With our crazy busy work schedules, it's very difficult for the wife and I to get out during this time of year. When a small window of opportunity opened up, we decided to give the Embassy a try. Over the years and countless visits to Niagara Falls, we've done many different hotels. To be honest, we never really considered the Embassy in the past because their website photos gives the impression that their rooms are dated. But we were wrong! We originally booked a Fallsview King Suite on the 35th floor and were pleasantly surprised to have been given a room on the 41st floor. Absolutely breathtaking unobstructed views of the falls! This is the absolute BEST view we've ever had in Niagara. Even better than being on the top floor of the Hilton. Brandon at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. Very accommodating and all staff we've encountered were exceptional on our stay. They also make you feel very valued if you're a Hilton Honors member too. We were in room 4110 and it was amazing. Very clean and modern and the layout is great. Search it on YouTube and you'll find our tours and more. Overall, my wife and I had an exceptionally wonderful time and will be visiting the Embassy Suites many more times in the future.

Jasmin was pleasant and very accommodating when we arrived for check in. Excellent friendly staff all over willing to assist customers when needed. Room was very clean. Breakfast was great as usual. Thanks so much to all the staff for making it another pleasant stay. Only two recommendations… one being lowering the price of parking since $60 is a little high per night. We park at the casino free but may pay if parking was a little more reasonable. Second is, check mattresses to ensure they are in good shape. Ours was droopy on the one side. First time we have had this issue. Thanks again for the pleasant experience:)

The view of Niagara Falls from bed is incredible! Many hotels photoshop the view from the window in pictures of the guest rooms but what you see on the website IS what you see from your room! You get a buffet breakfast every day, the food is good, the servers greet you with a smile and despite long lines the wait isn't bad. The only nitpick is that we needed an accessible room but when we checked in we were told they only had two accessible rooms and they couldn't accommodate our request. If I booked a king room and they gave me two queens, I can accept that but needing an accessible room is not a request or preference it is a requirement! If there were no accessible rooms available on the dates of our stay we should have been told that when we made the reservation. Did I mention that the view of Niagara Falls from bed is incredible!

I loved the stay. Very nice view of the falls from my room. Staff was courteous. A few personal touches by the management will help make this hotel into a homely experience. Say adding some water bottles as complimentary in the fridge. Your competition might not be doing this, but is that a reason that you shouldn’t do it. And also charging 60 bucks for parking when parking is available outside for 25 bucks or so doesn’t speak well from a humanitarian point of view.

Had one of the best views in my opinion. Rooms were nice and clean. Service was good. It was worth the upgrade. I probably won't look for a different location next time I return. Will just come back here. Valet services wasn't bad either.

Rooms are always nice. Have been upgraded to a really nice sweet on one of the highest floors overlooking the falls. Clean and with great amenities; coupons for food and attractions in the area, free breakfast, free drinks at reception! Pool and gym available. Good price for great value stay!

I had falls view Suite from Embassy, view was great except the Towel hotel was on the other side of the window. Room was big and clean, had separate living room area, Tub was huge-full soaking tub but jets were not working. Free breakfast for 2 were included. Somehow, my card key didn't work next day so had to ask a made to open the door. I think My suite was good for couples due to the bathroom structure, personally. It was suite 2715.

BED BUGS! Do not stay here! Terrible service. I do not write reviews so this is pretty serious for me to take time out of my day to write this. Please read. One month ago, my boyfriend and I stayed at the Embassy Suites for our anniversary for one night. We wanted one of the nicest hotels in Niagara and it turned out to be DISGUSTING. My boyfriend woke up COVERED in hives/bites all over his body. Not thinking anything of it, we checked out and went home. Bed bugs never even crossed our minds. How could there be bed bugs in this nice hotel where we are paying $300 a night. We ended up going to the doctor because the hives were getting so bad and were told that the bumps were bed bug bites. With this information I immediately called the hotel, who seemed to be concerned about the issue at that time. They said they would launch an investigation and we would get a call or email in a few days regarding the results. They never called me back. I called several times regarding the issue and the person that deals with this matter apparently never seems to be at her desk. The last time I called back, was told they would check if she was in. The same guy came back claiming to have the investigation form and said that there's no bed bugs. REALLY? Because I am 110% sure that we were bit by bed bugs and it happened when I stayed at YOUR hotel. The hotel is now trying to tell me I'm lying and that we were never bit. Own up to your gross hotel problem.

My wife came up to the falls for the night, we upgraded our room to the falls side, with the large hot tub bath. The view was spectacular room 2108. However the tub has a leaky faucet, it dripped all night. Kind of made me crazy. When I checked out, the young lady said it was unfortunate. No reduction was offered. No mention of the fact that they are repairing their parking, so your car will be parked at another location. Or that there is a hidden fee, a tourism improvement fee. All in all our stay was subpar due to lack of comfort due to a constant drip. So now I’m tired and harping about the little things.

