Another amazing stay at hotel cc the staff here are absolutely amazing nothing is ever to much trouble for them! Every time we visit Amsterdam we stay here I would never stay anywhere else absolutely love this hotel! I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you hotel cc for making our stay amazing again.

Had a great stay here at CC. We were originally placed in a room with no view but after requesting a canal view they were so polite and quick to change us rooms after the first night. I couldn’t fault the staff on reception, they clearly are happy to help you with whatever you need. The only negative is the rooms walls are very hollow, you could hear next doors tele or people walking up the stairs or on the landings but it didn’t stop us sleeping. In fact we have never slept better, the beds and pillows here are fantastic along with the black out curtains. Excellent location, to everything. 5 minutes walk from centraal station so you don’t have to go far with your bags.

Just returned from a three night stay. First time in Amsterdam. Really liked this quirky hotel. We had a triple room (307) for myself and two children. Beds were narrow but comfy. Good shower and surprised to have a bath. Location was brilliant. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was good and staff there very friendly.

Have stayed here 3 years in a row now. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Lovely hotel, same staff greeted us all 3 times and remembered us which was great. We have also been put in the same room on each return which I think is a lovely touch. Rooms are great with both heating and air conditioning. Only Two minutes walk from most attractions. Always recommend to anyone traveling!

The staff was very helpful in every way. Very professional & wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again. Also recommend it to people back in California. Thank you.

Have stayed at this hotel each time we have been back to The Netherlands. Maybe 15 times or more.
Location location is perfect, restaurants of all types nearby, great customer service at front desk. A quirky hotel with Amsterdam Central right near by.

Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Room was spotless and included hairdryer and a safe along with a fan and air conditioning.
Bathroom was a good size and spotless also.
We had a lovely stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central hotel in Amsterdam as it was so close to everything. We will definitely be back again.

This hotel has terrible service. Very dirty.

It’s a nice hotel but rooms very small and u wouldn’t want to be very tall as ceilings are low but it’s alright as all your doing is sleeping as your so busy sightseeing during the day… the shower was amazing very powerful woke u up… staff are friendly too lovely city to relax and just have a laugh restaurants are lovely but can be pricey and the waffle shops are yummy one on every corner… Pubs are good Crack too plenty to do there obviously.

Second time at hotel cc, perfect location just a five mins walk from Central Station, and various coffee shops right in the heart of it all. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, highly recommended and will be using hotel cc as my first choice in future regular trips to dam.

Checked out this morning after a 3 night stay, I can't say enough about this cute little hotel. The location was great, the room was tastefully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable with great beds and super soft duvets. I found the little touches to be great as well such as the in room safe, multi language channels on the television, provided toiletry items, as well as the grocery items available for purchase in the reception area. … Breakfast served at Mama Pancake was great and the laundromat just a few buildings down is convenient. Highly recommended and I plan on staying here again.

Such a great little place right in the heart of Amsterdam right near everything you could wish to see. Small neat room, comfy bed! Lovely.

I have basis for comparison in Amsterdam but this room was TINY it also had inadequate air con which was not enjoyable in summer. The floor was also uneven so when we would step out of bed we'd lose balance and fall into the wall. Location of hotel is good though, right in the action.

It was all perfect. The location is simply the top for the position and already the buildings is. My single room with canal wiew was not so large but really beautiful, clean, with modern accessories. The reception's staff had help me lots of time with courtesy and pacience in the right way.

Hotel CC is in the heart of the action, its next to central station making it easy to access various trams and trains. The rooms are really small, but they have basic requirements. Hill the receptionist has an outstanding customer service.

Perfect location but hotel let itself down. Came for a short break, and this was the perfect location. We found the hotel was not clean and could have been better. Curtains had cigarette burns in, carpet was stained and shower was dirty. Every evening when we went back to the hotel we were offered drugs in the doorway. Would not return here as its defiantly not worth the money.

Service was great. Vincent is a great concierge! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great central location!

We have just stayed in this hotel (checked out this morning). Perfect location, very clean, we requested a canal view on arrival and got it, staff very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful room, kettle in room, with coffee etc and can get more at reception once you have run out. Air con was very much needed as the weather was hot. No noise at night, can't even hear people the next room, so little chance of being woken. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would hope we'd be staying in the future again.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Reasonable price (40 per person for a 4 room) clean and modern hotel.

What a fabulous little hotel. Very clean and tidy and the staff were always smiley and chatty no matter what the time of day, breakfast is next door at a little Italian bistro but even that was gorgeous (we had smokes outside before our breakfast and was even brought a fresh coffee out by the staff). The view from the hotel was amazing (room 009) and oh my gosh the showers, perfect and just what we needed to refresh and recharge, nice little touch was returning to the hotel to find they’d been in and refreshed the bed and towels even though we had said it was ok not to.

