Very clean and very close to the beach for the price! Contact Vladislav — text only — 1-786-318-6056. He was awesome. On time, met us on check out day with our cash deposit in his hand to return immediately upon check out if room is all good — no smoking, no fires, no huge messes or broken furniture — the basics. So if your looking for a nice quite luxury apt to stay in for the weekend, week, whatever in Miami thats reasonably priced and across the street from the beach, then this is EXACTLY what you get! AWESOME decompress stay for memorial weekend after a 4 day cruise was a perfect call to end a week of vacation!

It has been terrible! The room next to me made so much noise until 3am and I couldn't sleep. I call the reception 2 times and did nothing about it. I'm very sad and disappointed. I want my money back. 13970 Collins Avenue, zero care about guests! And the picture I saw on the website had nothing to do with the room I got. So sad…

Wonderful area close to the beaches in Miami. The apartment was very comfortable & the view was fantastic. Shopping nearby.

We came here for vacation. The building is understaffed, It takes forever to do a check in. Elevators take forever, The whole building smells like Marijuana. I felt very uncomfortable in this building, Also very unsafe especially if you have kids. I will never come back to Ocean Reserve in sunny isles and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Great looking place. It's also very clean as I visited some friends. Would definitely visit again.

Nice but could use some upgrades. Also, this is not the White House. Security was over the top. Makes the guests feel like criminals.

The last place I rented was A++. The building is clean and the people are nice. The elevators need some work but otherwise thumbs up.

Great place, close to the beach and central.

The apartment speaks for itself in the photos attached. Lovely. A Resort type Condominium: gym, convenience store, heated pool (impecable with cabanas), beauty salon and cafe'. They have a Receiving in the case you want to send Amazon or other packages. Walking to the beach is basically crossing Collins Ave; The Park was ideal for the kids right in front of the building; they have swings, slides and splash pads. Walking south on Collins was the CVS pharmacy, and more than a few Shopping Centers with plenty of restaurantes, bakeries; the Miami Juice, our favorite place for breakfast or lunch, one block away. Aventura Mall is 5 minutes drive from the building. We had one parking space for the car. No extra for the parking.

Great building, sensational pool and outdoors, large and spacious condos, mostly updated or in the process of updating, making the Complex more desirable than ever, with a location like no other, across the street from beautiful Sunny Isles Beach and a 5 minutes ride to Aventura Mall. Neighbor to Trump International, and so much more inviting. Today Ocean Reserve is a perfect pick for your perfect vacations. The Association treats you like family. July 2015

Attention at the reception is terrible! They lost a package that they signed for and won’t take any responsibility.

Beautiful. Large. Gym. Clothes washer. Excellent view, T peek at the window and not want to go anymore. One block from the beach.

Please be careful when renting apartment unit 1620. The owner has not returned deposit for over a one month. We rented the apartment via Home Away web from Seek ocean Mr Eugene. We paid 500 USD in cash on arrival 14.12.2017 to Mrs Anastasia Uglanova
We have contacted them 50 times and they do not return us the deposit…

Not bad, not far from the beach! But far enough away from downtown and Ocean Drive, if you are interested in anything else but the beach.

We rented an apartment through AirBnB. They nickel and dime you to death. Check-in was a long drawn-out process. Charged us a $43 check-in fee. Charged $1.50 per washer load and $1.50 per dryer load. But the minimum you have to spend is $10. So, guess what? If you do 3 loads, you spend $9.00, leaving them with an extra buck.

Nice quiet Condominium, there is a gym, pool with warm water, grocery store (but the prices are higher in 1, 5-2 times than in the supermarket), exit to the park with a playground. RUKRJ to serve the shopping center Aventura and the big supermarket Publix. Can be reached by bus free of charge and by car in 5 minutes. Close by, 4 minutes drive, Russian shops Matryoshka and Kalinka.
Of the Cons: the building oldish and respectively is everywhere eyesore eyes.

Good location. Good location. The ocean is close. Gym and Mini shop in the house. Washing and dryers on the floor (but take 5 bucks minimum, and washing and drying on 1, 5) )

Great location, quiet enough, near Park, beach, grocery store, café. Of the disadvantages-the house old, corridor type, as the Soviet family, soundproofing-wants the best. Very noisy central air conditioning system.

The building was very clean. The people are very nice. I like that it is close to everything. Will definitely be going back!

Two out of three hotel rooms I stayed in at the Ramada Marco Polo Beach Resort had bed bugs I went and I tried to tell them about it and they threw me out they stated that I bought the bed bugs to the hotel that makes no sense.

It is gorgeous out here! Clubs on south beach Amazing! People are nice and welcoming. Can't wait to come back again!
