Honolulu Hotels near Kaimana Beach

All rooms were spacious, comfortable beds and very clean! The Aston Waikiki Beach Tower is in an easily accessible central location.

Room was on the 33rd floor. These rooms have recently been renovated. Rooms were fabulous and the view was spectacular. We watched the sunset everyday from the balcony.

The location its amazing. Half block of the beach and everything is close by. The rooms are totally renewed! Everything was very clean. They have gym in a hotel near by 15 min walking, its free.

Hotel Renew is great for solo travelers and those that do not require the whole resort experience which honestly is not necessary in Waikīkī because so much of your time is spent out of the hotel

The atmosphere here is something special. It’s calm and peaceful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and cared for. Soft lights, lovely decor, gentle music throughout the main lobby.

Our stay at the Lotus was amazing! The staff could not have been more kind and helpful!

This historic hotel is one of the best. It offers a perfect beachfront location close to shopping and dining. The amenities, food, and helpful staff are excellent.

Historic Waikīkī hotel on the beach and adjacent to Waikiki shops and restaurants. There are separate buildings (wings) each with distinctive architecture.

I was staying in Waikiki for a few nights on the way back to Sydney and was after a place close to the beach and Vive didn't disappoint.

Great location away from the bustle of Waikiki but walking distance through the park. Ocean view king was great — view of the ocean, Honolulu, and mountain. Fabulous room with deck.

I was so happy to surprise my daughter and take her to this beautiful resort in the heart of Waikiki.

Great location and overall a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and the amenities were nice. I especially appreciated the water refill stations — such a thoughtful touch.

This place was amazing. It was super close to the beach and all of the shops.

So I didn’t give any stars for the rooms. We didn’t actually get one so I never saw what they were like.
However we (me 55, fiancé 53) took advantage of the the new “day traveler” plan.

Overall, my wife and I were throughly pleased and impressive with our experience at Queen Kapi’olani.

We liked the location. And we appreciated the free use of towels and beach chairs and the closeness to the beach. Our room was nice and clean and spacious. Staff was wonderful.

It was an absolute DREAM to stay her for our wedding. The service in the hotel is absolutely outstanding. The valet guys should be olympic athletes in moving car efficiency.

The hotel rooms are very basic but clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower is very small. Im 5'1 and felt cramped. The breakfast was good. The location is perfect!

We had an amazing time at the Waikiki resort. We had no idea that they had free Pilates and yoga classes on the beach.

We LOVE this hotel! Came for a staycation and are so thrilled we did. The aquarium in the lobby is magnificent. The pool is rather small, but the pool deck area is lovely.

This is a perfect location and facility for families. We had a 2 bedroom unit with kitchen and deck. Also had laundry next door.

We stayed 12 nights in a one-bedroom king suite with a full kitchen and a nice mountain view. The hotel and rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable.

Handy for beach and restaurants, a great base. This was an awesome location for us as could walk everywhere and didn’t need a car. The room was clean and had everything we needed including kitchen.

Excellent hotel. Lots of staff and great service. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and stores. Food is overpriced but that is every tourist place in Hawaii.

Honestly, I have some mixed feelings about this hotel.

I am 52 years old from Kansas City Missouri and I went out on a whim and found this place. I would like to say it was one of the best experiences I've had.

This hostel is in the perfect location! My husband and I shared a semi private room and shared a bathroom with two other guests who stayed in the "living room" on bunk beds.

Even though the Circle is under new management, nothing has changed. To us, its always been the perfect place to stay in Waikiki.

Staying at the Waikiki Circle Hotel offered a fantastic beachfront experience at a wonderful value.

I booked through Booking. Com. It was a non-refundable booking. I had to leave earlier due to business. It's a shame. The room had an ocean view.

Positive: We liked the location of the hotel and the view was wonderful. We had a great view of the New Year's Eve and Friday fireworks from our lanai.

Great location — 1 block from most popular Oahu beach, plenty of restaurants, convenience store right next door.
Rooms cleaned daily and although an active hostel, sleep was quiet.

I have to say, this was a wonderful hotel for most of our stay, but unfortunately one negative experience really changed our overall impression.
There were several positives.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach. Our Mountain View King Room with Sofa Bed was upgraded to a specialty room, which was more spacious, very clean, and comfortable.

Positive: I loved the location, the simplicity, the unpretentiousness.

Awesome place, chill staff, perfect location. It’s not a 5 star hotel but there’s plenty of those around for 300+/night. This hotel is bare bones but clean, safe, and right in the middle of Waikiki.

Staff was very friendly and room was kept up by cleaning staff very well. Nearby International Market Place has nightly shows that run very late (past midnight).

As a family of three, we had an amazing experience here (End of December 2025 through First week of January 2026).
