Nice clean room. Great price. Close to the beach.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Decoration is definitely not modern and slightly outdated but I guess this is part of the motel experience.

Our family stays here stays here once a year and we take up about 6 rooms — the staff is always cheerful, helpful and sooooo accommodating. The rooms are clean and adorable! The Smith family will continue our tradition with Country Acres for years to come!

Very nice, quiet, pretty place. The owners are friendly and helpful with where to go in the area. The room and pool we're very clean. We would definitely come back again and would recommend this motel to family and friends.

Perfect place for a couple or family vacation. You can feel this place is family run with lots of love. Rooms, pool are kept beautifully, a pavilion offers a place to relax and enjoy the environment. Best place to stay on the Cape, love coming back here since ages.

In love with this place! Very cozy, clean. Front porch with chairs. It is an old motor motel that has been updated. Beats the chain hotels by a mile. There should be a site on the internet for mom and pop hotels like this! I would prefer to stay at this type of place.

Excellent accomodations, I would definitely stay here again. Friendly and knowedgeable owners take care of the place themselves, which adds a family feel to the place. There is a gazebo, grill, pool, sun chairs, and a wooden swing all set up for use. The best part, a batting cage the owner build for his son. He lent us some balls, gloves and a bat to use while we were here. Fresh baked homemade muffins, coffee and tea for breakfast. FYI, I have never taken the time to post a Google review before, but I felt obligated to given the generosity of management here.

The room is very big and spacious. The owners keep the rooms very clean. The stay was very nice. It's an old school touch and feel in a new age.

Great little motel, we always stay here when coming to town. No frills, but clean & comfortable. Very inexpensive. Always looks well kept with flowers outside. They serve some muffins, juice and coffee in the lobby in the morning. Quaint with an ice machine and pool.

Great location in Sandwich! Very friendly staff and on site owners. Very clean, updated, and spacious accommodations. Wifi, cable, mini fridge and microwaves in rooms. Grounds include in ground pool, gazebo, and lots of places to relax!

A beautiful place to stay. Clean, immersed in the green with the possibility to use the pool. Breakfast quite basic but good, and with the possibility to get outdoors weather permitting. Close to Cape Cod, and in a very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are well-kept and with air conditioning.

The place looks warm and cozy. Bathroom seemed newly renovated and was great. Awesome decor. Walls however are thin, so the party guys in the next room kept us up until almost midnight. Owners were also pretty abrasive when it came to dealing with our service dog. They cited carpet (which evry hotel has) as there reasoning for nearly trying to deny us to have him there. When we left in the morning one of them just shot angry stares at us the whole time.

Located on route 6A in Sandwich MA, this motel is clean, quiet, and the price is reasonable. Rooms are nicely equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, A/C, free Wi-Fi, HD cable TV. Bathroom had been updated and is clean and charming. Staff at Country Acres are very friendly and outgoing. I would recommend this motel to friends and family.

I stayed here off an on for 3 weeks while my mother was in hospice. It was summertime and they were mostly full but they managed to squeeze me in. Very clean and well maintained. Small and very clean pool. Excellent value for money on the Cape.

I've stayed here twice now and it has not disappointed. It's quaint, clean, and has great, friendly service.

My wife and I (along with our 5-month old daughter) had the pleasure of staying at the Country Acres Motel August, 2014. Besides being centrally located, the motel was clean, well maintained, and very cozy. Additionally, the owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and with a baby, this meant a great deal to us. Considering these factors, along with the great price, I would absolutely recommend any fan of Cape Cod (and Sandwich! ) to stay there.

Doesn't get any better! :)