First time coming to the Embassy Suites and unfortunate the first people you meet are the car jockeys or the valet you might want to call them and they seem to be cocky looking for a quick tip I specified and made myself clear that I was late for a seminar and do not have time to unload the vehicle so it is extremely important to lock it and make sure it's locked I repeated myself explain something was valuable in the vehicle. After the seminar which I couldn't miss I asked to be brought back to my vehicle which was apparently in a location far from the hotel and I have to take a shuttle which this is not what they told me they said the parking was underground and I would have access at all times. I will shuttle to the satellite parking area which was ungated and no security at all no cameras no attendance. On top of all that my driver door was not close properly and the dome light was on to boot my passenger door was unlocked and the window quarter rolled down. Bringing this to the driver of the shuttle bus I assume something would be done but when I return to the hotel to my surprise nothing was done. Explaining to the initial valet driver switch I found there, that I was extremely relieved let my $8, 000 Rolex and my $4, 000 necklace was still in the glove console. Not so much the value but the sentimental value. Bringing this to their attention it didn't seem like they cared. I immediately took my vehicle parked elsewhere for 25% of the price.

Very friendly, the rooms very clean, breakfast delicious, I asked room with view and it was the best floor 34 perfect.

Embassy Suites has amazed me every time I stayed at one of them. The rooms are beautiful and very very clean. There is a great view of the falls. The location is great. Staff are nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel without a doubt.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Fantastic view! We got a room on the 40th floor facing the casino. Was able to see both falls and it was absolutely beautiful. Especially, great view when the falls are lit up. Was disappointed with breakfast, it was very cold. The omelet was good, but the spinach had to have been out of a can, it was not good. Did love the yogurt though. Parking was odd, definitely didn’t like that either. We chose valet 60 CAD for the night. They took the car and then in the morning we had to wait in the cold for a shuttle to take us to the parking lot (maybe a 2 minute ride) then they drop you off one by one at your car.

It was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. We could see the Falls day in and Day Out. Morning breakfast was served overlooking the falls. The food here was awesome the staff were very good. The ambience of the hotel was good. We enjoyed the comfortable stay here. Overall experience excellent.

I don’t have a bad word to say about this place! The rooms are clean & comfortable; the view of the falls is outstanding. Very close to all amenities & tourist attractions. More so than that, the staff make this huge hotel feel like home. Valerie in the dining room for kitchen service & Cliff at the front door in particular are phenomenal at their jobs. We will definitely be returning in the summer — thanks again.

A magnificent property. A lady named DORA truly shined in her caring of the pool area. Unexpected "take your car and car keys before check in then a pool area that allowed NO ability for adults to rest and relax poolside with a cocktail containing alcohol… WOW — we don't know why most adult couples "get away" but we enjoy a few drinks… guess maybe this new society wants one to snort coke or some other illegal drug for relaxing. We thought as adults alcohol was O. K. Guess there is still PROHIBITION — rules for adults not for children — the "new" society. To top that off, the pool area was large but the "swimming" pool was only 3'3" deep in its entire length… not too adult. Then an issue with Canadian $$ bills which we had and were told by Embassy Financial Expert Jennifer were counterfeit and would NOT accept… We went to a Canadian Bank and were informed they indeed were legal tender but the "old" bills which were being recalled… Since ours were in excellent condition and did NOT have the NEW see-through cellophane Embassy Expert Jennifer steadfastly assured us we indeed had counterfeit bills… Embarrassing — Disgusting — Unreal — — Not a real pleasant rest and relaxing time AT ALL! The room tremendous-clean-modern-and an upgrade that was a great surprise That room evened out all the above negatives. There's more, but end of sermon… phew!

I had a wonderful weekend. This place is a cash scam The room was beautiful and the view of the falls was incredible. However. The parking is ridiculous and basically when you arrive they strongarm you for either 80 dollar parking valet or 60 dollar park and go That left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth for my anniversary weekend. While everything else was amazing. I would NOT stay there again. We spent 350 dollars for a beautiful room and that was worth every penny. The valets and the parking ruined everything. I live in downtown Toronto and never have seen such a scam. Park at the casino or stay somewhere else.

This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are large and well appointed. The location is great. The views are spectacular. The staff is second to none. Parking on site will set you back a good amount. But they have valet parking on site.

Had a fantastic time here. Be sure to shop around as we got an awesome deal. The bonuses with our package were great and we received so many bonus options we couldn't even take advantage of them all. I will say the staff friendliness was only average but the facility was very nice, very reasonably priced and there was a lot to do all within walking distance. Be sure to give this place a go.

My family stayed at this hotel for 4 days during a home renovation. Great massive buffet breakfast. Spacious multi-room suites gave great separation for our family. This Niagara Falls hotel is the closest hotel to Niagara Falls, so the views are beyond compare. The hotel literally towers directly above the waterfalls of Niagara Falls. Onsite restaurant is a Keg Steakhouse with panoramic views of Niagara Falls and this is the best steakhouse I have been to. The kids loved the pool. Location is right in the heart of Niagara Falls Fallsview district. Highly recommended!

The best hotel I've ever been to. The view is breathtaking, they have complimentary snacks and drinks, the super spacious rooms.