Central. The room was very small There is not a bar inside but it has vending machines where you can buy snacks and drinks. The reception staff present H24 is polite and patient. The rooms are clean and tidy every day.

A small hotel, comfortable and very convenient. A great location close to the central station and in the heart of the red light district.

Location, location, location! Can't beat the location. A+ On the down side… Very poor lighting in the room and very poor lighting in the bathroom. If you want to shave or put in contact lens you might as well forget it. The room is very cold, even after they adjusted it, still cold! Front desk is very nice, the room is very clean. Again, you can't have a better location.

In the heart of the city, close to all the main tourist destinations. A maze of stairs will take you directly into the rooms that extend throughout the height of the building… But just all seen that a spiral staircase will lead you to the last room in the attic. A true pyramidal hovel in which you won't be able to stand upright except in the centre of the room. Price to pay, a bit high for the real, to be able to stay in one of the most central places in Amsterdam. Breakfast at the adjoining Italian room is at least basic and not very qualitative, certainly avoidable as included. The staff is very obliging and polite, a welcome for the availability.

In the heart of the Red light District and 4 steps from the central station. Very nice rooms.

Nice little hotel in the Venter of Amsterdam. Modern inside, 24 hour service, free Wi-Fi, nice decor and they look after bags before and after your visit. Two second walk to great restaurants, 5 minutes to supermarket and shops, and round the corner from red light.

Good location but the rooms and beds are small.

It's not a holiday inn or hilton, but if you want that, stay at the airport. It's in a great location, right inside the cool district. Rooms are simple, well set up and comfortable.

It is not a great hotel but it is very limpiio.

Good hotel in the middle of the city. A star deduction for the very small and narrow room. However, it was clean and tidy. Prices are more at the upper limit for the small rooms, however the location is an absolute plus point. Staff were all friendly and happy to help with concerns. Recommended.

Very central. Standard room was nice and comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like was breakfast. It was in a restaurant near the hotel with not so many options and very basic. Not worth the money. For the same price we could choose our own place to eat. Next time we will order a room without breakfast.

The Hotel was so much better than expected. Very clean, lovely style of room, staff were very friendly, and we got an amazing view. Only downside was that the windows were very thin facing out onto the canal, so we were woken up by ambulances driving past in the night, but overall amazing and I will definitely be booking here again!

Very nice staff, very good location and very modern equipped. We had a double room which was nicely decorated. It could have been a bit cleaner, however, it was now no shortage, regarding hygiene. They felt welcomed here. It should be remembered, however, that it is not necessarily the 1a family hotel, because here in the near surroundings at night and also during the day neatly round.

Great hotel in the center nice clean and cozy, I have assigned a room with the view on the canal, really nice.

Pros: — Location, close to most attractions — Room size — Reception area — Luggage storage in the reception on arrival and departure — Polite staff Cons: — The room didn't feel very clean e. G. The carpet wasn't hoovered, the bathroom smelt of sewers. — No radiators in the room, we stayed in the hotel during January so it was freezing (however the reception did provide us with a portable heater). — No wardrobes or storage in our room so we couldn't unpack.

Hotel Super well located by cons lack of effort on the housekeeping and only speaks in their language with the guests otherwise overall it's OK story to spend a night it's fine but more to see according to the desires of each.

The rooms were no bigger than a closet. Our toilet was placed under the sink. The water in the bathroom smelled like sewage. Our room over looked the street and from the 3rd floor it sounded like we were in the street. Loud partier goers kept us up until 4am each night of our stay. The bed was a 1in camping pad on a platform, there was no fitted sheets just a flat sheet. For the cost of this room we could have stay at a 4 star star hotel. If you are only looking to party and get drunk in the red light district and sewage water doesn't bother you then you might have found the perfect hotel. I would have stayed somewhere else.

Good location A good hotel to spend a few days in Amsterdam.

5 minute walk from Centrum Station. In Redlight District. Rooms are extremely small. Don’t lift bed mattress. Trash galore and the cleaning staff vacuum cleaner couldn’t reach all that weird trash. Pretty sad and disgusting that cleaning staff aware and say oh well can’t clean up mess. Bottom of only chair remained dusty after my 2 week stay. My bathroom didn’t smell but my friends smelled horrible from mildew… getting to some rooms a menagerie. I badly sprained my ankle second day there after falling down 7 stairs outside my room. Thick carpet saved me.

