Very helpful personnel and very polite.

The rooms are really big and hotel staff is super cooperative.

Spacious room, great food at the breakfast buffet, but front desk personnel should be more courteous and accommodating to clients.

Great location, nice rooms & good service.

If you've imagined a few days next to the sea minus the troubles, this is a great place to be. You get a glimpse of the sea from your room without being taken away from city life. Ships, boats, nice walk ways. It's all right across the street.

The view from the seaside standard room was much appreciated and whole staff from concierge to room cleaning, very helpful and polite to my elderly mom to whom I reserved a night vacation to the city. Quiet hotel. Comfy room. Not a long walk to the center and also 2trams (nr. 6and9) leave less than 3minutes from the hotel's main doors. Peaceful location and on the wknds at summer, there is a very popular flea market outdoors around the corner. (Hietalahden kirpputori) Grocerystore (smarket) near by too and lots of places to eat. A very famous sauna establishment owned by a famous Finnish actor Jasper Pääkkönen, isnt too far eighter called Löyly eg. Get there by a buss. Also take a nice walk ab. 20min or by a tram nearby to Cafe Carusel, that has a ferry connection to a nearby beautiful beach Island called Pihjalasaari. Just naming a few perks on the hotel's location that I highly recommend checking out. For ones travelling with a dog, dogpark only 10minutes away from the hotel. Will definitely book another reservation in the future again! :)

The rooms are spacious, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Air conditioning never worked for the duration of our 7 day stay. Maintenance tried to fix it twice. Otherwise, the atmosphere was nice, rooms were too. Fitness Center was upscale. Breakfast was good.

Cleanness leaves much to be desired: in the room dirty toilet ursh, in the trash can toilet paper from the past guest, the curtains are something covered. In the room "overlooking the sea" there was a window into the courtyard made of opaque glass. When using the shower, the water goes past the drain and fills the bathroom floor. Breakfast is great, the beds are comfortable. But 10, 000 rubles per night rooms of this hotel are not worth.

Premier Inn style value proposition but with design as a key attribute. Backpackers and tourists predominate. Good juices and a very good gym. Small but perfectly formed. Finnish style. Dirty stains on carpet and wall. Breakfast is like night of the living dead as the property struggles to cope with its manifest of undersupervised children and uncouth parents.

Good location. They took a room for two adults and two children. Huge room with 2 double beds. Good breakfast. Parking is paid, but the price tag for Helsinki is sane.

Radisson is Radisson. You were waiting for something different. It's not all level. We took a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. 2 huge beds, TV, bath. There's nothing to describe. There is a shared kitchen on the floor. Snowballs, kettle, honey. That's great.

The hotel matches the "3 stars. " No more. At a very high price for rooms. Despite the fact that we bought the number "business" with increased comfort. For 2.5 days we have not once removed in the room. No one took the garbage either. With that room was good. The level really corresponds to a good, Soviet 3-star hotel. I think you can find the same level at a price half that.

Just spent 4 night there for business. The room booked was a standard. It's on the smaller side but comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast offer a lot of choice and the food is good quality. Croissants are delicious. The location is perfect for a morning run next to the water. The is also a nice gym but didn't use it. I will go back to this hotel if in the area again.

We booked a basic room, however become of the hotel layout and it being a converted dockside building the rooms are massive. Beautifully done with contemporary art / decor. Although a 20 min walk from the station we decided to give it a go, it's on a tram route anyway. The sun was shining in an early Helsinki spring and the walk itself takes in the sites of some fine architecture. Very convenient store nearby (k market) and plenty of bars on the way back into town. Very nice hotel.

Everything about this place was fantastic. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating as well. They were even able to get us checked in several hours before check-in due to an early flight into Helsinki that morning. Also very close to public transportation stops. Brunch was tasty and plentiful, but also the only reason why it's 4 stars instead of 5. It was a little expensive for the quality of the food (in comparison to the hotel across the street which blew breakfast out of the water), but that can be expected from hotels. But they also unfortunately started putting everything away at least 15 minutes before breakfast ended, which left my wife and I with a $27 bowl of yogurt and coffee. This event aside, the hotel was Very enjoyable.

The hotel is beautiful. Lobby and breakfast area are really modern and cozy. We arrived late (around 2am) and on a holiday weekend, but the doorbell was answered right away and there were two nice employees at the check-in desk, smiling, even. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. We were a group of four, so the price was really worth the stay (2 double-beds). The room was spacious, pretty, bathroom with heated floor… It was just one night, but I was really pleased!

