Clean hotel, nice staff. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. Decent restaurant, needs a couple of tables with more light, but friendly service and decent food. Nice IHG property. Stayed there three or four times and would stay again.

Well kept, clean, updated property. Very friendly and thoughtful staff. Restaurant downstairs is great also!

Stayed for one night for a work event. Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. My only (very very minor) complaint was that the lighting in the bathroom wasn't the greatest, but that's pretty nitpicky :) overall I would definitely recommend this holiday Inn.

Breakfast Buffet was fantastic. Service was amazing. Wow super impressive. Great job guys and gals.

Spacious and comfortable, 10 dollar breakfast is highly underrated in comparison to the standard hotel breakfast. Omellet bar, plenty of sides, fresh fruit, and awesome staff.

We attended a wedding, it was very easy to navigate and it was a beautiful reception. Would highly recommend.

Very clean throughout the hotel. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and had amenities such as a Keurig, microwave, TV in each room, refrigerator etc. The restaurant on-site is Johnny's Italian Steakhouse which has an very nice wine selection and good fiod.

Really nice hotel. Got late night desserts from the restaurant and they were amazing Banana cheesecake and creme brulee.

We attended a birthday party there for a friend. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived. The food was amazing and tended to wonderfully.

We had a wonderful time at this Holiday Inn in Eau Claire, WI. Rooms were very clean; pleasant reservationists who were very helpful; delicious food at Johnny's Steak House; and a beautiful place to stay.

A very nice hotel. The room was good and clean. The bathroom was surprisingly large as well. I was there for a seminar. The meeting rooms were pretty good, too. Really, there wasn't much to complain about.

Great clean hotel room friendly, helpfully, staff great restaurant attached. Restaurant staff even went out of their way to put milk in my cranky, tired, toddler's sippy cup so she could go to bed easier! thank you again!

The hotel is a standard hotel I'm giving that extra star for the in-house restaurant they have which it very good. The steaks are delightful. Such a well run establishment, would visit again.

We went to Johnny' steakhouse located in the holiday Inn for a financial advisor meeting food was great.

Do not stay at this hotel if it is during hockey season From 6pm until midnight, there was the constant sound of people running up and down the hallway and slamming door. After calling security (and being told I was not the first person do this), I walked out to find a group of young boys playing hockey in the hallway — goals, sticks and pucks. Had somebody walked out at the wrong time, they could have been hit with a stick or puck.

I have stayed here many times and the staff is always great and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a bit expensive though.

The room was nice with a microwave and rather large mini-fridge. I didn't use the pool, hot tub, or workout room, but they all looked nice. The restaurant bar was great in the evening. In the morning the restaurant had a very affordable hot breakfast buffet.

Great location. Near great restaurants and shopping. Nice restaurant in the same building. Room was wonderful.

Very nice place to stay. The only issue we had was noisy people on the floor flipping their door lock over so the door wouldn't latch and the door banging all night long. Not the hotel's issue though. Just rude guests not caring about other guests.

Clean and chic. Check in was quick. The room was equipped with large shower and a high shower head, something most places don't have. Highly recommend.

Our room was available early for check in but the woman at the front desk was very unpleasant. The beds we're comfortable and the rooms were clean but the room would get extremely cold if you were gone for any length of time because the climate control unit went into power save mode and stopped heating so you'd wake up to or come back to a freezing room. The food in the restaurant was good but they were extremely understaffed and it was impossible to get drinks or service of any kind.

This Hotel has everything I wanted for my stay in Eau Claire. I had a 3 night stay while attending a training through UE Eau Claire. Long days resulted in an aching body but I had no trouble getting comfortable in the bed. Shower was easy to regulate with a large diameter shower head. I had a short distance and easy drive to the mall and the three locations I needed to attend. My only complaint is that I did not have more time to relax in the room.

It is in a quiet location. The staff all seem friendly and ready to help. Having the restaurant attached to the hotel is a plus.

Bed was hard as Rocks, had hot water all the way on and water was barely warm. When I made my reservations on the phone, I was asked if we wanted breakfast? I told the girl on the phone yes. It was after we had eaten our breakfast when waitresses brought us a bill… I told her that we had stayed in motel. Motel desk told me we hadn't reserved a room with breakfast… last time I go there.

Wonderful hotel, bed VERY comfortable! The garbage truck woke us up VERY early outside the window though. Windows must not be very thick to hear traffic from the highway. Thank u for your wonderful hospitality!

Beautiful venue and hotel. Contemporary, spacious, and near many stores and restaurants. The steak house that's attached to the hotel has amazing food!

Attended a wedding reception and stayed overnight. Room was modern and normal size for 2 queen sized bed room. Banquet room was good size for 120 guests and outdoor patio area was an added benefit.

The beds were really comfortable. I'd say the size of the room was pretty standard for 2 queens. Having a fridge is always appreciated in a hotel room. The location is pretty easy to get to off the main interstate/highway. There was free coffee downstairs in the morning as well as a complimentary breakfast, with all the standard continental breakfast items. All around a good stay, decent prices as well.

Great hotel. I'm pretty it's nice. And it ws fantastic. We got room service and just had a great time.

Staff here is so friendly and accommodating. I asked for a quiet room and got one far away from the highway with a corner view. There's not a lot of other buildings nearby so the view of the sunrise coming in from the East is uninterrupted and a perfect wake up call. Don't know why none of the other reviews don't mention this but they have DirectTV satellite, which has way better picture quality and familiar channel numbers that you don't get with local cable when traveling. Johnny's Steakhouse on site is top notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

Suoer clean. Every employee was professional and courteous. We felt like we were the most important guests they had.

One of the best Holiday inn's I have been to. It's new and very well maintained. There is also a very good steak house in the hotel. Will definitely be coming back.

I didn't stay at the hotel, we ate lunch at Jhonny's steakhouse. It was a fantastic meal!

Attended a meeting in the Naples Room. The staff added more tables as needed, provided extra paper and pens and also made sure there was plenty of water and coffee at all time.

Excellent hotel. Very nice, spacious and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This hotel is green and high tech. Even something as simple as being able to use NFC to buy a pop made my stay even more enjoyable. We received a coupon for free breakfast in the restaurant attached to the hotel. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by the excellent selection of food and the service that we received. A+ in my book.

Fantastic hotel. New, clean with friendly professional staff. The onsite steak house restaurant was also 5 stars. We arrived late and did not want to drive to dinner so this was a wonderful perk.

Rooms are very clean, food was delicious, we arrived early and were able to get our room. We also were able to receive late check out. Cleaning ladies were amazing and gave towels etc when needed. This is best holiday Inn we've ever stayed at and we stay at alot of hotels.

This hotel is about a year old, and is in excellent condition. Everything was really really great.

We had an absolutely beautiful stay and a beautiful breakfast. The best hotel in town. Its worth the money.

If you're looking for a place to stay when visiting us college students (even Stout), then this is THE place! Yeah, it's expensive (I paid $115 ovrnt. ) but when your past experience included a dirty ghetto motel, this brand new, beautiful hotel and it's highly credited steakhouse may just be your only logical alternative after a long road trip (memory-foam beds w asrtd pillows, anyone? ). You're welcome:).
