Where to start!

I expected the hotel itself to be grand & it was! But I have never experienced service like that provided by the concierge desk ever before. They helped with more things than I can list.

My cousin and l were celebrating a special birthday and the afternoon tea was fabulous. All staff were very attentive. Food and drink were perfect.

Has become my go to hotel in London. Service is nice and if you get breakfast included it’s great. There’s a nice buffet in the morning and you can get made to order eggs.

Great venue discretely located next to The Ivy, but once inside the welcome you receive from the staff is exemplary. Every room is individually and beautifully decorated throughout the hotel.

The room was spacious, beautiful decorated with fun accessories and very clean. The temperature control was good too.

Great place. Fantastic service. Very attentive. Our room was spacious and mostly comfortable. The amenities are awesome. (Hot chocolate bar, candy station, gym, cozy lobby, etc.

The place is cool but the staff is very standoffish. Not sure if they are trained to keep their distance or they are just that way. I dent like they didn't think I belonged there.

I came to celebrate my birthday with some friends. Great service! Teas were excellent! And the Paris Brest was exceptional! Fabulous price. We felt unhurried or rushed to give up our sofa.

I have nothing but glowing things to say about this hotel and from a service perspective, it was the best of our UK/European Travels.
The mood of the hotel is pretty epic.

From start to finish we were treated like royalty. The location is central to so much that you quite literally can walk everywhere. The staff are seriously second to none.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Nothing too fancy, but very clean, large bathroom with excellent water pressure, and a super comfy bed.

Great location in heart of Picadilly. Room was wonderful: comfortable bed, big shower that runs great, coffee and tea equipped. Would stay here again 100%.

Stayed here before, very usefully located near Holborn, British Museum, and Drury Lane. Clean and good quality, but shocked to find prices nearly doubled in less than a year.

We had a wonderful stay at Thistle Holborn! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Idris at the front desk was outstanding—super friendly and welcoming.

My friends and I went for dinner at the restaurant of the Bloomsbury Hotel and we all loved it. The food was incredible, especially the beef with the blue cheese and the chicken.

Very friendly personnel and a smooth check-in. Room was nice and clean with a good bed, only the TV would switch itself off every 30 minutes for some reason.

This hotel is in a prime location, close to shops, restaurants and the nearest tube is a 2 minute walk. We had a room for 4 which consisted of two very large beds.

The location of this hotel was amazing, we were close to the theatres, shopping and only a few tube stops away from Kings Cross. There were so many places to eat in the surrounding area.

I just enjoyed a week long stay at this Radisson which is located mere steps from the British Museum. My room size was modest, typical for prime central London, properly appointed and comfortable.

Great place to see London. Easy to get to the Tube or walk to many of the major attractions. The hotel needs an update but the people and commitment to our enjoyment during our stay were awesome.

One of a chain of Grange Hotels in London this one is handily placed in Bloomsbury near the British Museum.

The Grange Clarendon Hotel is a nice traditional English hotel. It is very close to the British Museum and easy to reach by subway, bus or by walking to Soho.

We arrived early on a flight from Australia and Adriana was friendly & professional helping us store our luggage until a room was ready.

One night stay as my granddaughter was in the great Ormond street hospital. Two people on reception which was up a few steps, the lift was small.