Fraud on the Internet you can find pictures with a direct view of the falls and this view is then booked but gets a view of a main street. The staff in particular the managers are totally unfriendly and have no interest in helping you if you want help you have to pay to get a better view o. Ä. The car park costs 60 per day This is also outrageous considering that parking is offered opposite for 5. And beware when booking children are not up to 17 as it was displayed on my booking page but only until 12. Best to book at the Hilton Hotel there is the service of the view and everything about worlds better.
Unfortunately I was disappointed and will never put a foot in this hotel just as unbelievable as there will be dealt with guests.

Book a room with a "fallsview" view. An absolute experience, especially in the evening when the Horseshore falls are lit and/or the fireworks take place!

In a convenient location with very good view to the waterfalls, with large room and very clean, comfortable, with very good service, except for the detail of the amount of separate floors and elevators and an excessive price of $60 per parking.

It's so nice and the most beautiful view. I love it. Siempre que voy escojo dormir ahí.

Clean rooms and central location.

We ate at the keg on the 9th floor with a wonderful view over the Niagara Falls and the fireworks. The food was very plentiful and the service excellent. Prices a bit high but they were worth it!

The Hotel is not acceptable for the price.
The bed was uncomfortable the buffet breakfast lousy and super messy and very poorly attended.

Beautiful structure to recharge after a day of adrenaline.

Clean rooms and almost all with exceptional waterfalls view, 3 restaurants, with a breathtaking waterfall view, exited from the hotel to reach them we want to walk less than 10 minutes hotel has 42 floors, great pool, room service and shops in the entrance hall. For the food for those coming from Italy do not have to make many expectations but on the other hand many workers speak a fair Italian, prices generally high.

We arrived and were told that the only parking available was valet parking at $35/night. Steep, but we didn't see any other options. At 3pm our room wasn't yet ready so we had our bags stored and went out to check out the falls. Photographs don't do them justice. We eventually were given room keys to a Presidential Suite on the ~32nd floor. It had a large spa bath, and a fireplace, and awesome views of the falls. If views are what you're looking for this is the room type you need. The fireplace didn't work unfortunately, so that was a shame. We had to ask a few times for a crib to be brought up to the room, but this was eventually done. Grab a bottle of champagne and some nibbles, turn off the lights, and enjoy the view of the falls with your partner. Oh, but be careful — there's nowhere nearby to buy champagne from!

View from the room was awesome! Room was very nice! However, for the two nights we stayed NO maid service was given (there was not a "do not disturb" sign on our door). I had to call to get garbage bags & fresh towels. How classy. — _- We had dinner at The Keg restaurant: it was good, but for the money spent, I've most definitely had better. Some parts of the meal quite good, others were a bit disappointing. Overall I'd recommend, but don't get your hopes up TOO high.

The hotel stay was ok a bit crowded especially at breakfast the main fault I had here was the tif charge I asked at the desk to remove it from my bill but I was informed it was a mandatory charge (IT IS NOT A MANDATORY CHARGE) They told me I ok'd it on my confirmation on their internet booking site but there was nowhere on the sit to decline the tif charge. So beware if you book online you will be charged 10% for tourist improvement fee.

The location, the room has a beautiful view of the falls. Spacious and very good service and clean suites.

Whenever we have family and friends visiting from far away lands, we always take them to see the impressive wonder of the world that is Niagara Falls. When we do this we always make a reservation at The Keg located on the 9th floor of the Embassy Suites Hotel. If you have ever eaten at a Keg Restaurant, you know that you are going to get good food and a steak cooked perfectly to your liking. This location does not let you down in that regard and will also couple that with a spectacular view of The Falls that will surely impress anybody even if they have visited Niagara Falls many times before. Make a reservation well in advance to guarantee a spot right at the windows facing The Falls and you will be blown away by the lights and fireworks while you enjoy a delicious steak. I would give five stars if not for the inflated prices that are quite a bit higher than your average Keg which is typical of any business in Niagara Falls.

I LOVED this hotel. The suites are big, everything is clean, and the hotel itself is large and cozy. The window view is AMAZING. I had no complaints, and if I had to choose a hotel again, it would number 1 be Embassy Suites.

We had a wonderful experience. Very nice view of both falls from 1BR suit with whirlpool tub. We went fo Breakfast at 8 am and wasn't very crowded as some people complains. We were able to get window seat. Staff was friendly.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Very friendly Staff and great view of the Falls. Upgraded our rooms to a larger suite to handle the 6 of us and it worked very well with the 2 bathrooms and all the hair / mirror for all those hair doos LOL. Great place to stay and if I every get another chance to visit the Falls again I will surely book it here. George.

Overall it was the worst experience I ever had. Starting from the unexpected parking fee or either $25. Per day to $35. Per day for valet service. Then, the pool was out of service. The offered upgrades such as coupons and free Wi-Fi. Which I already had Wi-Fi paid for in the tour package I purchased. Then, the locks would open without even a key from the outside. Then from the inside of the room it would not latch. The free breakfast food was cold, no bacon. The fresh omelettes are cooked so paper thin, no warmth at all. I like my food warm. The potatoes too, all cold. They did have great banana muffins. The also forgot to mention that they were in the process of renovations, I like to get away from renovations to a hotel, not go thru one. No coffee in the lobby, you have to use their Starbucks on location for that. Movies on demand yes but at $17.99 Canadian, it is pricey. The TGIF had poor ventilation so their grilled items left it smokey, and the food was below standard for this food chain. The lobby was pretty, the suite was nice, beds comfy, staff was nice except the person taking my complaint, she was like, "well it said parking on the website", I responded, did it say you were doing renovations and the pool was out order? She could not say and directed me to marketing. She also offered the pool at another hotel a few blocks away via shuttle. Great, I have to put my coat on and get the valet to drive me to another hotel to swim in a pool.

