Royal Palace Condo Hotel

Brand new location, luxurious, comfortable, affordable, clean with all the amenities. Puts Miami to shame lol The owners are always there on top of everything!

The "hotel" is not recommended, although they are rather apartments and it is not a hotel. We were 4 families and in all the rooms was the same, we had no safe where we could store our valuables, no toilet paper was available, had to shop in the supermarket, no hand soap in the bathroom, after a one-time shower, the whole bathroom was under water, as the water could only flow slowly. In the shower cabins there is no bracket for the shower head. No bracket for the bathroom towels. If you want to change these cloths, you have to leave them in the morning in the reception and pick them up again in the evening. It's the same with the duvet cover. The rooms are not cleaned, we stayed there for more than 1 week and had to clean ourselves. There were no garbage bags and we had to take care of the garbage ourselves. At the bed there was only 1 bedside table. We had a room for 2 pers. Booked with baby, we got a room with 1 bed and a pull-out bed and no cot. All the complaints at the reception didn't help, because these ladies didn't come to meet us, the only thing we heard from them was we have to take care of it ourselves. The hot tub didn't go outside and we always had to wait a long time for the elevator because it was either overloaded or wasn't working. We will never come back, so you have lost 16 people. The only plus point the rooms were clean.

This place has exceeded my expectations. I fell in love with the pool, the apartment itself, and most especially the Shqip people! They are very nice and friendly. This is where I'm planning to buy my next vacation pad!
