it is not a correct outfit) I do not understand it is a 5 star hotel!?

Im a guest at a suite and was shocking that lunch buffet was closed only for the protocol of whatever whoever is visiting!

I would like to know if we can know the availability of a room for a later date without checking in the system? … I don't think so, how dare a receptionist tell a client a NO! Dry full of vanity and arrogance without even checking, in a hotel like this one should better choose these employees. Very nice hotel, nice and helpful receptionists, concerting the restaurant "the buffet is at the height" the staff is very nice, they are at little care with the guests and the chef is very friendly professional and smiling.
The rooms have very nice views with big Windows TV, phone and others, they are very clean and beautiful like all their rooms.

Spent days in this hotel I would say the food is good rooms are nice and clean.

L'emplacement face a la mer méditeranée est magnifique mais non exploité. Les lieux sont correctes et pourraient faire l'objet de plus de propreté et de rigueur vu le prix coutant des chambres et suites. Le service est trés lent Le personel du front desk s'exprime de façon nonchalente et il y a une fille au front desk qui est limite aggressive. J'ai du attendte 40 minute pour avoir une sortie de bain. Les vienoiseries du petit déjeuner peuvent être améliorées. La jeune femme et le jeune homme du 17 eme étage sont adorables et offre un bon service client. Le personel de la securité est trés alerte et serviable. On se sent en securité sur les lieux. Le chef de l'hotel est a viré! La nouriture est limite. Oran est une belle ville, elle merite mieux. Le service de pressing est efficace et rapide. Les assiettes de fromages sont a ameliorer! C'est une honte de presenter un plateau de fromage avec des parts minuscules pour une souris. Le Meridien est une organisation etrangere etablir en Algerie, je pense qu'elle fait preuve de discrimination envers la population car elle offtr un service limite pour un prix pas a la porté du consomateur moyen.

My room The 316 was the worst view of my life with a strange TV and phone, it was very clean and beautiful like all their rooms.

The meal at the restaurant was good.
We had a nice week in training at this hotel.

Hotel more clean than others, pool very small related to hotel dimensions, except reception workers acting strange crossing the limits to clients.

The Air Condition was not working, bath tub was not clean, food was not good.
