Great hotel… place is clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming… room was awesome!. Indoor/outdoor pool was lovely and fun to dive under the divider!. The jacuzzi was relaxing after a long drive… the happy hour was great. Food was fresh n hot, and the free drinks. They were well needed to end our day. Breakfast was many choices. Will stay here again when in town… Welcomed our stay in the Cleveland, Ohio location and loved that place too.

This hotel is great! Very clean! And I loved the atmosphere, very friendly staff, they have a kickback hour with complimentary popcorn and drinks in the evening which is cool. Ive never heard of that at any other hotel. And the beds were extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay and just as wonderful as 3 years ago! The hotel staff/management are CS oriented, just amazing! There is one particular Asst Mgr I would like to mention: Matt has a beautiful soul, he made my son/mom feel special during our stay. My son felt compelled to make him a card as a token of his appreciation. You cannot beat the affordability/amenities/extras that come with your stay! Awesome job owners/marketing/training staff!

Their customer service is impeccable. The entire staff was very courteous, including the breakfast crew. The breakfast was fantastic: hot and delicious; so much more than the continental breakfast that you get everywhere else, with extended hours on the weekend. My kids loved the popcorn and soda that is available starting 3:00pm. Then the evening kick back food made for a great dinner option for my family; we didn't have to go out to eat. The pool was great! Indoor pool connected to an outdoor pool, plus a large hot tub. The room was nice. The air conditioner worked perfectly, which was greatly needed with the 115 degrees outside.

When my air conditioning stopped working at my house during 2 of the hottest days this summer, I began searching for accommodations that were both affordable and able to accommodate my household of 4 adults. Drury immediately caught my eye, as they were reasonably priced and offered a variety of types of rooms and suites. The hotel is fairly new and is very clean. They offer a 5:30pm "Kickback" each evening with free food and cocktails (3 per adult over 21). Also offered in the afternoon is free popcorn and soda. In the morning they offer free breakfast with a great assortment of cereals, waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, toast and muffins! The beds were a bit firm for my liking, but that's not unusual for me as I like my bed very soft. The bathroom was large and they offered dispensers in the shower that were full of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The room itself was also large and cane with 2 comfortable arm chairs and an ottoman, which I really appreciated as I like to keepy feet up when relaxing. Lastly, the staff here were so warm, bubbly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend the Drury Inn!

My stay here has been fantastic. The room is clean, smells good and has everything I need for an extended stay. Breakfast is delicious and dinner is even better (both provided with stay). The staff are very kind and helpful. Parking is sufficient and free. The amenities are very nice and well kept (gym, pool etc). Over all I am very happy with my stay here.

We have had the best stay here. Rooms are clean property is clean. Breakfast, popcorn and nightly snacks are a plus! Pool was great and the best part is the people at the front desk. So kind and helpful! Thank you for the lunch wonderful stay!

O my God, the breakfast was great. Its different every morning. The 530 kickback is a great idea. A free appetizer dinner type meal with drinks, that is complimentary for guests. I wish more places took this approach. We will definitely choose Drury, when the option is available.

The Drury in Tempe is fresh and new. Easy access right off the interstate. The staff is all so friendly and eager to please. There are so many reasons to stay here! … the room rate includes full breakfast, popcorn and soda all afternoon, dinner kickback with drinks, and indoor/outdoor pool, spacious suites, super comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, fitness room, free Wi-Fi, and more.

4 star hotel with the price of a 3 star hotel. The amenities it had for the price of a cheap hotel was amazing. They had a full breakfast and dinner along with three alcoholic drinks per guest. They also had free popcorn and soda throughout the entire day, along with excellent customer service. The customer service really shined, great hotel.

Great price and nice hotel. $180 per night but includes breakfast (every day it's the same selection of food) but the do offer night snack. Recommended.

Great hotel! Accidentally booked the same brand ho tel in Chandler, and there was no problems at all switching to this hotel! They even upgraded our room! The room was wonderful it had 2 televisions, 2 beds, a large bathroom, and a good view of the city! The location was near An arcade, bar, billiards, restaurant, and laser tag place (Main Event). And of course the god of all stores IKEA! The service was great there and the food was too!

Great rooms! Great breakfast! I've stayed here with my wife at least 12 times now. It's our favorite hotel to date. Great inspire/outdoor pool, hot tub, breakfast, free adult beverage tickets, free fountain drinks and popcorn. Quiet, comfy, great service. Best hotel Continental breakfast. Highly recommend! Oh and very clean and today.

Location is very convenient to Tempe business, shopping, and entertainment. Facilities are very good. Rooms are very clean. Staff is excellent. Breakfast, dinner and drinks are well above p a r versus comparable hotels. I stay here frequently and have consistently good experiences.

I've stayed in quite a few hotels throughout my life and in particular quite a few Drury Inns. Thus far this Drury Inn has been the creme-de-la-creme. Excellent staff, immaculate facilities and an ideal location! Thank you!

