just few minutes from the airport.

Unfortunately they didn’t have a bus with a ramp for wheelchair. My mom is unable to walk and we had a long stop before we had to take the next airplane to Chicago and we need it a wheelchair for my mom and was hard to do the transfer from the wc to the taxi and back. But the rest was easy. Cesar at the restaurant was excellent and their food was great. Thank you for everything.

Pool was under maintenance for the one day we were there and the gym had a very bad sewage smell, and had nowhere to go with the kids.

Non cooperative hotel staff. Restaurant was full so message was “sorry sir, you can not have dinner tonight”. Quite strange for a hotel not to be able to serve dinner… Viva Domino’s Pizza delivery!

The front desk guy was super courteous. His manager not so much. The reason for the one-star is because we first were put it in a room next to a room that was partying too loud. Then, they placed us on the first floor and the room had not been fully cleaned. The bed covers were missing, the floor had not been mopped, the carpet had not been vacuumed, there was no coffee to the coffee maker in the room, no iron nor ironing board. In the morning I found three bugs on one of the beds. Really disappointing.

If you have a layover in Panama City I highly recommend these guys. Very comfortable, one of the few hotels with a shuttle which is important in Panama City because the taxi drivers get 30 bucks each way so add 6 dollars if your hotel has no shuttle.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in a while. Great people and service is awesome. Even though I don’t speak the language lol. I would say 5 out of 5 service and cleanliness. Overall great stay!

Great burgers, only takes credit card and cash, if you have a debit card (clave) it can't be use as a method of payment. Staff are ok.

Breakfast buffet was not complete at the time I wanted to have breakfast. Some products where over. I was in on a bussy day though. The the rest of the hotel was great.

Beautiful hotel. Great good. Only complaint was that they did not inform me of a pet charge until arrival and tried to charge me more than the cost of the room. Everything else was great.

Don’t be fooled by the good reviews we read. I would recommend staying elsewhere. Pros: close to airport, smooth check in process, has airport shuttle every 30 minutes. Cons: dirty room, dirty floor in room, crumbs on desk, shower and sink don’t drain correctly, cockroach ran across our bed, Thin walls, heard loud music with bass that sounded like a room had a party all night, heard people banging on wall having sex all night. Needless to say we did not sleep well before our flight.

We stood on an executive King on the top floor, everything looks quite new still, no airport noise at all so you can have a good sleep thru the night. Breakfast on level to other Crowne hotels, hotel interior looks way better and fancy than the outside so I was quite surprised. Staff was accommodating and friendly, Would recommend 100/100

For a beautiful hotel it is a shame how my family was treated when we ate a late dinner by the outdoor pool. It was 8:10 when we ordered and took 50 minutes for the food to come out (it was cold) and then when we began eating. They tell us we have to leave immidielty because the pool was closed. The security man was very very rude and forced us to leave barley able to finish our food. Very disappointing how poorly we were treated. Would not recommend to someone looking for a friendly vacation hotel.

Just minutes futon airport. Best way to spend a few hours on a layover. Free shuttle from airport. A day pass gives you access to pool, Wi-Fi, and includes buffet lunch. Perfect size buffet has something for everyone. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When we took the shuttle back to airport it took about 20 min to get from hotel to flight gate.

Located ten minutes from the Airport. Free circular transportation to the Airport every 30 minutes. Nice drinksbar, swimming pool, restaurant with buffet meals. Very quiet place without noisy places next.

In a very luxurious hotel I like the hotel because it is in front of Tocumen International Airport gives an excellent service guests will like rooms are comfortable luxurious and spacious and has an excellent view to the airport and to the city the breakfasts They are good they are comfortable and cleanliness is a very nice hotel and the attention of the guests 24 hours I recommend them.

Long wait for bus. Room next to high way very very noise. No towel in the room then woken up at midnight by towem delivery Terrible breakfast.