Close To Downtown (15 minutes by walk), close to small harbour and mall. Rooms narrow. Comfortable beds, very quiet room (7th floor), good breakfast. Hotel car park (chargeable). Decoration not suitable for high class hotel.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Comfortable beds, guarantee, sweet sleep. The breakfast is great, everything you need. Near the hotel there are two tram stops with convenient exit to the center.

Get ready to fork out! Expensive! 159 euro room and 29 euros parking for the day. The service is normal, the location is good, the breakfast is super, but for the money!? They don't speak Russian at the reception desk!? This is normal in Samara there are no hotels that speak Finnish on the counter. And in the Polyanka Hotel Samara patriots only for Russian!

Friendly staff, clean room, great double bed (2 meters wide) ; shower gel, shampoo, body lotion of very good quality, also in the room was a sponge-glitter for shoes. Breakfast is great, for all tastes (porridge, yogurt, egg (boiled, omelet), sausages, bacon, red fish (smoked), fruits, juices, bread of different varieties, croissants, sweet buns, cookies, etc.

It's a big hotel. The toilet has a second shower for intimate hygiene. There is a fitness room and sauna. No pool. At night the restaurant does not work, only the bar. In general, furnished with new, modern furniture, with taste and design. The hall is decorated in an old, historical style. Wai fai without a password. Breakfasts are available until 11 a. M.

Good hotel with good restaurant. Rooms are in some cases extremely small. Bathroom too. When showering, the complete bathroom gets wet.

This hotel is not as good as other in the same group. I did not like the design that made the room and bathroom look like a building site. Leaving stickers on wash basins etc and keeping metallic furniture looks bad and cheap. The shower was a disaster as well as showering meant you had a wet bathroom floor after. The breakfast was ok but not great. Very nice staff though.

Were in the restaurant… The pancakes have been doing for so long! During this time I could bake pancakes for my entire large family! We had a discount card (CityShoppari) on which the discount is only a couple of euros, but they ran with it for 20-30 minutes! And in the end the mark was put on the figure (where the discount was provided for 25 degrees) although they should not have put anything at all… We couldn't remove the tag… In general, we lost a lot of time, and then there was also discontent… and the only excuse is "sorry. " I was very dissatisfied!

I have stayed at motels with better service. During five days, the room wasnt cleaned, towels changed, mini-bar replenished, no new toilet paper, broken light bowls, shower/schampo not replenished etc. When I bring this to the attention of the front desk staff, the result was that someone collected the old towels, did not leave any new, mini-bar was not replenished, no new toilet paper. They simply cant keep up with what a four star hotel should be.

Really nice hotel with nice staff, maybe a flaw is the location compared to the city center, although the location where the hotel is is not bad, good breakfast very large, small sins the room for three people chosen by me, plus family, was Small.

Not the biggest and most comfortable rooms in my life. But cacao which is included is wonderful! (Usually in hotel you will find only tea or coffee)

They really wanted to get into this hotel as there is a capacity of 4 people. A little upset dust clubs over the beds, unfortunately when checking in the room there were no robes and slippers, but when contacting the reception they were brought to us. In the room bath accessories and towels were only for two people, on TV only one channel in Russian language, there are not even music channels. It's a long way from the center. Of the pluses the beds are very large and comfortable, the breakfast is varied.

Good hotel. Comfortable, modern and well located especially if you use the ferry to cross to Tallinn. For putting a but the standard rooms are quite small.

Very nice inside, but the sea could be seen only if you're positioned correctly within the room. Also they pulled the oldest trick in the book "I don't have your type of room, but for an extra buck you could get something you don't really need"

Stayed there for a night. Wide variety of breakfast options. Little cheese, sausage options but that seems to be a Finnish thing. Lot if fresh vegetables and fruits. Room was clean and quiet. Friendly and quick to respond staff.

As a member of a large hotel chain, the Radisson Blu Seaside could have run the risk of falling into a nondescript category of hotels that are all similar to one another. Not so, luckily, as the interesting post-industrial-cum-maritime motif of the decor manages to draw the guest's attention and to make her/him even more curious about the place they are staying at. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, with a good working area. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast has among the most diverse and ample choice I have experienced so far when travelling for business. The staff's helpfulness and friendliness are also aspects that are worth noting in this review.

A brand new hotel, inaugurated the first of October 2016. Elegant place and excellent welcoming interiors… International cuisine, (with cooks from different countries also 1 Italian) so try to accontettare all tastes and palates… obviously wide range of wines… with sea view… Also on the 9 floor Unáltro bar with View over the city and the sea… really very impressive, plus top pool which protrudes a part of vetrooltre the walled part and while you swim it seems to swim in the vacuum… suggestive No!