What a great value! This place is sparkling clean and well built. Tight, quiet, and just great. Internet is fast. Staff is on task and good at it. Good breakfast and an evening buffet with a well stocked bar invluded. I am putting this hotel chain on the top of my list. I'll book again I guarantee.

Awesome as always… highly recommend staying here if you never have. The evening drinks and food is a great incentive. And the breakfast was wonderful.

My boyfriend and I stay at this hotel quite a bit in fact it’s been 3 times in the last month. My boyfriend and I called the reservation line to make a 2 night stay reservation while we are in town for a conference. I had misplaced my wallet and My boyfriend had to stay later at the conference so we called the reservation line and asked if I could check in with my passport and no card then he could give his card when he arrived later this evening. The lady told us that was fine. We got to the hotel and the front desk employee told me she could not let me into the room without a card and that I would need to wait in the lobby until my boyfriend got here. Which would be 2 or more hours! I asked for a manager and he would not help me either. I think the customer service is insane here. I lost my wallet. I have a 4 year old and we are stuck in the lobby because we don’t have anywhere else to go until my boyfriend can get here. Terrible customer service. Especially when we frequent often and we are always good for the money as well as great guests. Used to love drury. We will never use your hotels again. I guess I will enjoy he hotel lobby for 2 hours right now. Terrible.

A great hotel. This is what you expect from a Drury. The rooms were well kept and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was what you would expect. The breakfast was on par with other Drury Breakfasts, the Kick Back was great also. Overall highly recommend it as a hotel for business or leisure. I went there for Spring Training with my family. Very family friendly hotel. The staff was very pleasant and was very accommodating. Overall highly recommend this location!

I am really impressed with the customer service. Everyone on staff has been friendly and outgoing when it comes to taking care of the guests! As I write this Carlos just came up to our table in business casual and took our plates from us. Last night Ricky answered all my questions despite me stopping him while he was working. The rooms are clean. The food is great. The seating in the lobby/dinning area allows guests to hang out in large groups at night. I have been very happy with my stay at this hotel and would come back to this hotel every time I am in AZ. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Phoenix!

Very nice place! Clean room. The suite was the perfect size for me, my wife, and my son. Breakfast is very good, plus free food and drinks at dinner time.

Always a nice place to stay. Send a lot of work nights here for business close by. Managers reception is nice with a decent quick bite. Workout room needs better equipment.

Great Facility, Rooms are great size too. Staff is super helpful and there’s plenty of walkability around to keep sustained. Food is provided for all three meals and it makes things much easier. Enjoy the time in Arizona!

Rooms clean and comfortable, sufficiently spacious for a family of four people. The complementary services are very good: breakfast, food, pool indoor, etc, friendly Staff and its location close to the freeway you would think that there would be noise, but it is very light and the noise of the highway.

Staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional. Connie and Raquel (forgive me if I butchered the spelling) were especially helpful. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, got good sleep. Everything we encountered was clean and well maintained. The night reception was welcoming and offered a variety of food and drinks, including alcohol. They also offer a complimentary full hot breakfast.

Very nice! Indoor/outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi. Kick back is great with great food, staff and 3 complimentary adult drinks per 21yr old adult. Kids loved breakfast making there own waffles and swimming all day.

Very friendly staff. I arrived late night (around 130am) and the night check in agent was very nice. I travel a lot and usually the night staff is just there to shuffle paper, this gentleman was very nice and refreshing after a long travel day.

Stayed here 3 nights in Nov. It is close to the freeway so I was concerned about noise but it was very quiet. The rooms were very clean and a decent size. The beds are comfortable. The only negative is the towels. Like drying with brillo pads! Seriously, I would have tossed them in the rag bin long ago. The breakfast was very good. Perhaps the best I've experienced at a hotel. The attendant was pleasant and greeted all guests with a smile and asked if we needed anything. She kept everything stocked and very clean. The "Kick Back 5:30" food & drinks was a surprise. We had commitments so didn't partake but the food looked decent. One could make this their evening meal. We'd stay here again.

Had to share this place deserves a 5 star rating. David provided great customer service when we checked in late. Room was clean and tidy. I might start exclusively staying at Drury Inns if one is available. Big kudos to this hotel and David!

Great location near highway, clean rooms and friendly service. Breakfast options and evening drinks/snacks are generous and included with rate. Only downside is walls are a bit thin between rooms and shower pressure is low. Other than that, it's an above average hotel.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area. The rooms are nice and modern. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is delicious.

Everything was great… evening food and drinks the best free breakfast. The room was like brand new. The staff were all very pleasant.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and free. The workout room was small with only a couple treadmills and a bench or two with a small rack of dumbbells, but next to that were two pools (one indoor one outdoor) and a hot tub. It was a nice place to stay.

