CK ROYAL is located near the Moscow ring road — by car 5-7 minutes. The room is clean, comfortable, with large Windows, lots of natural light. Lived in hotel for 4 days, during this time, cons have not noticed.

Raided in Moscow unexpectedly, previously unplanned trip. The mood was not the best. The taxi from Sheremetyevo brought to SK Royal Moscow itself, for which he was very grateful. I want to share my impressions about the visit to the ROYAL SK. Of the advantages include large rooms and an interesting view from the window (not always, as I understand it). The room is clean, all toiletries, Bathrobe, Slippers and towel. Minus one – the Parking is not guarded. The car I rented on a business trip and was a little afraid to leave it on the Parking lot.

We are from Mytishchi themselves, but one or two times a month we bring the children to Moscow, so they could walk, to look, and indeed to join the city life. Always stay at SK ROYAL, come and go is convenient and the rooms are large, enough room for everyone and the money properly. We especially enjoy the panoramic view from the window on 22 floor.

Well, overall I guess I may have just been unlucky. Unlucky in being given a room with plumbing problems. Major plumbing problems. If reception would have informed maintenance, then maybe it would have been resolved. They didn't do it wasn't. Nothing worse than arriving at 10:00 PM to find your toilet is non-working. Especially after you informed reception of that fact at 8:30 AM … Worse yet is the plumber's comments that this room is constantly having this problem, but the hotel has elected not to repair it. After contacting management their offer of compensation for this problem was inadequate and rejected. To them a room with a non-working toilet is worth 80% of one with one that works!

Lived in the "family" room the SK Royal hotel from 1 to 4 December. We all enjoyed it. The room is large and comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and delicious, the menu in the restaurant is good, especially the desserts our son liked. The friendliness of the administrators deserves special mention, especially Helen and Mary. When our baby whim, not only do they swear not steel, but also helped to calm, even candy from somewhere got than have conquered me completely.

This hotel was bought the package for the newlyweds! When he came in the room and dismantling the bed, found on the bed sheet and blanket BLOODY SPOTS! In their first night I had to call to reception to wait for the maid and more! Instead relax after your holiday, for which he was booked, I had to solve any problems! And most importantly, the hotel is not deign even to just say you are sorry! What is this 4 stars, where not even change the sheets before the arrival of the new guests!?
