Best hotel in Berat. Great service, quaint and very comfortable rooms. Restaurant has great food and the owner will even serve you coffee in the morning.

Very tasty food. Probably best meatballs I have ever eaten. Had to wait about hour to get food on sunday night, but it was worth it.

When you visit the city of Berat this is definitely the best hotel you can find located on the banks of the river Ōsumi in front of a beautiful pedestrian bridge that leads directly to the center enjoys beautiful rooms all furnished with wood and bathrooms are very clean
The owner also speaks Italian and with his hospitality makes you feel really at home When you see the window you are the protagonist of a postcard!
The food is good and genuine and considering we are in Albania you can make a great dinner There again.

Lovely place to stay. Great service and breakfast. Rooms comfy and clean. Definitely recommend staying there.

The restaurant serves phenomenal food. Try the Berat Olives, they are life changing. The menu opens with a full page of traditional Albanian food, translated into English. I've eaten here three times on three separate occasions and I'm always impressed.

I Have being almost in all hotels in Berat due to work and this place is located in the hearth of the city with the best view. I recommend also to visit the mountain above the hotel and doing some excursions

Really confortable rooms in the heart of Berat!

Maybe I was expecting too much but the dishes are not up to the scenery. Atmosphere turned off and a little sad.

Amazing view beneath the old city of Berat with great food in the restaurant. Super comfortable beds that feel like heaven.

Food and views, wonderful, totally recommended. The service is not as good as in other places, therefore 4 stars.

I came here to dinner in mid-April, still in the low season, maybe it can be an excuse.
I start from the things I liked, service, very friendly and helpful waiters, and local wine, good!
The problem however in my opinion is the food.
I took mix of cheeses, stuffed eggplant, baked potatoes and pannacotta. We also wanted the lamb but it was over.
The mix of cheese for some strange reason was made up of Italian medium quality cheeses (when local ones are so good). The stuffed eggplants didn't convito me, little flavorful, old maybe, they had a heated several times. The baked potatoes were OK.
Pannacotta decent.
I was not happy, from a restaurant so I expect a lot more.
Note on the sidelines: when I return home both my girlfriend and I were a little sick, that it was a few dishes of the restaurant? Suspects are there.