This place is fantastic. Clean, architectural design, customer service even call you for your name! They serve free beers and cocktails every evening, happy hour 5-7. This is by far one of my best Hotel experience in USA. Strongly recommend. —

Well decorated near airport. Big parking lot. Any time you drive and parking on the front of hotel. Most likely this hotel like your home. Room attend was nice and smiled all time. You can get free food at morning. If plan to visit arizona, all information you can find as a lobby.

We stayed here on 4th of July evening because one of our dogs are very afraid of fireworks, especially when we have neighbors playing with it outside in the street celebrating. We checked in around 3pm and our 2 dogs settled in right away. My husband loved the fact that they gave us a free dinner and 3 free drinks (cocktails included) per person per night and free breakfast next morning. That really would save us money potentially. We had a king size bed. Very comfortable! Clean and simple. The shower is large with soap/shampoo/conditioner pumps built in. Very efficient! It was nice and quiet! We love the room and the view, since we have a room facing north, that we could see a beautiful sunset and sunrise. We will come back when we need a night away, with no pups.

The hotel was crisp and clean, everywhere from the lobby, to the fitness center, to the rooms. The rooms were large, with a desk, bench seat, and padded chair. The bathrooms had nice tile and the showers were amply sized. (*Note that the only toiletries provided are bar soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, the latter three which are dispensed from pumps in the shower. ) The staff was extremely friendly and greeted me verbally and with a smile each time they saw me. Food at breakfast (waffles, oatmeal, bread, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, and sausage) and dinner (salad, potatoes, hot dogs, chips and salsa, pasta, and meat-the menu rotates) was regularly replenished. I stayed at a company rate, but felt the price was very reasonable, especially with the opportunities to eat breakfast and lunch at the hotel.

Would have loved a tub. The shower was large and nice but awful water pressure. The beds could be better quality but weren't the worst. The pool is an indoor/outdoor swim through style which is cool and the hottub was great! The employees were fantastic and the free happy hour buffet and drinks are amazing! Definitely worth the stay!

My family reserved a room in Phoenix. I was nervous about the stay, as I had never heard of the chain. We checked in and we're immediately surprised. Staff were fantastic. Blown away about how kind and welcoming they were. Then shocked to be welcomed to there mangers reception which included 3 adult beverages rash for my hubby and I. Then we're told they had a pasta buffet that's included in our staff. We debated at how nice it would be, with everyone as hotel gursts coming for the buffet, so we decided to skip it and went out for dinner instead. We came back after our dinner out to join the manager social hour, and seen the pasta buffet that was offered. I was shocked. A full dinner buffet was offered. It looked and smelled delicious. We regretted leaving for the steak house down the street. After a great management social hour. We went and checked out the pool. Indoor pool was nice, The out door pool had beautiful views of mountains. Very great room accommodations. The beds were perfect. My family is picky on pillows and the beds had a large selection of firm, soft, and even down. The hotel was perfect. I will definitely use this hotel chain again. Living in Minnesota we don't have this chain, abd we travel 4 to 5 times a year. I will definitely look for this chain again and look forward to visiting again soon.

The sleeping modules were absolutely full of comforting fibrous material. My body was at a relaxed state. The eatery was satisfactory for this HUMAN stomach. Fellow HUMAN interaction of working class was quite superb.

The best hotel I have ever visited. From Katie at the desk being gracious and professional to the domestic staff's attention to detail to the generous breakfast & dinner buffets — first class. I'll be visiting again.

I would have loved to give this Drury 5 star, however, the reality is 3 stars. Everything was 5 stars but one issue. The issue is a design flaw. Let me explain. When the outside temperature is above the temperature inside the building more then 10 degrees then the inside temperature is perfect. Here is where the stars start to drop. If the temperature outside is lower then 10 degrees then you will start to sweat around 2 am due to the AC is only blowing noncooled air, which increases the humidity in the room. It is like taking a tour inside a cave where the temperature is a steady 68 degrees but the humidity is at 50% to 70%. When the humidity is high then it doesnt matter if the room is 69 degrees. You are going to wake up sweaty and coughing that is unless you are at 6 to 10% body fat like me son. The rest of us who hover around 20% it is going to be a long night. The 4 others in this suite, woke up every night at 2am sweating. I wanted to give them 4 star for giving me a fan and being so nice about everything, but the fan is a little loud. There was also the issue of the green light on the thermostat. Wow that thing shined right in the Ole eyeball all night. After a piece of blue tape there was not an issue with the blue light. As I'm writing this review at 4 am, I'm wide awake with the cover off fan blowing and yah you guest it. I'm miserable. It is a shame because this Drury's Location is great.

Just about the best hotel I've stayed at and I travel a lot. It's only a few months old as I write this so everything is new. Great employees and a buffet dinner as well as a buffet breakfast, both of which offer a wide variety of foods add to the value. Free adult beverage is also offered in the evenings. Great comfy beds as well. Lots of good stuff.