CC hotel is located 2 minuets walk from Centrum Station. A building full of old Dutch character and wooden beams in my room. Spotlessly clean throughout and a modern well presented reception with. Staff are polite and helpful, and I cannot find a single negative. Ideal for the traveler and right in the middle of the main areas. Recommended.

Great location, close to train, great restaurants. While it's not a 5 star hotel, it is 5 stars for what it is, tiny rooms, but nice. I liked the breakfast, serviced by the Italian restaurant next door, but would of just as happy to get a waffle from one of the many bakeries.

Ideal situation in the centre of Amsterdam. Everything around at a few walking distance. Welcome was perfect. I booked a single room and got 4 beds (One double and two singles) with a sofa in a duplex room. So a lot of space. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Cleaning was not perfect, dust in some places, hair in the sheets. Globally an Hotel that I could recommend, in the historic downtown.

Rooms are small but ideal for couples just to get your head down its what you want. Heart of the city centre close to red light district and central station only 5 min walk away. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is awesome. 9/10 I will be back here on next trip.

Great location but very small room and not spotless.

Rooms are quite small, but tidy, staff is friendly and helpful. The biggest advantage of this hotel is being in the heart of Amsterdam, next to main touristic attractions. This is also the biggest disadvantage, as your attempts to fall asleep at night may be interrupted by loud party outside. The hotel itself has quite poor sound isolation, apart from sounds from the outside you will also hear your neighbours.

Clean! In the heart of centrum area. We had a 2 storie room with 2 huge windows right on the street. Open them up and I could feel the heart of Amsterdam beating. The rythum of streets… voices carry, the clicking of suitcases the smells of food. Love it here.

Great location and good value, a little bit noisy but at least you are in the centre of Amsterdam.

Our stay at Hotel cc. We were not well fed. We had a front room room, so along the very noisy cafe street. Because of this no eye closed at night. Noise until 3 o'clock and the noise starts again at 6:30 h. The room was neat but very small. The breakfast was a big disappointment. Breakfast is in the Italian restaurant next to the hotel. For that money you can better take in the sandwich shop on the other side of the hotel. Here you can drink real Italian cappuccino instead of the bland brew we received. In short, for us no second time.

Great location, close to central station and all the attractions. Wifi was a little weak in my room, but otherwise good value for money. Would have been great of they had a mini fridge though.

We spent 4 nights in a family room in the attic. Room spacious and very bright thanks to large Windows looking out onto the pedestrian street. Location right in the Centre of Amsterdam. Staff friendly and helpful. Be careful though not to get lost inside the hotel, it looks like a maze full of forks and steep stairs;). Right price even with respect to the position and the average in Amsterdam.

Great location, room very small but comfortable.

We spent two nights in a double room and was very happy with everything. Very reasonably priced. Staff were excellent and helped us with information, directions, held our luggage when we had checked out and also arranged our taxi to the airport. Decorated very modern and very clean. This is BANG in the middle of the red light district. Perfect for a smokers weekend :-D.

Perfect for sleep. Close to the train station. Ideal for a wend without a car. At the center of all points of interest.

Location is perfect in City Center. However it is expensive probably because of its location. The rooms are well furnished but very tight and the rest room is too small too. Recipient was very welcoming and helpful.

Excellent street great hotel.

It meets world standerds in hygiene and it's locarion is excellent in the middle of Red Square. But the rooms are tiny but do the trick.

Great location, ordered a room for 4 people and got something completly different from the pictures. Complained and they would have moved us if staying for more than a night. So credit there. Good value for money even with the shody room, poorly cleaned and bathroom smelled. The room looked like is was done up recently, however was done to a poor standard. snacks available at hotel 24/7 so another bonus. All in all an ok experiance but would have been better if correct room shown on photos.

This was a lovely hotel me and my wife stayed here for the start of are honeymoon the room was big bathroom was out of this world beautiful and the staff was verry perlite my wife said it should have 10 stars.

Hotel was good but could have been cleaner apart from that its right in the middle of the red light district loads to do and see.

The hotel is very central, you are actually in the "Red Light District". There are plenty shops, "coffee" shops, and places to eat just outside the hotel, and along the various streets. The hotel has no kitchen, so you have to go out to eat, there is however a little shop, where you can get snacks, water, juice etc and pay at reception. Staff were very friendly. To get to the the rooms, you have to use a lift, which takes ages, and is very tempramental. There are stairs to some rooms, but be prepared for some to be very steep! Room was very nice (super duluxe room), was quite spacious, bathroom, was very small, but fine for what you needed! There wasnt much hanging space for clothes, and no where to really put your suitcase, but thats minor problems.
