Great hotel with lovely staff. We stayed a week and so had booked a very spacious suite facing the internal courtyard (certainly no worse than the street view, which is a bit dingy!

This hotel proved to be a terrific choice for us for many reasons. We were in Buenos Aires for a few days prior to a two-week cruise. Most importantly, the front desk staff was outstanding.

The hotel is quiet, simple clean rooms, and very centrally located and walking distance to stores, downtown, and like a 10 or 15 mnt walk to other neat areas like Puerto Madero and the casa Rosa.

The staffs was great, room was big and front view to the streets. Very quiet except for the upper floor neighbors that were very noisy but that’s not hotel fault.

I enjoyed my stay at the NH Collection, Jousten hotel. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff at breakfast was amazing especially Tomas, he greeted us every morning with a smile.

This hotel is exceptional. It's in a great location in Buenos Aires, its clean, it's comfortable, it serves a very nice/comprehensive breakfast in the morning, and the staff is just wonderful.

I showed up late in the morning exhausted from an overnight flight and looking for a comfortable place to rest while waiting some hours for a boat.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Buenos Aires. The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was good and varied, and the gym was quite well equipped.

Centrally located, next to all the best sites. Walking distance to Galerias Pacifico for any shopping or take out food.

I spent two nights in this excellent hotel, located just steps from Plaza de la República and its monumental Obelisk.

We have stayed 10 nights at this hotel. The location is really central, the subway is litterally just around the corner. Our room had a view at the Obelisk. That was quite spectaculair.

Cristina is such a great host! Full of suggestions about the area, things to do around town and even other places in Argentina!

A great place to stay! The room we stayed in was simple but stylish and included a balcony as well as a separate area off of the main bedroom with a table and chairs.

Location: The hotel is walking distance to the Buquebus terminal, making my 7am trip to Montevideo less stressful.

This is a great hotel in Retiro area of Buenos Aires. A wonderful value. Excellent staff and friendly service. We reserved room with breakfast inclusive, which was basic but well presented.

Rooms are spacious and clean, but you get neither water nor facial tissues, the breakfast is ok, but you get neither food nor drink after 22:00, room service ends then as well.
