Unbeatably cheap, clean and very nice staff.
Good location if you want to travel by bike towards Havel/Potsdam.
Berlin Mitte also easy to reach by S train or bicycle.

Clean rooms, helpful and nice staff. I got my gluten free and lacrose free breakfast! There is shower gel available in dispensers in the bathrooms so no single use soaps or gels (less waste). The cleaning staff saw that we have toilet paper next to our beds so they left us boxes of tissues (we had runny noses) — so considerate and caring.

The whole staff was super friendly and over-caring. The rooms were clean, according to the pictures. The hotel is well located for a planned visit to the Waldbühne. The breakfast was great for 9€ incl. Coffee/tea/juice. There was a lot of choice, everything was replenished. Drinks at the hotel are cheap. We can only recommend the hotel and, despite all personal circumstances, we had at least a very nice and charming stay at the Hotel Alecsa at the Olympic Stadium. Price/performance was just right!

Reasonable price, pretty close to the Tegel airport, very good for big family due to bunker beds in the room. However, there is no air conditioner in this building. Too hot this summer.

Cheap and quiet hotel, 10 minutes from the metro S. Essential both the room and breakfast. Very clean. A bit out of the centre but well connected. If you need an inexpensive hotel as a support for the night to get around Berlin by public transport then this can do for you.

Reception friendly, competent 24 h rooms clean, tidy, balcony 3/5 double beds well, stovevered metal quitschen with every move If you don't expect 5 stars you can sleep here very well a few days.

I loved the hotel. Parking directly at the hotel, which is a slab. The reception at the reception was cordial. The room was in Dee ninth floor. It used to be a 1-room apartment, but the room was perfectly used. Very easy to set up but modern. I slept very well there.
As an allergy you can look especially at breakfast. This was fresh, delicious and left no wishes open.

Close to Airport for 1 night OK. The hotel is a huge building and offers multi-bedded rooms. It is clean, but hardly cosy and little charm. We got to 2 a multi-bed room with bunk beds (total. 8 beds) — hence a massive space + balcony. The pre-order of a taxi to the airport worked smoothly. Internet (WLAN) only for a fee.

So unfortunately the WLAN did not work and the food was unloved, otherwise it was. All right.

Clean, large rooms without traffic noise in good public transport connections. If you arrive by car, you will find enough free parking spaces to turn around and are not dependent on the hotel parking space. Breakfast of the price reasonable and good, the W-Lan hopefully remains included in the price.

Clean, new bathroom and friendly welcome. Breakfast is good, can be a bit cheaper but otherwise OK. WLAN does not work at Huawei and iphone somehow and the environment is relatively dreary with the high rises around. S-Bahn but Nice and close.

Have been staying with three people in an eight bed room ^^ only shortcomings was that the TV was not running. Should not pose a problem. On request it was immediately notified to the House service.

Price performance is right. Rooms are simple but well furnished.

It was a nice hotel, rooms were good and staff was very good and helpful. However, it was located very far from the city centre but close to the central bus stand. Breakfast was very good and included in the room package.

Low room rate and for that one should not expect so much!

Not very modern and fancy, but nice big room with balcony, amazing views, excellent location for events at the Waldbühne which is a 5 minute walk away.

We have booked the Hotel for an Overnight stay after the football game. For 116 euros a night, we already had some expectations that were not fulfilled but, unfortunately,. The room was very outdated, and its price is not worth it. The Parking cost in addition 8, 00 Euro extra. The staff was very nice and also the location for our purposes, super. The offer of the Bar was also limited. The cuba libre was made up of coke, ice and Rum. A small Snack would also have been desirable. For our purposes the Hotel was fine, but not for the price!

Sufficient for a concert night, not for holidays. Hotel was occupied with school class, loud and chaotic at breakfast. Ok, the hotel can't do anything for that, but at breakfast with 4 people, was never covered for everyone. Sometimes complete blankets were missing, sometimes the cup or napkins. Since you had to give up your coupon for breakfast, we would have expected that also noticeable, what is missing and you bring it to us. We took it ourselves from other tables. The bar is not a bar, there are drinks bottles that can also be bought at the reception and in the morning it is the breakfast room. The refugees who live on the lower floors did not disturb us, they were all quiet and nice. Our room with balcony on the 11th floor was functional, old and habitable. The bunk beds squeaked with every sleep movement. The plaster crumbles on the balcony, the bathroom urgently needs a renovation. There was no Mini Bar. We were asked when the hotel got the stars. If I hadn't paid in advance, I would have been looking for another accommodation. The first impression of coming in to see zimmer has already shocked us. So I imagine youth hostel flair, from it no 4 stars.

The rooms we got were quite big, and it's a nice hotel, but the internet I remember is not free, which is idk not fair.

