Beautiful room. Well appointed. Love the ambiance. Ashley Cartagena was very helpful with reservations! Great location. Do not eat here, food is not good.

Impressed right from the entrance of the lobby. Beautiful decor, lovely friendly team, and a feeling of being welcomed home. The room left me in awe!

I had a very nice experience at the Crown Plaza West Loop in Chicago. The breakfast was well worth including as it is had very good hot and cold options.

Stayed here during an overnight trip to Chicago, and enjoyed the Century located area for walking and getting around the city.

Stayed here in April for a show nearby, as the hotels were the same price if not more expensive.
The room was cute and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. And the bathroom was well stocked.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Publishing House. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Breakfast was the highlight of our day — every breakfast was so good!

Have opted for other brand hotels for travel, but decided to try Hilton again while I was in Chicago.

Great stay from the start. Location was perfect. Bus stop right across the Street that took us to the tourist/Chicago River. Room was cozy. View was beautiful 😍 Room 2016.

I have stayed here 3 times over the past few years and its wonderful. It is totally reasonably priced for Chicago.

Very good hotel, close to the loop and to lots of restaurants and shops. The metro station is close and so is the bus stop.

Amazing…. Home visiting for the holidays. Got in really late but they were still able to accommodate me. The staff here are very nice and make sure you have everything you need. Valet parking for $40.

I assumed since they had an parking lot that parking would be ok but when I checked in I was told that parking would be $40 a night or I could park across the street for $20 a night which was crazy

The room was clean and spacious, everything worked properly in the well-appointed unit. Views were great.
The various amenities in the hotel were also appreciated.

I absolutely loved being a guest here my stay was exceptional. The service was amazing, and the check-in process was completely seamless.

Our stay was phenomenal. We may have been the only one with a child (not completely sure) but they were amazing and made us feel very welcome.

Visited the lobby area to finish out the night after dinner with the ladies! Nice spot with a nice crowd. Had good drinks, especially liked the spicy margarita! Has a speakeasy downstairs.

Great experience at the Hoxton in Chicago! I was able to enjoy the service, restaurant, and bar! Asked for an iron and they had it to my room within 20 minutes. Sleek, quirky, and modern!

We only stayed one night in a studio suite at the Level Chicago — Fulton Market, but the staff knew my name, and were so kind and accommodating!

We couldn't have found a better place for our Sisters' Reunion! The location was perfect — both for the Fulton Market restaurants and as a reasonable walk to downtown.

I traveled to Chicago for the Chicago Marathon and received the best care and hospitality at Grand House 424. Amar, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome.

Great new venue in a sweet location not far from Downtown. The staff was very accommodating and respectful. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here for 5 nights and was very impressed. The hostel wasn’t busy so it was very quiet and super clean. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the train line to the city. Loved it.

Spacious, 5th floor room overlooking the rear car park so quiet. Well equipped kitchen (cook top, microwave) and large refrigerator, not that we needed that.

This was a great stay for my business trip! I stayed Monday — Friday and barley saw or heard 1 person/day in the building while I was there.
