Just spent 7 days here as a family and had the most amazing time, lovely hotel, lovely friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just came back from a week here and had the best holiday ever! The staff are lovely, food is great and there is soo much to do! We will be returning 💗☀️

The smell around/ in the beach restaurant is awful. There you serve food and drinks, does it mean you find it acceptable? The waiters in the main restaurant are not able to remember correctly the orders, for example 1 espresso, 1 tea, a glass of water and 3 apple juices is something that they could not remember. I wonder, how the staff is selected and trained? The food and the service do not correspond to the price we have paid for this hotel. I can't belive that there is not packed airyan, the packed ice cream is only 3-4 types and available for very limited time, there is not espresso coffee with good quality etc… As the hotel is Royal, I expected much more and to be honest I am very disappointed. For the price we have paid, I am not satisfied. Not good value for the money.

The hotel, the staff and the surrounding area are just mega great also suitable for kids and will like to book and visit 😍☀️🌴🍹😊👍🏻 the hotel again for the next holiday a little longer.

The entire hotel is just super nice, with its extensive grounds and several pools.
Food is versatile and there is something for everyone.
Beach section is sufficient with sand.

Great attention is paid to cleanliness, the staff is very accommodating and friendly, food was plentiful and in good choice. We were lucky enough to upgrade a room for free, it's definitely worth a visit again.

In any case, I can recommend this place. It's so beautiful here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the grounds beautiful and every night there are shows and live music at their own beach bar and stage. For small and large, there is something for everyone. There is a small slide park and adventure park for children with carousel and small Ferris wheel. ❤️I love it here.

Were with you for 10 days. Can't fault anything. Very nice complex, close to the beach. Every day animation for big and small.
Food was also something every day. If someone complains then at a high level. The staff always went out of their way to make it as pleasant as possible. In times of Corona, unfortunately, this is not always so easy. I would come again👍🏻👍🏻

Because there everything is wonderful, the staff is 100% to recommend, the ambience, the food, even the Kelner in restaurant, the people at lobby, get everything you need. I filled myself like a queen. The beaches to the coast, the parties overnight. I'm sure I'll go there again. I recommend to all friends and acquaintances there to go and try. None will complain!

The Hotel Taj Mahal is and will remain the best of what I have posted ever in Turkey. The huge dining room leaves nothing to be desired, the food is a dream, especially the variety. The staff is super trying, to take immediately the order. The rooms are decorated super nice. Who complain here in this luxury hotel, and you can't help. To object to the there is nothing. I'm just saying here, you can let the soul dangle.

Amazing hotel highly recommend, the staff where amazing yes the English language is very little. But your in turkey. I had no problems talking with any of the staff and if I got the wrong drink I drank it until they got me the right one. We had a great time and laughing all day, the food was amazing but your in turkey so don’t expect a English fry up. Going back again next year.

Absolutely terrible food cold and the same choice every night not one member of staff can speak English and are extremely rude this is no way near a 5 star hotel would say 3 at a push don't come here.

Hotel is stunning and spotless, staff are amazing NEVER RUDE can’t do enough for you! Only rudeness I have witnessed has come from guests, very disrespectful towards such lovely hard working staff. Food and drink is delicious and plentiful. Entertainment is excellent. Guest relations are very helpful and friendly. I have stayed in Turkey many years 5 star all inclusive ultra and this is the best one yet. Will recommend to all.

Nice building… That is about it. Very rude stuff, average food, noise room. The drinks are mixed with water, dirty glasses, stinky expired fish itc… Rooms cleaning very poor. Staff barely speaking English.

What can I say. An absolutely cracking hotel. Inside and out the hotel looks amazing and is kept very clean. They had a lot of choice of pools, the animation team were very friendly and made the holiday extra special. It was also nice having access to the water park that was shared with the royal Dragon (the hotel next door). Food and drinks were also amazing, with friendly staff. We also have to mention the two barmaids Esra and Gamzi who made fantastic drinks and kept us great company in the evenings. I could easily go back again, a fantastic holiday.

