Good place friendly folk.

Great facilities, and paying a little bit more the the little cubes rooms! Well worth it.

Best backpackers I have ever stayed at. Right next to the beach with great walks to go on. The facilities are excellent and the kitchen is outstanding. The Wi-Fi is flawless and Geoff, Pru and Lindsay are super friendly and happy to answer and questions. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Came here to get my 88 days done working on a dairy farm — highly recommend! Everyone here gets their days done and the location and facilities are great. Even better are the staff, Geoff is really helpful with sorting you out with farm work. (Just avoid working on David Haberfield’s farm)

Great place to stay. Fantastic New funtional kitchen, & new Dorms. Walking distance to the beach. A home away from home. Very Spacious & Cosy, but not at all cramped. Owners / Managers are welcoming & friendly.

Have stayed here on footy trips for a couple of years now. Geoff always looks after us as we stay there generally every year. Clean, affordable and everything the brochure says is true. Even all our young blokes who had never stayed in a backpackers had a good time. Always a 5 star experience on a budget.

Lov3ly place! Close on the beach and really clean The livingroom is very confortable with Wi-Fi beer and TV.

The hostel has clean facilities and bed. It’s near the beach if you want to spend time by the sea. Staff was helpful and friendly. Was staying in the 16 bed dorm because nothing else was available. Try to book in advance and get a room with lesser beds because I believe some are farm workers so they sleep really early and get up like 4am. Overall it was a good stay.

I love it! The members of the staff are great and the hostel is clean. The supermarkets are a little bit far away, but there are nice beaches and an amazing path along the coast nearby.

Mattress very comfy. Bedding clean. The window of the room went to the hall. Not much privacy as people were walking by. Hostel in general was missing a bit of love and personality.

Very good price for what you get. Not a lot of privacy but expected with a backpackers. Would recommend to anyone on a cheap budget.

Really clean hostel, the showers and toilets are really clean. Large kitchen with all that you need.

Stayed here for nearly 2months, would defiantly recommend it. Friendly and helpful staff. Was just like one big family :)

Comfortable and clean rooms. Good value and relaxed atmosphere. Location is very good, close to the ocean.

Great hostel. The description says a home from home and they weren't lying. Great location, a stones throw from the beach. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, taking me to the supermarket and picking me up from the train station. Great facilities. Very clean. Highly recommended.

Good place also if you have a van. You can sleep in the van in the back of the hostel on the grass and pay just for the use of the facilities.

Reception open till late (~11pm). Large and cosy common room with free coffee and tea, billiard table, sofas, books and board games. Wi-Fi was definitely not worth it, damn slow. Rooms and bed are comfy with a small locker by your bed. USB charging stations in the common room.

A good place for everyone, the place is clean and the rules are respected, and near from the beach. Free coffee and tea are available all the day long, and you can also put your tent in the grass behind the building.

Very clean and friendly staff. We went during the festive period and the stay was lovely. All amenities were well stocked and very spacious room.

Very clean and nice. Large common room quiet. The various shared parts, push for the meetings of the other backpackers.

I stayed a week at WBP, I had the most beautiful time, very inexpensive and all I could wish for in comfort and homely atmosphere, the fish were biting in the river just across the road. I will be coming back for sure, thank you to everyone there who helped make it such a good holiday. Frank.

Perfect place to stay, sand beach to swim or walk along, reserve and the famous Odd Ball Dogs on the island, and Flume to surf is not to far. Prue and Geoff will receive you very friendly and if you wait till 6 you could enjoy a beer at Geoff bar. "Beer is the answer but I cant remember the question. "

Clean comfortable bed and showers at an affordable price, what more could you want? I guess being more friendly wouldn't always be appreciated by everyone but I'd have liked more of a chat.

The woman at the reception was not friendly/helpful at all. She was also very controlling with only three hours of Wi-Fi available per customer and you had to collect the kitchen stuff from the reception. Otherwise very good and handy location.

Strategic location, toilet is clean, service staffs are nice. Overall is a great experience.

Terrible customer service. Went in 3 different times (all opening hours) and no staff were there. Eventually had to call the phone number twice just to get to be able to talk to someone.
