Everything is Nice esp. The staff We booked a room at Neth Socheata Hotel this Nov 4-5, 2019 for a one day tour in Siem Reap. Upon arriving we we’re greeted with smile and assisted by this Mr. Receptionist named “November”. I don’t know if this is his real name or not but all I can say is that He’s really a nice guy and the owner of the Hotel is very lucky to have this kind of employee, a good receptionist. He is very accommodating and always helpful. We had a little problem about the Angkor Temples tour that I have booked via klook but he managed to help us even though it’s not his concern anymore. We really like the way he assisted us, he always see to it that all our needs are addressed. He showed our room on the 4th floor and explained everything inside it. Our room has a veranda which surprised us and we really like it. Very spacious but the TV is not working and the receptionist explained us why the TV is cut-off. The room also has this free coffee and tea, very clean and everything we need is there. The other staff also is very nice, easy to ask if we need something. If I come back to Siem Reap, I will definitely book here again. The Hotel is very accessible and a little walk to Pub Street and Night Market. Everything is nice and It exceeded our expectations, most especially the service offered by the Receptionist named “November”. We really felt we were close like friends.
A very good night at Socheata hotel. The staff and particularly Youna were fantastic, kinds, helpful, I recommend!