Stayed on the 10th floor twice. Free reception 4-6pm can mess up your dinner if you eat too much. Keg's food came pretty fast and was delicious. You want to go early to get a better fallsview. Morning breakfast is free and of course go early to avoid the line. Parking can be expensive.

Lured in with cheap rate and then the "nickel and diming" starts. Room upgrade speech, very expensive parking, $9 bottle of water, etc. Room looked new, but many mechanical things were disfunctional… heat didn't work, doors not latching, exhaust fan rattled excessively, TV input ports blocked.

Worst experience so far, terrible attitude! My reservation was cancelled for no reason, and when asked the manager, Nauman Ahmed said "we don't need a reason to cancel your reservation". I was judged by my Young age and over all looking. 5 minutes into talking to the manager and I got security called on me. The manager would say something totally opposite to what the receptionist did, they themselves don't know what the policies are and my personal experience tells that policies can be changed 20 times within 5mins. Also they had guts to lie to my face about "you told me your name is Issingon" while I never heard that name in my life before and I gave him my ID which was my drivers license with my credit card… way to ruin my birthday. Luckily I was abke to find a room in Ramada hotel at 9pm kn friday, not as high class as embassy suites but hey a million times better customer service!

I have terrible experience with this hotel; I booked a fallsview room through Travelocity on last Friday night, but when I got there they gave me the south view and when I asked them, they told me they have two different fallsview and obviously were going to gave me the crappy one. I asked to talk to their manager, and this name Numan Ahmad came with terrible attitude, unfriendly, told me that I was not going to get the one I booked. After a little argument he canceled my room and asked me to leave the hotel. I went to another hotel that night. Tonight, I checked my credit card online and realized that they charged me even though they canceled my room. DO NOT TRUST THEM, expeciall as long as they have this guy NUMAN AHMAD as their manager. Jami.

This place is a nightmare, start to finish! It took half an hour waiting in the street for the mandatory $25 valet. We were given incorrect time frames for both evening reception time and magic show, which made us miss both. The free breakfast was a joke. You have to have vouchers for breakfast which is ok but just strange. Breakfast was served until 10:30 but when we arrived at 9:45 the line was easily 200 people deep. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, the breakfast was average at best. The overall feeling in this hotel is over crowded and under staffed. When it was time to leave, we went to valet to get our car only to find out we have to take a shuttle across town to get to our car. What?! That is not valet. Our experience, stay somewhere else!

Dont fall into the 129$ nights. You dont see the falls, lots of automatic additionnal fees will end at 200$ for a 129$ room! Not bad, quiet rooms, great bath and nice decoration. But lots of surprises and not worthing 200$.

A. M. A. Z. I. N. G! The room was beautifully designed. I felt as if I were in a condo for the night! The view from our windows were to die for and we were able to open the window and hear the roaring of the falls! I will definitely stay here again and again! The staff was great too!

This hotel is under going typical average grade renovations which were needed years ago. The updated bedding has brought this hotel into the current decade. Sofa pullout bed still leaves a lot to be desired, ie typical pullout couch. The pool area is great, large sized pool, two hot tubs. Water temperature was a little cold. The reception used to have more snack choices and was far better handled than now. The breakfast used to be better as well, now bringing this embassy suites down to the level of other typical hotel breakfast. Breakfast used to have a friendly wait staff, amazing coffee, now it has a person to wipe down the table and watered down coffee. There was a lot of noise from a show by a neighboring hotel that made the room wall shake. Management said that they couldn't control the noise outside of the building and apologized for the inconvenience. Hint don't stay a room that has the long wall as the outside wall of the building. Some of the new rooms lack the signature whirlpool tub that were standard in most of this hotels rooms. If you are on the tall side, you would find the bathroom ceiling height of about 6'8" a little on the claustrophobic side of things. Make sure to not open the $9.50 litre of water in the room the $3 bottle in the vending machine is a better deal. If you are going to the casino, remember parking is free with play (usually) vs the $30 a night from the hotel. Check in at the typical time and expect a 20 to 30 minute wait.

Worst experience ever! We had valet parking and the lady that attended us said it did not matter whose name we used to park the car. My buddy was driving so he used his name. Hotel was booked under my name… My friend accidently leaves his keys inside the car so our car was left in front of the hotel for about 2 hours and there were no notifications that our car was in the front of the hotel. Hotel decides to call locksmith and get the car moved. Once we find out our bill they indicated that they had too and under our expense. I try explaining that it was not our fault you were unable to contact me because your valet parking lady told me to use any name it does not matter. We decide to talk the manager and she right away gives me attitude and says flat out she will not help me. I get another manager to help over the phone after a couple of days… As soon as she starts her sentence she goes "I WILL NOT WAIVE OR HELP YOU IN ANY WAY WITH THIS MATTER" even if they didn't waive the locksmith which we didn't agree to be done to our car at least spare me the attitude and put yourself in the customers position. Worst managers and costumer service. Never will I stay or recommend this place again.