A good option Although it's a bit expensive it's a good place to stay. Pets are welcome. Avoid the ramp if Disable, it's a joke, use the elevator instead. Saumon Breakfast is great but avoid he scrambled eggs. Parking but you'll have to pay 29€/night. Quiet place, good sleeping quality. 20min walk to downtown. Watch out the room cleaning service.

This is good hotel for families. They have plenty of nice family rooms with 2 king size beds. We could even see sea from our room, even if we didn't have sea view. They were lately renovated and we really appreciated that they added so many family rooms. There were some unpractical things like missing place for bags, but separate toilet was extra plus. Service was really nice and breakfast fresh and good tasting. One tip: don't wait for coffee service, in rush hours it takes too long. Cleaning was just ok.

Some technical difficulties with the elevators (nearly took off my hand), and the common areas should have a sign for people to clean up after themselves (i. E. Wash your own dishes after you are done), or else have hotel staff come by at the end of the day — there was a growing pile of dishes on our floor that were in the sink for a week. Buffet is a wee bit overpriced for the quality of food served, but not bad, actually tasty. The bar is great. Service is very nice. It's improving.

A very good hotel at a rather central location. Had a great room in two levels. The beds where awesome. Really comfortable. Good breakfast restaurant. Even though I missed them not having an omelette chef on duty. Good selection otherwise. Nice, friendly and efficient staff overall. I can really recommend this place.

Very nice location near the centre of Helsinki. Nice views of the harbour. The hotel has a maritime theme while also feeling modern and contemporary. The staff were friendly and helpful. One occasion that was almost an exception was when arriving for breakfast it wasn't clear to me or my colleague exactly where things were (the different for selections and drinks were all spread out in different places). A quick explanation pointing is in the right direction and telling us where to find the coffee would have been easy to do and m improved the experience but it was no big deal. I liked my room which was week appointed and comfy.

Currently going through serious renovations (not told about when booking). The room is comfortable enough. We were told it was a sea view which it is — but on a corner. Breakfast is very reasonable buffet style.

Under construction on 7 floor, it was really long to get from the lobby to the room, had to take multiple elevators crowded. No proper bar, no chill area.

After staying at a number of Radisson Blu's you come to a certain standard and this hotel really misses the mark. The room is in desperate need of an update and the bathrooms need to be totally replaced. Marks on the bedspread, filthy chair, worn furniture, mouldy shower and so forth. Breakfast was better and was nicely laid out and staff were friendly and helpful. If I paid full price I would have been harsher with my scoring, the Radisson Blu Plaza hotel is so much nicer and was where we stayed on our first visit. Room Tip: Try and get one of the renovated rooms if you have to stay here.

Location is good. Near a tram line that takes you into city centre in about 15 minutes. Flea market nearby and food hall as well.

Alright for its price, cheapest hotel close to the city center. No slippers, no toothbrush/toothpaste, room was pretty cold in december (+7 outside) because of the central ventilation system blowing chilly air all the time.

Superlux hotel. Been many times here and I love it :) Next time see you again in May.

Pros: The location and the friendly Staff. Cons: Cleaner bathrooms and more attention to cleanliness and detail. Location: Shopping Center nearby on route 9 tram. Route 6 takes you to all the locations one wants to go to such as shopping and museum (E3.00). PROS: The location was excellent. The west harbor is very near, trams 6 and 9 are excellent to get around right in across the hotel. Walking distance to the city center, shopping mall, groceries. Great Turkish restaurant close by. Halikarnas. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There were no sour apples throughout my stay. The hotel provided excellent amenities such as hair dryer, heated towel racks, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap (sewing kit which wasn't in the room, vanity kit — — which was not left for my room). Comfortable mattress, pillows can be ordered to your desire. Sheets, towels were clean. The furniture was comfortable and a nice working table and chair. The view was of the harbor. Housekeeping is quick. Great service. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous. CONS: Do not accept US$ for payments, US$ cannot be changed in the hotel. It can be changed in the nearby shopping center about a mile away. Shower was mildewy, requested cleanup and they cleaned it up. Shower blocked on the first shower, called and fixed it immediately. The toilet also was not hygienic enough. Generally the bathroom and room is not clean enough, the housekeeping does not pay attention to details.

When you consider discounts on the room (standard), the hotel is quite decent. No discounts — the price does not meet the level. Useful if you need the ferry to Tallinn to swim. Spoiled the impression of two things: not punctual start Breakfast (delayed for 30 minutes, had to leave without him in order not to miss the ferry) and second — why on the third day morning I disconnected the battery, even though it was — 15°C, but we already left and did not understand.

The best hotel I have done! Great room, no dirty carpets, but parquet floors. Superb pillows against dust mites. And breakfast… of King! Thank you for this performance.
