Great place. Nice beach. Spa area is great. All in all a nice holiday.

Great food A la Card again and again. Buffet in the restaurant is a bit overpriced. The hotel is highly recommended.

We celebrated our wedding there, wedding ceremony on the beach and celebration in the hall.
Everything worked out well and the support from our contact person was outstanding.
The food in the restaurant is one of the best in Poland. The location with private beach is great. The playground for the children and the care by the staff is also good.

Check in went very quickly, our room was a comfort room on the ground floor with terrace. The food was great, varied and changing daily. The hotel bar offers a good menu with lots of cocktails, with the bartender also making me a cocktail that wasn't on the menu. From the entrance to the spa, everything was always clean. The beach is quickly reached and also here everything was always clean, no stone in the fine sand, no cigarettes were lying around. The offer in the beach bar was also large and very tasty. The kids' club is also great, but unfortunately there is no animator who speaks something german, which would be advantageous for tourism.

One of the best hotels I have visited in Poland so far, always like.

Well-kept hotel with nice staff. Families are right there. There is enough work for children and the beach is 5 minutes walk behind the hotel. The rooms are neat, the beds comfortable and large.
There is also something for everyone at breakfast.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone staff, food, amenities SUPERB.

This hotel is great! wonderfull service, delicious food with alot of choice☺The organized activities for children are very good and the swimmingpool and outdoor/indoot playgarden are great funThe offers in spa and saunas of different kinds are great and one can really find something fun to do for every agegroup☺The music is wonderfull — Czeslaw Zrojewski plays beautiful and varieted repertuar in the evenings-and the latino rythms on his amazingly sounding spanish guitare makes that one just want to dance! I truly can recomend this place for families with children cause its just perfect☺

OK, but the staff is often bored and unmotivated. Customer requests are not implemented despite feasibility and against the offered additional fee. In some rooms you can look directly at a concrete wall! Not acceptable for a hotel of this category.

Beautiful hotel complex, with private access to the beach. In the surroundings you can walk along the coast through the beautiful forests. The spa area is upgradeable (I still recommend the massages). The buffet in the morning and evening is superb. Many regional products are offered and everything tastes good. The rooms are well appointed and the staff overall very friendly. For five stars here and as standard, however, the certain somewhat more luxury, service and equipment is missing.

Very elegant and modern furnishings. Excellent service, good food and great spa area.
A lot of wellness offers at good prices. The hotel is right by the sea.
Dogs are also allowed and staff speaks German.
Book in good time and then enjoy.

Very family friendly hotel with swimming pool and ample room. Pleasant atmosphere. 5 stars totally appropriate.

From our experience I can only strongly advise!
We had booked a package for two (weekend) for €535 and paid the deposit of €160. We couldn't arrive because of sickness. We called the front desk and asked if we could postpone the time of travel. That was answered with Yes. Two weeks later, we agreed on a new appointment and promptly received a renewed request for payment of 160, €0 deposit. We were told that the down payment is always "wasted" if you do not arrive. I guess that says it all. At 5 stars I definitely expect different behavior. You probably need to learn a lot more economically. For us a pure one and definitely there is caution!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The pool area is nicely designed and there is a hot tub. Berths are often scarce. The food is always fresh and tasty. The surroundings are simply beautiful and the beach, which can be reached in 2 minutes, invites you to take a walk.

A beautiful hotel and super friendly service! The rooms are very comfortably furnished and you will find everything you need. The wellness area is really wonderful and the spa area is one of the best I have visited so far. The masseurs are very friendly, discreet and attentive, we felt very comfortable and were able to relax super. For all those who want to enjoy wellness at reasonable prices a must! The food in the hotel was also really delicious and there is something for everyone, the food was all fresh and regionally sourced! The direct proximity to the beach is fantastic, you can walk along the sea for hours and let your mind wander! It should also be mentioned that the hotel is super children friendly and also offers a great program for the little ones. Dogs are welcome too! We will definitely come back if we want to go on a wellness holiday again (preferably immediately! )

Yes, what can I say. We stayed at the hotel in November. At the time, of course, there is no longer a season and quite quiet in the place. Few shops are not yet in hibernation. It's a little different in the hotel. As a guest you are not alone, but there is also no impression that it is overcrowded. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beautiful thing about the complex is the pool, Jakuzi and the sauna. The latter is available 4x. The pool with a separate children's pool is certainly interesting for the younger guests. On the positive side, I noticed that the pool did not smell of chlorine, at least barely perceptible. So, in my opinion, all good. The breakfast buffet is attractively designed and I think there is something for everyone. The same goes for the evening buffet. But if you want to have it a little nicer in the evening, you can have the menu brought up and down in the restaurant. Of course, it's also like lunch or you can have your meals brought to your room. Apropo Room. Hmmmm… This is spacious and actually well equipped but it is a 5 star décor and you don't expect the furniture to have come in the years. That's not nice. The beds were quite soft and therefore also in need of getting used to. However, it is not so that I would not recommend the room, however, has a 5 star décor to meet their expectations as well. I would therefore give the room a maximum of 3 to 4 stars. Everything in all, however, can be holidayed there with a calm conscience.

