This place is awful! The manager does not care about any animal. I let him know that he scared my pet and I never even got a sorry. In fact he was extremely rude. If you love your pet dearly, please go to a different extended stay. He also lets people have their dogs off the leash. Be Careful with animals here!

As a 2 star hotel, it surpassed my expectations. I thought it was a 3 star hotel. It provides basic needs with bedding, desk, large bath, kitchen and a clean room. Hot showers were great! You must request the dishes and amnenities to use the kitchenette but it was no problem. We only stayed 2 nights. Please note that it is ask for service hotel because some guests are residents. That means there is no room service unless you ask. No in house restaurant. Very little perks upon request. Basic free Wi-Fi with option to upgrade to higher speeds. If you are a low maintenance guest, prefer to make your own meals, dont want to be bothered, then this for you!

Stayed there for a week on a work contract and Victoria took amazing care of my team. Anything we needed was accommodated. We enjoyed the rooms and being able to cook. I will be staying there again.

I've stayed here many times and always for at least a week. Before I made a week long reservation online I called in asking to verify what it said on the website that this hotel was dog friendly and the lady at the desk said yes and nothing else. Then after I check in and go up to my room and come back downstairs with my dog she yells across the room while two other guests are at the front desk "Excuse me! Since you didn't tell me you had a dog there is a fee of $25 a day! " I said I called and (pretty sure it was her) that said it was dog friendly but said nothing on the phone about a fee? She said there is a fee of the $25 a day or a $150 non refundable over the possible month I was thinking about staying. There needs to be better communication. If I was told on the phone I wouldn't be so upset. Now I'll leave earlier than planned because of how unprofessional the lady was. It's like calling and asking if they have Wi-Fi and them saying yes but once you get in the room you realize you have to pay. I'll never come here and spend my money again.

Clean, nice firm beds. But the noise levels from upstairs were insane, really there is no sound proofing at all. At least they could get rid of the rolling chairs. I got to listen to the upstairs neighbors roll back and forth across the linoleum for about 4 hours. No I don't know why they were doing it either.

Aside from minor issues such as no insulation, the heat worked at times, the bulb went out 2 hours upon checking in; It was a great experience. Just be prepared! I think it's because of the TERRIBLE APPLES causing management to hand out kitchen utensils on a needed basis. I would only stay here again if everything else was booked. Good luck.

It was not a bad stay very clean room was there for 2 nights with my husband. Our favorite part was the the gentleman at the front desk Im pretty sure his name was kevin! Very kind and pleasant person he made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in he even helped us find directions and food. Sweet guy! Worth going again!

Used to be really nice but now kinda run down. Non smoking rooms smell like stale cigarettes, beds are hard, pillows have no volume, can get noisy at times with other guest and customer service and maintenance acts as if they don't want to be bothered. The good thing is that it's close to conveniences such as shops, public transportation and the main highway.

Never go back the mesed with money and houekeeping never came around but would be in the hall ways doing nothing had to go down to the desk and ask fortrash bags and toilet paper elavotor got stuck between floors for over a hour no sorry or any thing.

Very nice place for the money. Better than I expected.

The stay wasnt bad. The only downside was, they do not go in and change your linen or towels. I actually had to go and ask myself for a change after a couple days.

Awful! Get there lady working front desk tells us tomorrow the manager will give us our triple A discount. Go to room the drain doesn't work right on the tub, cheap crappy bedding, and bed was so awful we tossed and turned all night. Wake up come down to "breakfast" JOKE! It's muffins & a cup of coffee. Go to check out and get our discount lady tells us there is no manager working — old manager left days ago they were supposed to be getting a new one but don't have one yet. So Basically we paid full price for a Bad nights sleep and a couple cups of coffee and muffins. Never again!

Original 4/5 star review: Good place to stay for the money. The beds were a little on the hard side, so if you like sleeping on a cloud this is not the hotel for you. New 2/5 star as of 7/26/2017: My second visit started off a little rocky since the booking site I used gave me a smoking that I didn't want but the front desk concierge was more than happy to assist me and resolved my issue. The main reason this review is 2 stars is the supposed breakfast they have which when I went down was nothing and according to the concierge working they ran out in the middle of the breakfast time. Look I get it if you run out after the time breakfast is served but not during. You have got to be kidding me.

The rooms are nice, typical hotel room. Not too outdated but could use a remodel sometime soon. The kitchenette is perfect for cooking meals. They provide you with most utensils and pots n pans that you would need. The staff is very friendly and rooms are very clean. Lots of places nearby to shop and parks for families with kids.

It is a dirty hotel and does not give good service! If I could give 0 in Grade I would! Do not offer cleaning services to the room if you do not pay 7 days of lodging …
Last 5 days in the hotel and never changed my sheets, did not clean the bathroom and in a bad mood changed my bath towels.

Nice option for a hotel. A few strange things to cut costs, like no scheduled maid service if you are only staying for a week, dishes and utensils etc for the kitchenette must be requested from the front desk. "breakfast" was a grab and go type with very few options. Granola bars, muffins, fruit and coffee. Price was lower than competing hotels and I didn't mind the differences.

Omg. I dread lying down to sleep. You have to like a firm hard bed for this location. I pricelined the location. The location is awesome. Close to shopping centers. But hidden in a residential area. So you felt you were going home to your on place kinda way.

After a long long journey I got there driving nearly 12 hours, for a room I reserved the day before my arrival for the rate of $80 per night. Imagine I was there at around 8pm and then they said long weekend and you must pay $120 per night. Rate has changed that morning. I asked to talk to manager and they replied it's not the manager who decide and head office chose to change rates and it was closed. I didn't stay. And searched and find some place more pricy but at least worth the stay.

My family stayed here for 60 days. My job relocated me and we were trying to find a place while preparing our house for rental. Don't ever stay at this hotel. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The manager is never there, we were never able to talk to her and she never returned out phone calls. She does not come into work. I am sure of it. I agree with e777 the hotel staff is like people from another world. Never resolved any issues we had. Trust me save your money and stay in another place. The location was good for me and my daughter as she was enrolling in highschool. I think they have bed bugs, I noticed it toward the end of our stay. Run, run, run. We tried to switch rooms as well and it was so hard, they treated us like crap.

My husband and I stayed here for a long time while he was working nearby. I was very disappointed, both in the quality of the service and in the room available for the rate we paid. A few key issues in the hotel depend on the people staying there; we had consistent trouble with smelling cigarette and marijuana smoke, in stairwells and hallways. We were repeatedly asked to move rooms. Also, the hotel staff really needs to improve their communication skills. Whenever we spoke about issues with them, they were not able to change the circumstances for us, nor did they provide a better rate. I am sorely disappointed by the value for the price, and recommend travelers to seek elsewhere.
