Jersey City Hotels near Grove Street PATH Station

The Canopy by Hilton Jersey City is one of those hotels you quietly keep in rotation once you know better.

My husband always stays here when visiting for business. This was my first stay. Hotel is beautiful, holiday decorations were gorgeous.

The smell when you walk in is amazing. The front desk people are great. Thier attention to detail and listening to clients is exceptional with a personal touch.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Jersey City Newport.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Jersey City, and overall the experience was mixed.

We love the hotel, still here after 11 nights, cozy with good cleaning service, good breakfast included, good management, also rooms with a kitchen made it feel more like home, also massive shop next

Nice room! Bed was pretty comfy, room was very clean. Bathroom is nice as well. The kitchen had just enough stuff that I needed: a couple skillets/pots.

Attended a medical symposium in one of the conference rooms. The room was very nice with panoramic views of the New York skyline. Staff was helpful and answered inquiries quickly.

There was a lady I spoke with on the phone before I booked because I had questions (I wish I remembered her name to put it on here, but don’t remember it) who was so nice.

The double tree at washington boulevard customer service is great and location is convenient. The front desk name "Kale" was amazing. He was very professional and accommodating.

Booked for one night as I had business in the area cause I had early business in the morning. Check in was so warm, treated as if I was familiar.

My husband and I stayed here because we were seeing a concert at White Eagle Hall. The venue was within walking distance of the hotel which made it vey convenient.

I was here for an early June stay for 5 days. The most welcoming and helpful front desk staff was when I first dropped off my bags at around noon before my official check-in time.

My networking group, Hudson Connections, hosted our quarterly meet up here and it was great. Beautiful space, love the big windows. The service was excellent, friendly, helpful.

Exactly what you want in a hotel. Good location, generally clean place, and bonus — pool and hot tub.

Location is excellent—right in Newport Jersey City on Washington Blvd, literally steps from PATH station (quick ride to WTC/Midtown), Newport Centre mall for shopping/eats, and nice Hudson River

I really enjoyed my stay at Holland Hotel. 10-15 min walk to the nearest Path Train. Comfy beds. Also, very easy to get ahold of front desk, always willing to help and kept it professional.

Positive: Proximity to Path station and parking included in the stay price, not an additional fee tacked on. Negative: Not that I didn't like it, but I wish there were more breakfast options.

I’ve had a great 1.5 year living here. The overall vibe of the building is exactly what I was looking for—quiet, professional, and well-maintained.

Location is solid—Jersey City financial district, short walk to PATH trains (quick to WTC/Manhattan), ferries to Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island, and nearby eats/shops.

Location is great but you can hear the train going by during the night which is very annoying. Parking is $25 a day and gated. Clean rooms & comfy beds but very bare bones hotel overall.

The room was clean and front desk was awesome. Laura and her team helped us navigate the storm with food and booking an additional day 😀 the area is good due to the Path train being next door.

I stayed here 3 nights for a work trip and had an excellent experience. The concierge and valets were great at all hours. I had an excellent view from my room of the river.

Danny came to fix our washing machine, and I had a great experience. He was professional, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it efficiently.

Danny was beyond helpful when our dishwasher gave up the ghost.

Convenient location. Close to train station and the city. The area is clean and residential. The apartment had a nice view and very comfortable.

This is an amazing place to stay, we spent a week here and everything was excellent. The apartment was fantastic and the view we had from our window was incredible.

Loving it here so far. The doormen are a lot nicer and more competent compared to the old building I lived in. Great amenities (love the co-working spaces, conference rooms, gym and sundeck)!

Being a resident here for three years. Highly recommend. The staff is super nice even when I'm leaving the apartment for a personal reason.