You can almost always get an amazing deal at this hotel on sites like Groupon and WagJag. We upgraded our room (for a cheap fee; around $30 if I remember) to a falls-view and it was very nice. Our room was spacious and well kept. Always clean. The restaurant was very enjoyable as well. Although you are in walking distance to anything major on the strip, there is also a bus that comes to the front steps which can bring you on a very nice tour around the falls. 5/5 for sure!

The property is very well maintained with nice amenities and great staff with good customer care. I had initially been given room at 10th floor, however based on my request they changed me to the top floor, bigger room at no extra charge. Furthermore, one additional bed was provided on complimentary basis as well. As part of the package, we also got free entry passes for Fun Zone with 3 attractions. Indoor pool is nice with hot tub and every suite is equiped with a whirlpool/ jacuzzi. The only problem I faced was the breakfast, which is served at 9th floor and if one is not on time i. E. By 7 am, he/ she might will have to wait in long queue between 30 mins to 1 hour. Not to much variety on the breakfast but the hot buffet was good, with omlette station preparing your desired omlette fresh. Elevators are a nightmare at times (specially at breakfast, check-in and check-out times) and there are only 4 main elevators serving the entire 42 storey building. The hotel has a policy of check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 11 AM & charges extra CAD. 25.00 + Tax for 2 hours late check-out. In general, hotel is nice, not really the greatest; nevertheless, higher floors facing the falls definitely provide spectacular views.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before and it was exceptional. But ever since they were managed by Hilton, everything went down hill. Some rooms are renovated and they are clean. But most room still has that musky smell like wet dogs. The snack bar and free drink are good but lately they narrowed it down to only few choices. They used to have tens of different type of candies and snack and many choices of mixed drinks. Now they only offered beer and wine and some simple mixed drinks like rum and coke. We ordered a glass of red wine and it taste worst than vinegar, barely able to take a second sip. Breakfast used to be good with omelet and continental breakfast style. But my last visit they ran out of everything at 8:00am and juices machine only dispensed water. Egg and French toast were hard and dry. Omelet line took forever and it tasted like paper with the carton eggs instead of real egg like they normally used. Paying over $300 a night doesn't justify the quality of food and services we received. Definitely off my list the next time I go back to Niagara Falls. PS-Also the 10% resort fee is optional, we managed to get over $20 back. But no one ever mention it.

We frequently stay at this hotel, as we live in Toronto. Took my out of town guests here for Christmas, and they loved it. Pro: awesome view. Free breakfast. Cons: hit and miss customer service. Sometimes it could get extremely frustrating and with long line up, smallest thing can annoy you. Again, long line up checking in. Long line for evening cocktail. Long line up for breakfast (go @7am! for less line up. ) Staff can be hit and miss as well, as sometimes the stress put on by the patron brings some indifferent attutude by the staff. I have Hilton Honors Gold staus and it definitely helps with the staff. So anyway, get the Falls View room and no regrets.

This is literally the best hotel I have ever been too. From the 5-star continental breakfast to the indoor swimming pool. This Hilton hotel has anything you woulf want and more. The location of the hotel is situated right across from niagara itself and gives you a view of the entire falls. The rooms are always tidy and clean plus the staff and other workers are always working at their best to provide an amazing stay.

I really liked this hotel, very nice rooms with lots of space. Very clean, and the view is amazing. You wake up to a beautiful view of Niagara Falls and it's a great pleasure. And about the breakfest, one of the best hotel buffet breakfast I've ever had. Very good food, never empty, and an even better view of the Niagara Falls in the restaurant. Te service was great, very clean rooms and the location is great, like I said-great view. Amazing stay.

On Friday Nov 13 2015 we had booked a room for a guys night out at embassy suites. In the past we have had nothing but great experiences whether it being a guys night out or my wife and kids having a getaway. Stayed on the 30th floor and the guys and I upon entering the room noticed a smell like someone had smoked in the room. The 3 of us (all guys) do not smoke and it was very obvious to all of us that someone had smoked in the prior to us entering the room. The washroom was not very clean and it looked like someone had used the wash basin recently since there was a soap film in the basin. For the rooms to be newly renovated … it was a letdown from our previous stays there. No problems with the beds or pullout couches per say other than by putting 2 pullout couches in the one room made the room seem tight and confining. Having a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker was very nice but ergonomic design and layout of the room could of been better. The valet service was also a little pushy upon our arrival and seemed a little slighted when I told them that I was just dropping off our dufflebags and parking at the casino just down the road because it was free with my pac card. Mentioned at check in to the front desk about the valet service being pushy and it seemed that I got the brushoff with the comment that they were doing there job to the best of there abilities. Told the lady that they could do there job well without being so pushy.