As I checked in I queued for 25 minutes. Throughout my stay the staff were terribly rude and inefficient. I felt like I was a burden to them whenever I asked something. My roomers road facing and it was so noisy. For the price it’s totally not worth it, sadly they have a monopoly as it’s so close to the airport… as such you have to eat in their terrible restaurant which if possible try and avoid.

Very nice place with great meals. I really did enjoy the food. The place was always tidy. The only complain I have is about the sound coming from other rooms at night, like snoring. The sound filters in and made it a bit uncomfortable.

They could only give me the small CC receipt. I asked for the folio and they looked at me like I am crazy. This is a good hotel chain … but this one is managed by morons.

Great staff good customer service. Reception and restaurant 1st class service. Affordable, close to airport. They give me special lower price because I check in at 7am and leave at 5pm same day to go back to airport to get my connection to fly home.

In A Nutshell: -We got stuck on an overnight layover & got free lodging at this Crown Plaza Hotel (no complaints here, we love Panama! ) -This hotel is in a very good location b/c it's only 5 minutes or less from the Tocumen International Airport. -The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable for a good night's sleep. -The buffet needs some work b/c the food just didn't seem very appealing. Overall, I'd back and stay here again.

Great location. However, while checking into hotel with my two daughters (7 and 10), bellman took my luggage and set in lobby. Someone toom one of my bags. After reporting it, I was told several times they'd look into it — no update. After 3 attempts finally got a hold of security who showed me pictures but none focused on my bags and no resolution. I'm back in the states now and still no update. Even though nothing extremely expensive (luckily), my kids pics of our trip are gone with some of their toys and clothes.

We stayed one night and the attention of each and every one of the people has been exceptional. The exquisite accommodation and the restaurant service of the highest level. Thank to the team of Crowne Plaza.

Perfect for spend the night by the proximity to the airport, breakfast good, good cleaning… excellent attention by the staff. Deficiency due to lack of staff for handling luggage, but I recommend it.

Conveniently located at a short distance form the airport is the best suited place to rest before catching your next flight. The facilities are great as well. Don't forget your swimming trunks.

The price with the quality of service and cleanliness of the rooms plus as it is received one by the staff leaves much to be desired to recommend it or do insanity to stay again, but never. I always stay at the Riande airport and I stayed at this hotel to try something new and applied that better bad known that good to know. The only thing decent and not 100% is the breakfast variety but nothing.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Presenting ticket to boarding you are given a room by 8am till special price. Pity we could not enjoy the pool because they were cleaning up during the afternoon. I suggest reveean the time so that the guests can use the facilities during the day.

Courtesy of Copa Airline we were staying there for a night, we arrived 13:30 hs they gave us the room and were missing the towels, then 5 times to claim we couldn't bathe until the following day. The attention of the reception staff in the evening very bad. The food served for the evening's leftovers in the middle of the day without changing the menu. I would recommend looking for another hotel by paying a transfer by huber does not exceed 10 u$s.

Dependable shuttle. New hotel. Close to the airport. If I have a layover of more than a couple hours I get a room here and relax. I like the rooms. New. Clean. Food is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful and much better organized as time has gone on. So I assume they have good management.

The hotel was very nice but the restaurant service was the among the worst I've ever experienced. It was not very busy and we we're waited on by the manager. It took close to 40 minutes to get our drinks and 70 minutes to get our food. We watched as others came in after us and were served before us. If we were not so tired we would have walked out.

This place was very clean, had a nice pool, good pizza. However, their service can suck it. They smile to your face, but its because their laughing at the illusion of service they know their going to give. We ordered a pizza that took over an hour. While we waited we had a drink. When our drinks were gone we waited 40 more minutes to order another drink when our pizza came. We ate the whole pizza before getting a second drink. This place also charges for every little thing. Local phone call extra money. Cup of coffee in morning $5. Continental breakfast, $50 for 3 people. I don't expect free stuff but $5 for a cup of coffee? It isn't Starbucks. …

Super hotel… Unbeatable deal, just minutes from the airport, lends itself to stop and have some breakfast while traffic low.