Since 5 days since, and still have 5 days ahead of us, until now everything is very great, large swimming Pools, direct access to the beach and all food and drink even on the beach
I particularly love cooked in the Haub Restaurant in fresh or Grilled is fried
For Hygiene, the room will be used every day to wipe properly wiped and re-upholstered even the Sand from the balcony of the getting away where you from the beach to more or less bring
Am very satisfied and look forward to travellers this year

We are sadly leaving tomorrow. The Taji Mahal is an excellent hotel with very good cuisine. The staff is absolutely friendly and strives to fulfill the wishes of the guests in all respects. I have been travelling to Turkey for more than 20 years and this is by far the best hotel besides the Royal Dragon. Whohere chuckles at a high level. The selection at the buffet is large and varied and the dishes super seasoned. Here you don't have to get up early to resit at a couch. You always get space. The hotel is generously built. It is clean and the cleaning ladies are very nice. The guest relationship, which takes care of the wishes of the guests and also fulfils them, is also to be emphasized. All in all a top hotel.

In the hotel and in general in Turkey goes virus kids sick are taken to the hospital. The hotel does not react to it and do not do anything. Towels on the beach steal and then make you pay 10 euros apiece. If you are eating at the Taj Mahal you should guard the towels so speak out the hotel staff. Bartenders almost extort money for tea. It's not the first time I've seen it in Turkey, but I've never seen anything like it.

Personally I enjoyed while I was there expect the room arrangements but they tried them best. Royal taj mahal hotel is great hotel, the food was very nice servants are so so so humble out there. They superbly entertain to they guest. I fout the Thomas cook flight very poor, they are very unorganized, would never recommend to anyone one to travel by Thomas cook flight… 0

Stayed in many 5 star hotels in my time. This place is spotless in every area from rooms to pools everywhere is clean. My biggest problem is the staff and the main dining room food the staff really only speak German and Russian very little English which makes asking for anything difficult. Half staff are friendly and the other half look at you as if you have two heads. The food could be fantastic but it the worst part of this hotel. However they have some speciality restaurants which are so much better but there is a 10 euro charge per person. Nightly entertainment is ok nothing to write home about.
Another let down is there is no flow with the hotel nothing is sign posted late night entertainment is not advertised however it does take place on the beach after the main show. Also large party every Wednesday which incorporates the sister hotel the royal dragon.
Plenty to do for kids and adults slides rides beach it does have it all but could be so much better.
Air con is controlled centrally by hotel and is turned off late at night until the morning which I think is false advertising. I get not having on when your not in your room, that is acceptable.
Side is predominantly a German and Russian resort.
Would I come back never.

Rooms are good as well as pool and around. The food all simply fabulously recommended.
When I read the comments like the people are not satisfied with the personal ones, I have a few words. The guys are very overwhelmed doing everything like the better can, so the guests will be satisfied who don't have 10 hands and feet. Those spend everything best. The few who have written negative, who are supposed to work a week after that, we see what they look like in the 2 week. All employees work 8 hours. Are not so overwhelmed and happy either.
Happy back in this Stone group.

Have never experienced such poor service in Turkey! The staff are incredibly unkind. The bed is Steinhart! The air conditioning is no longer running on the night! In the morning you wake up on the stone-hard bed on a triefurn bed. Is by no means relaxing! The quality of the food is ok.

Not in definitely a 5 star experience if you ask me! Stayed here last week, we stayed for 7 nights and I could say rooms are nice and the hotel has a decent design! Could I say that it was the nicest choice, not even close!
The reason i’m saying is not a 5 star experience is because of the staff in the first hand! They are very rude and always looking for ways to make you give them tips!
One even asked for “bacsis” to my face! You can see clearly the difference in service between a german speaker and the rest of the guests!
Second disappointment was the internet, oh God, they don’t care about their guests in this regard! In the Age of internet this is the slower connection to internet you’ll ever find in a 5star hotel!
Overall it was a good experience and i’m glad we stayed at this hotel all bad things aside!

Hotel opened in 2015. Very Beautiful large pool complex. Water slides and an amusement park are available on the hotel grounds. Good food. Cons: Very light-heared rooms.

