Location is perfect for beach & the town square that has lots of restaurants, bars & gelato places to enjoy.

The hotel has a central position in the city, it is clean, the rooms are spacious and the service offered was of a good quality.

The hotel is excellent, with a unique atmosphere reminiscent of the elegance of the 1920s. The place has true class, charm, and a sense of old-world hospitality that is increasingly rare today.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Carol. The staff were extremely accommodating as my overseas flight was delayed by over 24 hours and they held my reservation.

Everything was perfect, except for the breakfast. There was not much variety of products.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The staff were welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect.

I stayed here 3 times, last time almost a month for a prolonged staycation. The food was good, the service ok, last order at 9.30 pm, breakfast had plenty of classic continental options.

The apartment 3B was gorgeous — 2 bedrooms with 2 large beds (each bed can accommodate 2 adults).

I know the region quite well, and this place was by far the best stay I ever had in Constanta.

Very great! Clean room, Fast Wi-fi, Amazing location. The only downside is that the walls are a little bit thin, so you can hear people in other rooms but it's not a big problem.

Very nice little hotel. The staff are lovely and the host Claudia speaks very good English. Well located in the old town near restaurants and other attractions. A fairly easy walk to the beach.

A very nice place to stay. The double room had a reasonable space and a balcony with view to the sea and street. Hotel and rooms were clean.

We spent a night only in this small hotel, but I was impresed with the cleanliness in the suite and in the breakfast site. Very nice concierge staff, very helpful and kind ladies.

Really 4.5 as rooms, bathroom nead modernizing and cleaning needs to improve. BUT location and sea view rooms are delightful. Large wonderful balcony. No safe, sketchy electric outlets.
