Lousy service, where to start?
the rooms with a horrible smell, they changed our room by force, with terrible treatment and customer service, outside the rooms they left dishes of food thrown away, when questioned they said that there was no one to pick them up and it was from people who were in quarantine!
They had people on all the floors scrambled instead of having an exclusive floor for people in quarantine with possible covid!
in the end we decided to leave and they were left to reimburse the two nights that we did not even use and they never did, it is a date that they are still called and they are fools.

Lousy service, horrible bad care, don't even come.

Terrible attention! very bad! of all the hotels I've been this has been the worst. Much to be desired from the reception, as a cancellation penalty it may not be possible to make it 100% definitely no return.

Wooow our stay was super everything from the very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast buffet very good and also included at no extra cost. My kids asked to enjoy the pool too. Fantastic was q when we woke up the first thing we saw was the sea. Clean and pretty facilities and receptionists

Excellent hotel. Very hygienic and comfortable. The facilities are very well kept and the buffet is good. Has free parking.

Lack of staff in high season many failures… Toilet in the rooms… There's no water. The pool is disabled… Although the staff is very friendly the administration and preventive and corrective maintenance are wrong. In low season all very well… Eye.

Very good location and excellent service.

Very clean and efficient but the staff very cold and unfriendly. When bathing there was no water and I had to wait in the afternoon for the satisfaction service to be reestablished. We were not given the amount of towels that we are. In two consecutive days.

The hotel is very modern, the people are very friendly and willing to talk. The service is fast and efficient. The rooms are clean and nice; Speaking of the beds, they are comfortable and soft.

Our stay was just an overnight while passing thru on journey to Playa Del Carmen — got in late and left early, and we got a great rate: $30 including breakfast, so that's our perspective. Wonderful hotel in every single way. Room, staff, everything. My wife called it Hotel Ikea. Sums it up well.

The lobby is beautiful and the conference room very spacious.

Me and my family went there to attend a meeting for a running club. The attention was OK and the rooms too. The organization was great but that was on the running club, no hotel employees were involved.

Excellent! I loved it very close to everything, very clean, we were my espso and I very comfortable… that we certainly went again has Cd. From Carmen we will be left there.

This modern, boutique style hotel is spotless, the beds are comfortable and they accept pets! We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the outstanding customer service. Everyone was wonderful but Natiely and Domingo took extra special care of us.

A hotel clean, functional, nice people and the fruit plate more rough and deli that has touched me in hotels of this type. Good service, also.

Beautiful comfortable furnishings, very (not necessarily car required), cleanliness was not a 4 star Hotel (not washed and tucked away in 7 days, it was sink once cleaned, beds and towels were only changed once as my man values and tables were not wiped dam wet…) the worst For me was the Breakfast. Once or twice one can of beans, eggs (which were cold) or Nachos to eat, but after the 3 day a little variety would have been nice… It's not 4 star, unfortunately, was at all, neither the food nor the cleanliness or anything else … Pity.

Hotel well-done, modern and are not separate rooms with drywall as in other hotel chains and listen to everything from winged. Rooms of the first, climate, TV cable, etc Is like being at home.

Yaakun Ya'ab was an excellent option for hotel in Ciudad del Carmen. Personnel was kind anytime. Excellent service. Infrastructure is very new; rooms are comfortable and really clean. Very nice home-made style cooking, I loved specially the traditional Mexican buffet! Everybody there made us feel as home… I really hope I can come back soon :)
