Booked 1 night with the box set despite having rooms available to me have refused the booking. Poor service.

Professionalism, friendliness, order, cleanliness and great food. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details. Structure the top!

Bad experience worthy of a 2 star. Non-existent reception and rooms full of problems, from the lack of television remotes to the broken fridge and the lack of water at certain hours.
The worst part is the restaurant. Quality of raw material really low, we spent more lunches and dinners out than in the hotel.
The worst thing is that of Romagna in this hotel there is nothing.
Experience not to repeat for me is my family.

Very disappointing stay, from the comfort room chosen for more comfort but not compliant with the photos on the site (very ruined wooden floor, very small room, poorly maintained, double bed consisting of 2 single beds), each request was a supplement. The discreet kitchen although the coordination between the staff was very poor, forgetfulness etc… rigid on schedules.
At the end of the stay charge of drinks not used and half board added but was already included in the initial price.
Fortunately and confirmation emails present.

Good location. You arrive downtown with a walk of about 15 minutes. Very close to the beach (including Papeete). To be a 4star would take a few more tricks (for example they had finished single-dose toothpaste; the breakfast room should open at 7.30am, opened at 7.40am). Great breakfast buffet.

Friendly staff, rooms tidy and clean! Modern but simple furnishings! Old and noisy elevator and strange noises all day. Very convenient to the center and the beach.

Great location X beach and downtown proximity… in the upscale hotel area. Excellent cleaning, qlq quality margin remains.

Stayed at the hotel Kent, for four days, all super from the welcome of Mr. Massimo, Daniela and the other lady who pardon me I escapes the name, and all the staff in the restaurant room. Thank you all very much for the great stay. Clean rooms and restaurant very helpful to any change of menu, the spa great. We will return, thanks to all the staff. We're the sig. Of Hippolytus.

Good location near the sea Very friendly and good breakfast The rooms clean. Reported loss of water from the sink without resolution. Also reported that the safe every now and then emitted sounds but also this problem was not resolved (in the night was annoying).

Nice and clean hotel Comfortable bed and minimal furnishings made my stay enjoyable. The terrace with sea view has the right privacy. I do not give 5 stars because you can always improve, but the staff is already very polite and attentive.

Good location, although not very close to downtown, does not have large common areas, small pool. Junior Suite Quite spacious, with spacious balcony, however the advise if you go in 4 people: there is a bunk sofa bed that does not shine for stability, I would never sleep my son downstairs. Good and varied breakfast.

Very friendly staff. You have the sense to disturb and you understand it as soon as you enter the structure. Definitely not recommended especially with the wide choice of hotels in Milano Marittima.

Overnight stop for work. Rooms modern and clean but negative for the lights, all low, energy-saving, but sad. The morning I ask the bill but they tell me that you can not do for some reason that I do not understand. I also ask for the receipt of the 10 euros of the parking but you can not do because the PC is locked. A couple of months later I write that I have to pay 2, 5 euros of residence tax and give me Iban of the municipality of Cervia. Already that I am asking for the receipt of the parking, they send me by mail. I have slept at other times in Milano Marittima but it is the first time that I personally pay the city tax. It usually does the hotel. Mah… I'm not going back.

Good hotel, direction not up to par, they called me after two months for €10 to stay tax which I had not been charged… No comment!

3-day vacation, all perfect.

Very professional and courteous waiters, great food and cleanliness. The staff is always very helpful and cares about our needs. The hotel is a stone's throw from the sea and the Papee Beach. They offer free bike rental and Wi-Fi. I would go back without thinking twice. Jana and Kevin.

I stayed from 06/05 to 08/05 with my boyfriend, we were divinely.
At the restaurant we were served with extreme welcome and fantastic cuisine! Will definitely come back.

In passing to Mirabilandia, I was in this hotel and I was pleased. The staff is prepared and very friendly. The rooms are spacious and well furnished except for the TV which is great as a stamp. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are of various heights to accommodate the cervicals of each client. The bathroom is fully functional and nicely decorated. In the evening we were also at the hotel restaurant and although not cheap, the dishes were good and well presented. Finally the breakfast was very plentiful and varied. Very well!

The hotel is very close to the sea and the city centre. I was here with friends for an evening in the city and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is very nice, the staff is helpful. Great breakfast.

Nice hotel, good and varied breakfast. The rooms are very diverse including some (for 2 people) very small. But in essence recommended.

Some comments don't understand them. Two years and two that I feel good. Nice location, stylish room. Maybe to eat is not very varied, but it's still all good.

Apparently, the hotel was renovated not too long ago. This renovation is well done.
The food is excellent, the staff very nice, friendly and tried.

All in all very well organized for the animations for children. We had a nice stay. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is small but nice. Clean rooms and good food. I only put 2 stars because I don't like the way you handle the reservation: they asked me a credit card number as a deposit in case I hadn't presented. Two days before the arrival I saw myself charge the night. This is called "unauthorized transaction" and is a crime. Who handled the phone call during the reservation did not specify who would be paid 2 days before.

Not a 4 star hotel, small rooms and a little rough around the edges!
Good restaurant service, although for dinner, closing at 21, it's too restrictive, especially on a holiday.

Hotel 4 stars nothing special to report. Priced out of season.