Stayed in a suite on the 4 2nd floor. The rooms were very spacious and clean. TV'S in the living room area and the bedroom. The bedroom and living room were separated by a door which is great if someone wants to watch TV when the other person wants to go to bed. The small kitchenette is very helpful especially when you have a small child.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. This hotel has the best views of the falls. The rooms are clean and modern. The downside is the lack of free Wi-Fi and parking. To be fair the other large hotels there do the same thing. The whole area is expensive and they nickel and dime you to death. The hotel is always packed so don't expect any personalized attention, but again to be fair on one of our stays we didn't like the view from the room and they did switch it out for us.

Our Presidential Suite had a wrap around window which provided absolutely breathtaking views. The complementary breakfast was very satisfying with many appealing choices, including a create your own omelette station. Rosary at the front desk went  above and beyond our expectations to provide us with a once in a lifetime experience. We would not hesitate to return, though we are afraid that our second experience will not live up to the first. We recommend parking at the casino garage for $5 for the weekend which was less than a 5 minute walk back to the hotel. However, you cannot move the car or you will have to repay. We highly recommend this hotel!

If you want to feel like a NUMBER rather than your name, STAY HERE! If you want a cell phone vacation, BOOK NOW! If you want to pay $35/night to park, or $25 to be shuttled off-site, THIS is your hotel. If you DON’T want access to your room before 4 and to virtually be kicked out in the morning, this is PERFECT. Obviously, I had a terrible experience here. Front Duty Michelle, a rather large human form with a very small human heart, is the WORST customer service agent to ever hit Canada. She should be exported to Syria to resolve the ISIS conflict. She’d be good at that. This is a people-factory. They don’t care about you. Next. If that’s what you’re looking for and want to pay absolutely premium dollars for a “view” (very photoshopped on their website, BTW), you’ve found your stay. Otherwise, find something cheaper, save your money and the headaches and spend the balance on good food and tours. You’ll see plenty of the falls that way without the insult of a staff who could care less you’re there. The only redeeming value of my time there was they canceled my reservation due to the ridiculous treatment.

Great service. Upgraded us to the 40th floor because their were no rooms available on the 16th floor. The parking fee was expensive but the service was very good. The front desk did a great job. Bob.

My wife and I booked a nice room for our first honeymoon night and paid for the romance package. We arrived shortly after 1AM from our reception. After checking in and getting our room keys, we were told on our way to the room that they wouldn't be able to fulfill the romance package since their room services end at midnight. We were absolutely shocked and disappointed when they also declined a refund on that portion of our bill. We were offered no additional compensation at all. There's also a 10% Tourism Improvement Fee assessed on the valet parking as well as the room rate that was not mentioned during the booking process. So all we got was a room for 8 hours and ended up paying almost $700 including several romance package items that were never fulfilled. We would definitely never return here and would actively like to let others know our story about our honeymoon night. Thanks Embassy Suites at Niagara Falls, Canada for ruining the end to a great wedding reception with horrible customer service.

I had a great time! The hotel had a great appearance, the front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant, and the room was fantastic. We had dinner at the Keg restaurant as well and that was the best meal of our entire trip. The bellhops and valet were very efficient and courteous. This is definitely my new go-to hotel when visiting the falls!

Everyone beware! If you are looking for 5 star service, look elsewhere. After extensive search, my fiancé and I decided on this hotel for our honeymoon. I called up and reached a very rude person named Alicia. (a supervisor!? ) I obviously interrupted her from eating, because she snapped at me and did not want to be helping me in the least. When inquiring about the packages available, I was made to feel like an idiot because I didn't immediately know what to book. When I said to my fiancé "wow this is awful" the rude woman then started shouting and snapping back at me! I cannot believe the horrible service. I was in shock. I am a very polite person who did not deserve this treatment. Others had same experience. (rude staff) please read reviews. Please call hotel manager. Joe Cauncy? DID NOT even book at this hotel.

I booked a room with falls view for nearly $400 (for only one night). I traveled with my family (4 adults and 3 children under the age of 5). Since we drove up from NYC after work, we ended up arriving at 1:30am. When we arrived we were told that the hotel was completely booked and due to a "glitch" in the system there were no rooms available. After waiting for an hour, the hotel Representative — Akshay, was able to find what appear to be a conference room with 2 sofa beds and a bathroom (with a falls view). He tried to be as helpful as possible and provided us with food vouchers, late check out (at our request) and valet parking validation. We considered leaving the hotel and getting a refund, but considering that it was 2:30am at that point, it was extremely difficult to wonder around with 3 kids. Overall, I was super disappointed with the stay — the room was inadequate with sofa beds that were very Uncomfortable. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was certainly not worth the price we paid.

This is the largest Embassy Suites in the world. It was a very busy property both in the lobby, car area and breakfast. It offers what is probably the best views of the falls being directly over the main visitors center and Horseshoe falls. Ask for a newly renovated room. Also, we booked a city view room and upon checkin, we were offered an upsell to a falls view for 50% off the normal rate which we bought. It was definitely worth it and made a big difference in our experience since we could look at the falls at night (from high up) when it was lit up and when we awoke in the morning. The hotel rooms are under renovation so ask for new room but more importantly is the view. Breakfast buffet includes omelet station. It is crazy busy so go early to avoid lines and to get a table facing the falls. This is terrific hotel for families. It offers awesome views and terrific value which is important since the rest of Niagara Falls is designed to separate you from your money (for example, the city tax is 13%) Pro: Value and View. Full breakfast included with a direct unobstructed view of Horseshoe falls each morning. A direct view of the falls from a newly renovated room each day. Closest hotel to the main visitors center. Con: Extremely busy and chaotic but we were only in the hotel to sleep and eat breakfast anyway. Checkin and checkout were crazy busy.