Super Hotel. All inclusive plus. All-round feel-good holidays. Very close to the beach. Lots of cocktails and a lot of food.

A beautiful hotel right on the beach of Evrenseki. All the pools are great, as is the sea. When you eat, you will discover something different delicious every day. The choice is huge. The only negative thing we had was the too hard beds.

Rest in late April 2018 An incredibly large variety of all-inclusive food. Local Drinks in unlimited quantities and some names of imported brands. Cocktails want the best, but you can drink). Very big questions to the staff. You can run into both specialists and some people picked up on the street. Few Russians are mostly Germans. Recommended for a large company holiday. Book in advance. Tickets bought with a difference per week give a difference of 10, 000r per one.

We have spent a wonderful 2 week 3 generations on holiday. The rooms are spacious and clean, the Minibar was replenished daily. The Hotel has a great landscaped garden and pool area. All areas were always cleaned. The Service was good. I would like to highlight the restaurants our favorite waiter Tahir in the outdoor area of the main. He has us read every wish from the eyes and already knew to drink on the second night of what we are. Dear Tahir, thank you so much for your fun and friendly service! Also the food was terrific! A huge selection of. Who finds here nothing, and tired of, the is not to help otherwise. You just need to appear early for dinner or just lucky to get a seat outside, because inside it is more than loud. The Animation was ok, rather soft, did not bother us. The mini club was great, Giovanni and his Team make a super Job. All the kids love him. I really notice he does that with a lot of fun and the joy of his Job. Long story short: We recommend this Hotel 100% and will certainly come back!

The Hotel was newly opened and we belongs to the same chain, the feasible, the Hotel Royal Dragon.

I am writing form the Hotel. I wouldn't definitely recommend it. So, facts. If you are going the visit this Hotel, you need to take into account the following: 1) You belongings can be stolen from the hotels beach. Administration kindly asked us "where we have forgotten our things" and told that they would inform us if they had found something. Of course nobody found anything. But administration denied that there are thieves on their beach. 2) There are no life guard on the beach: so if something happens at the beach or in the water, it would be you personal problems. For example, we have seen a woman, who fell into a faint and nobody from Hotels personal helped her, only guests who were nearby. 3) The food: it's a hole topic. It's quite tasty, although chicken is prevailed. But some people got food poisoning. We personally spent one day near the "white comrade" (WC) 4) Service. We waited for a waiter at the beach bar for 10 minutes, sitting at the dirty table. After we have cleaned the table by ourselves and took the drinks from the bar (by ourselves), waiter came and asked if everything is OK…? In general if you want to get a decent cocktails you have to give a decent tips to the barmen or waiters, otherwise instead of apple juice for the child you will get a sweat water with some taste of apple. To summaries, there are too many irritating minuses for such an expensive Hotel.

Good service and a very beautiful hotel.

I will start with the good bits first. On arrival at The Royal Dragon we were given an upgrade which was a great start to our holiday, as we had my parents with us. The food was lovely and a great choice. Everything was clean and kept nice. However, after a few days we found that if you were English you were treated differently. The staff were not as eager to serve you and they did not smile or have manners, now if you were German it was a different matter! I understand this is a tipping country and we did tip, cleaner, waiter and bar staff, but this, it seemed was never enough. We were left sitting at the bar and no service. Even though they had seen us they just ignored us. I found this extremely frustrating and rude. On the last day of my holiday after being ignored for 10 days, I actually shouted for some service please. He came to us and shouted something in Turkish, which I know was rude, but as I don't speak Turkish I could not tell what it was! I watched the other bar staff smiling at the German holiday makers and thought I want to go home! The Turkish do not speak very good English but they speak good German. We did not get a sunbed around the pool all holiday, because we were not prepared to get up at half past ridiculous to get one. (We were up between 8 — 8:30am) There are signs about this, but no-one adheres to it. The Wi-Fi is rubbish. The channels on TV are either German or Russian. Overall nice hotel if you are German!

Not recommendable Hotel. Especially not a 5-star! The Hotel was about a year ago, opened up, and in record time built. Accordingly, there are many shortcomings.
