Highly not recommend this place! The rooms are dirty, the bathroom very small and dirty! The staff is not welcomed with the turist.

Stayed here for 7 nights. Rooms are modern looking, fresh and clean. There's AC. Some rooms have beautiful view on the sea. If you are unfortunate to have a room with a view to the back street — use rooftop, it's open and has beautiful view to the harbour especially in the morning and evening. Towels were changed every day and bed sheets every second day. Personally, I'm ok to use towels a bit longer, so hotel may put more effort to something else (breakfasts for instance). Speaking of breakfasts — they're OK. You'll not walk away hungry but would be nice to have more variety. After 7 days it's hard to have exactly the same food for breakfast. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. Last day we had a transfer delay, so owner allowed us to stay to 14.00. Wi-Fi is present but often connection to the Internet is limited. Location is within 7-10 minutes walking to the main promenade. In general, I would recommend staying here.

The room was tiny but with lovely sea view. Air condition worked perfectly and the room was cleaned ever day with fresh towels ever other day. A shower door was missing in the bathroom but I really didn't mind. Choices of breakfast are limited and everyday the same items were served but everything was fresh. As everywhere in Saranda there is a busy road in front of the hotel. Generally good value for the money you pay. I has a very pleasnat stay.

Clean, Respectful and kind are the words I use to describe this hotel. I just recently stayed there for a few days while visiting Sarande. They have a beautiful view of the ocean/beach. They are in a perfect location between beaches, restaurants, stores and excursions. The hospitality was great and so were their cappuccinos… my absolute favorite part! highly recommend!

We stayed two nights (18-19 may 2018) in this hotel. Very clean, very large rooms, very warm welcome from the staff and especially from the boss Arben and his wife. Excellent price-quality ratio. Breakfast buffet large choice. I keep a good memory of this hotel. I would recommend without hesitation to everyone in the passage to Saranda-Albania.

Buyer Beware — inaccurate description on website. Hotel is NOT beachfront and checkout time is NOT 11AM as listed online, but rather 10AM as listed on the "rules and regulations" sheet in each room. Also on this sheet, you will note that towels and sheets are NOT changed daily but once every three days. Even with the deceptive marketing, we decided to stay at this hotel. On the last day, while I was eating my breakfast at 8:30 AM, the maid came over to me asked for my key. I told her that I would not be leaving until the 10 check out time and needed my key. After breakfast, I go to my room only to find the door wide open and the maid stripping the sheets and cleaning the room. I was told that the owner told her to clean my room because other guests were waiting to take it. i told the maid that I paid for my room and would not be leaving at 8:30. She called the owner over the phone and I could hear her saying to him "Yes, I told her that there were others waiting. " I called the company that I booked the hotel from and they tried calling the owners directly and was hung up on. In all my years of international travel, I have never been kicked out of a hotel room an hour and a half prior to checkout because another guest was waiting. Potential Buyers — There are many beautiful properties in Saranda that are actually located on the beach. I highly recommend you save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Easy parking. Spacious rooms. Nice service and breakfast. Very polite staff!

Great place friendly staff and great location to town centre coffee was great also value for money.