Our experience was less than terrific for a couple of reasons. I booked a high floor Presidential corner suite which with taxes was $550 / night. It was a 5 night stay. The room on the website clearly showed a fireplace and a separate living room area with sofa, big screen, etc. We received the 40th floor, which was a great start. Upon opening the door, we walked right into 2 Queen size beds where the living room was supposed to be. It was our anniversary and just the 2 of us, so we wanted to be comfortable and did not request nor need 3 beds, a pullout bed and 2 bathrooms. This is not what I had booked. Surely it must be a mistake. The desk person was very nice and professional, but had no resolution. I asked for the manager. A very smug and rude lady arrived to tell me that my room was even better because I was given the Presidential Family Suite. I informed her that I did not request nor want that room. Her solution was take it or leave, or my only option was to drop 23 floors to floor 17 to get something similar to what I was asking. After a 5 minute battle, I told her I was willing to keep the room, but I would appreciate a discount as this is a 775' room and essentially 50% of the room was never used. She declined to offer a discount, and said those were my options. Upon checkout this morning they had added a $35 / night Valet charge yet we parked no car. The night manager gladly took care of immediately.

The hotel is very disorganized and the staff is rude. The facility stinks. We booked a falls view room, but the view is really not that great. Would have been better to book a room down the road near Hilton where you can get a good view of both the falls. When I complained about the stink in the room and its condition, the manager did not seem to care. Don't waste your money here.

My stay at the Embassy Suites was fantastic. The front desk, housekeeping and valet were all very helpful and friendly. The room we had was huge with a great view and very clean. Fantastic Hotel! Loved the view and friendly staff.

Haha haha what a joke stayed at the sheriton last year and was very pleased then decided to try this hotel this year started off with the worst valet service ever that was just plan mean to me then we got checked into the wrong room we where to be checked into the presidential suite as that's what we paid for but instead got checked into a differint room with a not so great view. More $ foe less reward very disappointed will never use again.

After reading reviews from this site I called prior to my stay. I expressed my concerns to Lucy at the front desk. She assured me she would make sure my visit was not disturbed by the renovation in progress. She was true to her word, from check in to check out we were not disturbed by the ongoing renovation once. Our room was fantastic, spacious and comfortable. Our view was amazing as promised and paid for. The valet was convenient and upon check out our car was waiting for us. Philomenia in the breakfast area was very attentive. The food was incredible. I can't stress how happy we were with our stay enough.

My stay at this hotel was a disaster. I made a reservation at this property because it was 4 star rated. This is not even a 2 star hotel. I wish I can have the ability of uploading the picture I took from some of the floors this hotel was capable of renting rooms on. They are going through a major renovation and there are lights hanging from the ceiling, electrical outlets all over without covers, walls half way painted, some area of the halls and rooms with construction dust, peeling paint on all door frames. In addition to all this my room was still not done by 4:20pm and the valet parking time frame was supposed to 10-15 minutes, but most of the time took about half an hour. When I went to the front desk and refused to take the room the manager offered me a more expensive room for an additional $80.00 per night, for your information I was already paying over $500.00 average per night. Their justification for this lack of respect to the customer was because it was 4th of July weekend. I own a business myself and when I know that I will be expecting more customers, I prepare my staff by scheduling the necessary amount of employees to handle higher demand without compromising quality of service. In my opinion, Embassy Suites should've closed down those floors being remodeled and not try to make a few more dollars that in the end could ruin its reputation.

We were very excited about staying at this hotel and, unfortunately, sorely disappointed. Our floor was underconstruction, and we were not warned of this in advance. We had to practically crawl over workers while heading from the elevator to our room, and it was dusty. Further, the construction noise in the morning was awful. We used the valet parking, for a fee of course, and we had to wait 45 minutes for our van the day that we left. They had given us the wrong receipt the prior day and could not locate it. Consequently, we were late for the Toronto baseball game and our children did not get to experiece running the bases, as planned. The staff was not terribly helpful, and the valet workers were downright rude. It was not the experience we had hoped for on vacation. We have stayed at other Embassy Suites and had wonderful experiences. This was so disappointing.

The floor we stayed on was mostly under construction. Had to Deal with dust and hammer drill nose next door all week we had no idea until we got to our room. The hotel charges $35 a night for parking. There's a parking deck 1 block away for $5 per night. Rooms do have a nice view but not worth $250 a night.

I loved staying at the Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls. The view was amazing, the breakfast delicious and the customer service was top notch. Many added benefits of staying at Embassy Suites include a free breakfast buffet including custom made omelettes. And the Niagara Falls hotel had a free happy hour every afternoon. Beautiful location and accessibility to the local activities.

Staff is outstanding, view from our suite is spectacular! Very comfortable bed and roomy for us to spread out. I recommend that if you want a top of the bar experience at a affordable price in Niagra Falls, this is the place to go.