The rooms are really small but quite good, the bathroom is also small but nice. We have a large balcony, and we sleep to 5 in the room.

I was there as a school and as our toilet was clogged was undms said: "Either we send someone right up or you need to see how you clear come! " In my opinion this is a no-go. (We were also a room 5 girls) As we and a zseites times reported us pressing was a Pablo in the hand.
Except for the situation, the hotel was real all right, because the breakfast was really extensive and tasty.

The hotel is more of a little skyscraper with around 40 apartments in it… It feels like the hotel is not getting cleaned everyday, like I would wish from a hotel and the wlan for 2 bucks is really slow, even for the German internet standards! But it's good to reach and they have a good breakfast service.

Called about 2 o'clock at night and immediately offered to get a room at a reasonable price. The rooms were clean, also beautiful panoramic views from the balcony. The staff was polite and helpful, all my wishes were fulfilled!
Unfortunately, I had to book breakfast extra.
All in all I'm happy with the service.

Hotel. 10 minutes walk to the commuter train. 30 minutes and you are in the Centre of Berlin. Friendly and helpful staff. Interior recalled the USSR. Wi-fi is chargeable. Breakfast buffet.

Price — performance absolutely okay, clean, large rooms. … absolutely recommended … negatively, we are only the toilets at the Restaurant noticed, by lack of ventilation something gemüffelt have… possibly could also the bathrooms in the rooms, new flow tolerated… that's it…

Nice Staff. Ideal for Olympiastadionbesucher. Windows and balconies of old. Good Breakfast, in summer also on the terrace. For a short break enough.

Small caveat: due to the all in was fully booked, there were delays in the evening at the Bar and at Breakfast in the morning. The staff was always helpful and tried to do the best. We would love to come back.

Great place to stay when visiting Berlin. The room was realy nice and clean (bed very comfy). Also it was not far from the S-Bahn station, from where we could get to the city center.

Vacationing with her husband at the end of September 2014. We were warmly greeted at the reception. Nice, clean and big room, balcony. Close to bus stop. Paid Wi-Fi this is certainly a minus.

Unfortunately I didn't arrive at the hotel because of the DB strike. I received the tourist tax money back very quickly, thank you for that. But i'm still dissapointed, because it cost me a lot of money and a lot of effort for nothing. Offcourse the hotel cann't be blamed for the strike. Cindy.

The 4 star rating refers rather to the price-performance ratio. The double room cost for 3 nights (Thu-sun) only 108 Euro in April. The front Desk was friendly and 24 hours. The bookable Breakfast (costs for the reservation is 9 Euro, costs for booking on the same day 11 euros) was offered to us, however, is not imposed. The entrance hall made a neat impression. The room was large and had a standard equipment. This included a double bed with night tables, a small table with 2 chairs, a sideboard with a phone and a very very small Röhrenfernsehgerät as well as a built-in closet. The bathroom was small and with a toilet, sink, shower and Reisefön equipped. From the empty balcony looks out on the high-rise buildings opposite the hotel. Unfortunately, lacked a Minibar and a way of the coffee-/ tea-making facilities. Everything seemed on the first glance clean. Only the dust in harder to reach places could still be removed. From the drain poured almost permanent bad smell. ALECSA Hotel itself is located not far from the S-Bahn Station Pichelsberg station. From there, the journey takes about half an hour to Alexanderplatz. Havel and Stößensee are within walking distance in a few minutes ' walk away. Opposite the Hotel are located below the high-rise buildings cafes, a supermarket and a pharmacy and a Post office. Not far from the Hotel is the Olympic stadium, as well as the Central bus station and the exhibition centre.

The Hotel is perfect if you like to visit Berlin the whole day and return in the room only to rest. Pichelsberg metro station is only 500m far away and the S5 line brings you directly to the main train stations of Berlin in 20-30 minutes. The room is big but the furniture are "vintage". The breakfast is a bit expensive (8€).

The hotel in General is normal. The location is not the most pleasant thing, but since there are s-bahn to center half an hour away by train! Of the minuses: paid Internet in the room is cool in the winter.

Hotel in a beautiful location, convenient to set up for an unbeatable price. Children under 15 years are completely free of charge! Very rich Breakfast buffet even if you just before the end comes. Good connection to the S-Bahn; pharmacy, small supermarket and ital. Restaurant just around the corner. After the hustle and bustle in the city, we have the rest in the evening there very much. Exceptionally friendly staff, always eager to help! We will gladly come again and can strongly recommend this Hotel!

Not far from the S-Bahn. The rooms are big, clean. The hotel is situated in the East side of Berlin. The breakfast is very expensive. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very nice young staff, good regular Breakfast, free Internet. Good location near motorway and easily accessible by S-bahn train Station Pichelsberg. Sure would recommend.