Very nice & modern spa hotel with a moderate price.
The buffet-shaped food was excellent, whoever meanders here probably hired a star chef at home. Lots of lovingly decorated before and desserts, at least 3-4 main courses, extra buffet for the children, was constantly served, etc.
Unfortunately, the waiters were just fixated on it clearing, placing a drinks order was a real challenge.
The hotel is also booked by a lot through the large indoor pool as well as the children's play area by families.
We were there during the holidays in the autumn and the children raised by modern (anti-authoritarian) (by the way almost everything German children, the Polish children knew how to behave …) there was unfortunately restlessness and volume in the restaurant was actually considerable. Otherwise, the staff tries to make everything possible.
Overall absolutely recommended.

3rd Floor Corner Room is highly recommended.

Excellent hotel with very good price / performance ratio. Here, everything is just right! Very good food, very good wellness facility, not far to the beach. You can rent bicycles or just relax.
Although I'm almost never repeatedly going to the same place, the temptation is almost irresistible…

So I read through the reviews me. Much negative. I can only disagree.
It gave us, we were six of the 7 11.3.2016 of there predominantly four tables at the front of the window tables. Yes, there is a dining room, but what expect for some, each table separately, Golden plates?
The food was not always my taste, but's are always all full. For dinner I was missing a Wurstplatte. Es are personal but, you can not all tastes something like this never rate this lens.
The rooms are well equipped. When the eternal whiner said too little German broadcasters are in the TV that you should take him a DVD PLAYER.
There was also little beauty errors, but please to be renovated after each guest.
When that does not fit the moaners should go to Dubai.
The room and the bathroom were clean and it is cleaned every day.
The staff is the friendliest I have seen on a hotel. Whether it's D, Ö, CH.
The majority spoke also german. If not german then.
What was negative, there were young Polish families, the incorrigible thought stop with short pants and slippers to the food to go. Hope the management will take care of also.
Super, the beach is only a few metres. Kołobrzeg is very easy to reach.

The nearby beach is very nice. Also we enjoyed the room (incl. Bad), which in a pleasant modern style. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The food has us less excited. There were a lot of lows, some highs, but the result is just average. The Restaurant has unfortunately Kantinenfeeling. Is eaten in a large room with about 64 tables (about 8x8 in a big square). During our stay were always all the tables are occupied. If so many people at the same time, food is accordingly the noise level is very high and it all seems very mass production. The times for dinner (about 17 to 19 hours) are very mitarbeiterfreundlich. Not so nice is the Spa area. There are 4 saunas, one of which during our stay was broken. There are far too few Loungers in the quiet area in front of the saunas (4 piece! ). Alternatively, you can go to the swimming pool one floor up on a stretcher, where, however, it is louder and more hectic vibe. Criticize, I also want that the visitors of the swimming pool by the sauna by have to go swimming to be able to. Conclusion: It was OK. We could us a week to recover. I would not necessarily still time to come back. The price-performance ratio for the one week stay with half Board was really good.

Buffet is like in a 3 star Hotel, in part, we must look at each of the stations even pay a surcharge to the desired food to get. The dining room is more reminiscent of a Fabriksmensa than at a Restaurant. No dinner, just so something of a cross between lunch and dinner. Extremely many children.

Niestety Hotel nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Lokalizacja dobra, wystrój hotelu ładny, pierwsze wrażenie dobre. Niestety później czar pryska. Jedzenie na bardzo niskim poziomie, w nocy problemy żołądkowe ;/. Parking jest bardzo drogi pomimo tego, że jest na zewnątrz. Dla porównania w pobliskim hotelu o wyższym standardzie cena za parking podziemny jest niższa. Mimo wszystko najgorsze wrażenie wrażenie pozostawia po sobie obsługa hotelu, która sprawia wrażenie jakby pracowała tam za karę.

We were there in October 2014.
The location right on the beach and the forest, as well as the Jacuzzi on the terrace is beautiful. We had fun with a ping pong table in the Conference rooms.
The breakfast buffet and the evening buffet was not so nice. The restaurant reminds more of a canteen. Our room had already significant traces of wear and tear. An evening television evening I would have liked other transmitters.

-Cold throughout the hotel and in the room, what temperatures down to — 10C ' was out there very uncomfortable because the Windows are not tight and there is no heating body in the room and the air conditioning produces no warm air (we were there only 4 nights, but employees did sorry correct me, because you would have to freeze some very). I signed while while 2 times the condition in the room at the reception but unfortunately without any result,