A great experience, beautiful view of the Falls, without treatment, comfort, food, breakfast, etc… the next year to return to stay at this wonderful hotel, I recommend it to all.

Booked a suite earlier in the week last week and when my boyfriend and I showed up on Saturday night, the desk clerk told us that there had been a "glitch in the system" which caused them to overbook rooms, leaving us with no where to stay. The manager came and again explained the situation to us. When we asked them what they planned to do about this and where we were supposed to stay all they had for us was that "they didn't know" and all their affiliated hotels were also booked to capacity. They offered us nothing to compensate for their mistake. The staff didn't even seem all that apologetic. On top of that, we then waited 30 minutes for valet to return our vehicle. All around extremely disappointing experience. Will definitely not be seeking accommodations at Embassy Suites again. Also, on different occasion I have eaten at this Keg and the food was quite bad compared to other locations in the area.

There was an error in our reservation. Thankfully the hotel wasn't packed so they were able to fix our reservation within 15 minutes. We received a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience. Good Customer Service. Great food at the Keg restaurant. Good buffet breakfast in the mornings. There was also a Friday's in the hotel. My wife and I will stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. We stayed one night in the beginning of February. We had a Fallsview suite with the largest kingsize bed we have ever seen. It was enormous! The price was fair — around 190$ for one night including breakfast. The hotel was relatively crowded and especially the Keg restaurent was packed. We hadn't made reservations and were met with a long line and expected wait of 90 minutes when we paid the restaurent a visit around 7.30 PM. The breakfast buffet was okay — a nice view of the falls, and standard hotel breakfast buffet, but again way too crowded. The view you can't complain about — if you get a room like the one we stayed in :-).

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years. We actually make it down 2-3 times a year. We were disappointed with it this last visit this past weekend! The attitude from the front desk was aggressive as well as the morning breakfast room staff. We had bought a multi day package for food, and entertainment. After some fighting with the front desk manager, they finally gave us the extra dinner coupons that were part of the original package.

My husband and I made plans to stay four nights here, but we arrived early and they asked us if we would like to upgrade to the newer rooms, so we did. We stayed in the Falls Views one king bed with whirlpool on the 38th floor. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and completely romantic. We loved the room. My personal favorite about the room was the vanity area for me to do my hair/make up and the view. but the reason we gave it 4 stars was because they have the balls to charge you a crap load of money for a room (it's nice but not worth $400 a night), they charge you for Wi-Fi, they also charge you for soda, and the parking was total b. S. If they are going to charge you so much then they should let some of that stuff or all of it be complimentary. The money for the rooms is a waste if you don't have a view. They will screw you if you don't have that view. Get your money worth. although we can't comment on the food because we slept in every day lol the money and cost is the only negative, but we had a wonderful and amazing experience.

There's lots to do around this hotel. Had the one king bedroom, and it was just fantastic. Staffs were great, and everyone was friendly (for the holiday season. It was just packed every day). Go early for Breakfast and the Free Drinks, trust me on that. Must try the Keg in hotel, very friendly, and very good food. This is a great place to stay if you can find a great deal. Downside? No free Wi-Fi, the fridge was a little small, and the room felt a bit "meh" on the inside. All that aside, this place is great. Must go, must see, and if you can, try to book a room that has the Falls View.

Great place to stay at Niagara Falls. The food was great as always. Valet parking was expensive but almost all hotels charge $25 or $35. Very close to the falls. The only thing to complain about is the Wi-Fi and the TV cable. Wifi is expensive and not many kid friendly channels.

I am a Disabled Veteran with shattered ankles, unable to walk to see the falls, My Girl and I reserved a Falls View Suite. We reserved, paid and confirmed a Falls view Two Queen Suite. When we arrived, the agent informed us that our reservation is for a City view, Two Queen room. We provided our proof of our reservation, but the agent said " I will upgrade you to the only room available, which is a newly remodeled room with a Single King. " We had no choice but to accept and speak with Manager in the morning. This "newly remodeled" room, wasn't finished. No pictures, or any decorative accents. No Bathtub, its a stand up shower. No hooks or device to hang towels in bathroom. No power to the outlet in the bathroom next to the only mirror in the entire room. My Girl was forced to blow dry her long hair in an area with no mirror, couldn't view what she was doing and was injured as her hair was sucked into the blow dryer and ripped from her head. Our Religion was compromised with the single bed being the only option. I tried sleeping in the chair, but other Service connected injuries prevented this. We did speak with the Management about these issues and invited them to the room, but they declined and discounted our issues. The entire staff was equally non-concerned. Not one apology. (This was the beginning of their Thanksgiving weekend) On a positive note: The omelet at breakfast was good.

Rooms and views very good. Staff was very friendly. Complimentary drink reception is a waste of time. 8oz beer in a plastic cup with bowls of chex mix. Breakfast was good, but get there early. Hotel often so busy that its a 15 wait for an elevator. Hotel is in a great location near everything good. Stay here, but expect not to be wowed for your money.

The room was extremely great, had everything from 2 bathrooms, 2 beds king, salon and dressing room (up to a mini kitchen). It would go.
