Good hospitality, good security, good food, good parking area, good place and good people.

Good hotel in a busy location — but I'm yet to find anywhere not busy in Indonesia. No showing of World Cup football was a shame. Restaurant food was good — plenty of choice at breakfast but always mobbed.

We have an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Located in the city center of Cirebon. Near many local food street vendors, cafes and fast food restaurants. Supermarket and shopping center are in the close range. Lobby hotel is spacious with some sofas for sitting. Hotel staffs are very friendly. Rooms are also well equipped. Unfortunately no carpet in the room. The floor is cold from the AC though… Toilet and bath room is clean and well maintained. Toilet amenities is complete. Mini bar is very minimum. Could offer more variety of coffee or tea. Or some biscuits. Wi-Fi is available for free for max 3 devices. Swimming pool is available (also kids pool), gym and kids play room.

Good value. Lux hotel. Nice food. Clean room, nice bathroom, comfort bed. I love stay here.

The room which I stayed (Junior Honeymoon Suite) is very nice. It has an extra Jacuzzi on the back of the room, which was a spacious area, and the kids loved it.

Great location, nearby resto n cafe, spacious room size, good for family with small kids, but food so so.

Location is great, you can find many choice of local food at walking distance, room is not the best you can get at 4 star hotel but it is spacy. Wi-Fi is poor just use your 4G connection instead.

One of three four star hotel in town. Nice place with good facility & service, At strategic location, easy go to others destinations like shopping, culinary, entertainment, ect.

Great Hotel in Cirebon. Kamar luas, bersih & nyaman. Kolam renang ada di lt 5. Ada gym dan kids club. Breakfast banyak pilihan dan rasanya enak. Lokasi di pusat kota dekat kemana2

Big room, clean hotel, good swimmingpool so bring your water toys. The hotel rent big balon Rp. 60.000 per hour. Near KFC n McD and Cirebon Railway…

Nice room and cozy. Kids can play at the swimming pool. Food is average. You can have local street food also as they are around the hotel. One thing that is not good is the car parking at basement. Smell like a leakage on their sewer and spread human feses smell all around the basement. While the basement itself has a elevator as the entrance for people after parking their park. I have complaint about this at the lobby reception.

I'm sorry for the 3 stars, but I encountered some unpleasant situations during our stay for our official assigment here, there were some miscommunication and misunderstanding and so on, couldn't bring myself to give 4 stars… not that I mean to be ungrateful for their services but yah, I could only give 3 stars anyway for now.

Strategic location. Many shopping centers/convenience stores nearby. About 10 to 15 minutes drive to good restaurants/tourist attractions.

Hotel location is good, pretty much on central area of cirebon. Room design is average for hotel of this class. Room cleanliness need improvement, first time checkin to thr room still find a bottle cap leftover from previous occupants. Bathroom amenities needs improvement. Breakfast is average. For the record I've stayed at honeymoon suits room.

Internet speed, sucks! Check-in speed, sucks! Free room upgrade, in your dream! People smoking in lounge (indoor), smoke everywhere, manager give blessing to those smokers, be careful family wity kids! WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL! TERRIBLE!

Very disappointed with this hotel, they have no regard to your well being what so ever. They allow people to smoke pretty much everywhere. I was given a room that was supposedly non smoking, yet all night and day, smoke kept coming to my room. Even in the safety of your room, they turn you into a passive smoker. When I paid for this hotel, I expect comfort and relaxation, and not chest pain and headache for being forced to inhale all those disgusting smoke. Do not even consider this hotel if you value your life and your loved ones. If I could give them less than one star, I would. Not impressed Luxton.

Nice new hotel, spacious room. Some things are still missing, there is for instance no possibility to hang up your towels in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was disappointing. We had to wait ages for a simple drink, then they brought the desert and when I finally got the main course the salmon was overcooked and the mashed potatoes were unedible. A pity for its a nice place and the people are very friendly.

The location is very strategic, central of the city. Near to everywhere. The hotel is also have Sea View.

I love the Luxton Hotel it was nice, clean,, and their were good service. Their is 9 floors, A pool on the 5th floor. In the Lobby their is a lounge and an area for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, free Wi-Fi.

Great modern-styled hotel, but it's still new so some facilities such as spa and sauna hasn't functioning yet.
