Niko loves his job and will do anything to help, worth staying he just to try Niko's kosher breakfast.

Niko, the middle aged host doesn't really speak English but he's super nice and friendly. He made us fresh vegan breakfast everyday with mandarins and pomegranates from his garden. The room was very cozy with a private bathroom and good lighting. He let us use the kitchen to make dinner and always offered to do the dishes with the dishwasher. The Wi-Fi is solid. We are within walking distance to the old city and museums. There's a lot of little stores selling fresh produce a few blocks away. The streets can be dark at night but it's no problem. Really wished I could speak Albanian to chat with him more. They prefer euros and if you pay in local currency, they mark up the exchange rate a bit. Many curious kids in the neighborhood will holler at you :)
